    The present investigative work was developed around the management of the Kuepa Edutech Educational Institution, in order to propose criteria so that the institution can implement school permanence strategies, based on a characterization carried out from the analysis of different management aspects of the institution, gathering the voice of directors and teaching directors of the institution. The research is developed with a qualitative methodology, applying instruments such as document analysis, interviews and focus groups, in order to compile and qualitatively analyze the current situation of management in relation to school permanence. Therefore, this research seeks to answer the following question: How to propose school permanence criteria, from the characterization of the management of the Kuepa Edutech educational institution, to strengthen school retention? And in this way, we can respond to the general objective of the research that seeks to generate criteria for school permanence from the characterization of the management of the Kuepa Edutech institution, to strengthen school retention.

    Aportes de los aprendizajes artísticos y pedagógicos de los artistas formadores en creación literaria en el programa CREA durante los años 2019-2020

    This text aims to identify the artistic and pedagogical learning of artists who train in literary creation. To find such learning, an open semi-structured interview was designed and the observation recorded in the diary of field of the person conducting this research. On the other hand, to analyze the information, emerging categories of analysis were taken into account through the conceptualization of each response of the collected narratives, as well as their coding into main categories such as: teacher training, literary didactics and creative experience, whose systematization and reflection is registered.

    Caracterización desde la gestión académica del proceso de diseño pedagógico en el plan de estudios de la institución Gimnasio Campestre los Alpes

    The present work dates from a research carried out at the Gimnasio Campestre los Alpes, located in Calera-Cundinamarca. The research intention focused on analyzing, from academic management, the compliance processes and pedagogical design of the area of ​​artistic education carried out in the year 2022. For which it sought to answer the question: How to characterize the pedagogical design of the area of artistic training at Gimnasio Campestre los Alpes a tool from academic management to propose a SWOT matrix that generates contributions in the construction of a management protocol for the implementation of curricular guidelines in the area? In this way, the research has been developed based on a qualitative methodology. Firstly, a documentary review was carried out to analyze the curricular organization of the institution, with which it would be feasible, later, to contrast said information with the voices of directors, teachers and students by conducting semi-structured interviews and description of results with the support of Atlas ti software. Thirdly, and with the data obtained, a triangulation of the information was carried out to identify the role of art in the curriculum of the Gimnasio Campestre los Alpes and to be able to establish, fourthly, a relationship from the pedagogical design, the organization and curricular planning of the training area for artistic education. Finally, to make the investigative work a field of action, a SWOT matrix was created to generate a protocol for managing the curricular guidelines for the area of ​​artistic education. Consequently, the document has been divided into four chapters, starting with the frame of reference where the problem of the study is addressed and the research intention is explained, through the justification and presentation of the objectives, concepts and foundations of the research. . The second chapter addresses the theoretical framework, where the theoretical bases for the development and structuring of the study are highlighted, as well as the consolidation of each category of analysis. The third chapter provides an account of the methodological support that guides the investigative work, as well as its relevance to what was proposed in the first section. Finally, the last chapter presents the results and their analysis in light of the research objectives. In this last section, conclusions and recommendations are presented to the educational institution.

    Análisis de los proyectos académicos desde el diseño pedagógico curricular en el Colegio Nuevo Gimnasio dentro del nivel de educación inicial a través de procesos interdisciplinares

    The document is a research report that analyzes the academic management of Colegio Nuevo Gimnasio in relation to level 1 of early education and the classroom project subject. It aims to highlight the importance of expanding project-based assessment methodology as a strategy to promote interdisciplinary learning scenarios, following the assessment guidelines of Colombia's Ministry of National Education and considering the specific context of the institution. The research is based on a rigorous search for legal, regulatory, and national education guidelines, as well as epistemological elements, technical documents, and theories of learning and teaching related to the topic. Authors such as Tamayo M, Taba H, Cerda H, Sampieri R, Fernández C, Baptista L, Morin E, among others, contribute to the theoretical framework. The document includes a comprehensive review of investigative backgrounds and a spatial framework that contextualizes the reality of the institution. The chapters address the investigated problem, establish objectives for analyzing the curricular design, explore local, regional, epistemological, and theoretical sources, detail the analysis methodology, discuss the results obtained, and present conclusions. Additionally, pedagogical and methodological guidelines are provided to be shared with teachers and administrators.

    Análisis del aseguramiento de la calidad educativa en el Colegio Antonio Villavicencio IED

    This research focused on the analysis of the process of educational quality assurance in the School IED Antonio Villavicencio, District Educational Institution of Colombia, in the context of the accreditation processes required for public institutions in the country. It was carried out in several phases using a descriptive methodology of case studies with a qualitative descriptive approach, using semi-structured surveys and focus groups with teachers and managers of the institution. The information collected was analysed using the Atlas-assisted qualitative analysis programme. The objective was to analyze the process of educational quality assurance, focusing on academic monitoring and administrative and financial management of the school. In addition, an organizational self-assessment strategy was proposed to identify strengths and opportunities in administrative and financial management. It is hoped that this strategy will be implemented by the educational community to guide the processes of institutional improvement and strengthening to promote institutional autonomy, evaluate the financial situation and available resources; and to achieve the institutional objectives set annually.

    Análisis de la gestión directiva en el manejo de conflictos en la convivencia escolar del colegio Cafam de la localidad de Engativá

    Managing conflicts in educational institutions, especially post-pandemic, has become crucial, highlighting the need for attention to the emotional well-being of children and youth. The management should drive intervention strategies and care programs involving all stakeholders in the educational community. A study at Cafam School in Engativá aims to analyze and enhance the management of convivial conflicts through a qualitative research-action approach. It focuses on understanding institutional practices, proposing a PHVA protocol to strengthen school coexistence. The methodology includes observation, document review, and semi-structured interviews, seeking active participation from directors, teachers, and counselors. Results are organized in a PHVA format for implementation in the institution. Deficiencies in articulation among institutional actors and lack of effective communication were identified, hindering the implementation of internal strategies and programs to enhance school coexistence. A PHVA approach was proposed to strengthen institutional practices, emphasizing the need for increased participation and collaboration among all members of the educational community. Results underscore the importance of ongoing evaluation and adaptation of strategies to address changing needs in the educational environment.

    Análisis de la comprensión que tienen los directivos docentes acerca de las competencias socioemocionales, la noción de compotencia y su importancia para el gerenciamiento educativo en la Institución Educativa Distrital Pablo de Tarso

    This project proposes new elements of doing, seeing and feeling around educational management, putting into practice the concept of socio-emotional competencies, the notion of power and taking into account that innovation, frequently, must accompany the work of management in the education. For its execution, it is based on research on socio-emotional competencies by Bisquerra (2020), Goleman, Boyatzis and McKee (2018), CASEL (2018), as well as the contribution referred to the notion of competence created by Perea (2018). With a qualitative methodology, the perceptions that teaching managers have about how they understand socio-emotional competencies and the notion of power in the mediation and development of their managerial work are explored. As tools, the pre-knowledge questionnaire and the semi- structured interview were designed for 6 teaching managers of the Pablo de Tarso District Educational Institution, which are analyzed using categorization matrices. It is found that the lack of development of self-control makes it difficult to manage teamwork and managerial management directly; The need to strengthen self-awareness was observed to contribute to teacher well-being and the development of competence; and the lack of a real and constant update in the topics of training in socio-emotional competencies is evident as a difficulty for the development of leadership that supports them in their decisions and managerial management. A SWOT analysis is proposed through which improvement strategies are proposed for the situations raised.

    Caracterización del componente de seguimiento a egresados del modelo educativo para el sistema penitenciario y carcelario colombiano, desde la experiencia de pospenados de la cárcel “La Modelo”

    The objective of this qualitative exploratory research was to characterize the component of follow-up of graduates (proposed in Guide No. 34 for institutional improvement of the Ministry of National Education) of the Educational Model for the Colombian Penitentiary and Prison System, having as its main reference the experiences of three post-convicts from the "La Modelo" prison and institutional information from INPEC. The research process was based on the qualitative methodology presented by Sandoval (1996) and Hernández (et al., 2014), with which four phases were established; the first corresponds to the formulation of the research, carrying out a review of documents and theoretical references that led to the approach to the subject; in the second, data collection techniques and instruments were defined and convenience sampling was established; in the third phase, the analysis and contrast of the information was carried out; and, during the fourth phase, the characterization of the graduate follow-up component was made through the writing of the final text. This research allows us to explore some of the actions carried out by INPEC agents in the follow-up of graduates (post-convicts) of the institutional educational model and the functionality of the institutional programs for this purpose in the "La Modelo" prison, describing the relationship between the management of educational processes and prison management, strongly affected by the prison context. Where, from the experience of the post-convicts, there is no management of the relations between pedagogy, administration and legal and political aspects, since the punitive logic prevails, preventing education from fulfilling the resocializing purpose assigned by the State and affecting people in their quality as post-convicts, as they do not find effective support to integrate into society and continue with their formal education. In the same way, the pedagogical actions carried out for academic follow-up depend strongly on prison dynamics such as the power relations between the monitors, the custodial body, the administrative staff and the persons deprived of liberty, their state of mind and the benefits of the study sentence (reduction of sentence).

    This document is a research that seeks to qualitatively analyze the process of implementation of inclusive education for students in vulnerable situations who experience barriers to learning and participation in the context of the República Bolivariana de Venezuela school through community management in its accessibility process, this in light of decree 1421 of 2017 and guide 34 of the Ministry of National Education. The result of this analysis is presented through 5 categories in which the authors' positions and the results of the semi-structured interviews that were applied to the teaching directors and guiding teachers of the institution are contemplated.

    Análisis de la comunicación en la gestión administrativa en torno al mantenimiento y la seguridad de riesgos del colegio Santa Luisa

    Based on the analysis of risk management and security that educational institutions' spaces must have, where there is always a high possibility of incidents occurring, the research project focuses on a case study of Colegio Santa Luisa. Specifically, it delves into the analysis of communication, administrative management, and risk security to promote physically safe environments in accordance with established legal policies. Given the aforementioned, the constant importance and necessity of analyzing administrative processes within educational institutions, and the intent to explore, discover, and investigate the physical environment, a qualitative approach allows for exploration of documents related to occupational, natural, and environmental risk management. Therefore, the exploratory data collection for subsequent analysis serves as a significant source of knowledge and experiences regarding educational systems. Furthermore, the work is grounded in a qualitative methodology with a descriptive exploratory study, involving a population of 1500 individuals and a sample comprising six teachers and three educational administrators. Within the semi-structured interviews conducted with members of the educational community, evidence indicates that the institution coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance of its physical spaces effectively. Consequently, these spaces are regularly maintained, and documents related to personnel registration and monitoring are in order. However, a specific area of the school is neglected in terms of maintenance. Known as "la casona," this area poses a latent risk due to its old and neglected physical infrastructure, to the extent of restricting access to the educational community, especially students, resulting in underutilization of spaces.

    Análisis de la gestión comunitaria en el desarrollo del proyecto educativo institucional del colegio Llano Oriental 2021-2022

    This research work presents the characterization of community management (GUIDE 34, MEN) in the National Aquaculture and Fisheries Authority -AUNAP, in accordance with "Law 2268 of August 3, 2022". To this end, an analysis was carried out on the knowledge and use of Good Fishing Practices among artisanal fishermen in the municipalities of Honda (department of Tolima) and La Dorada (department of Caldas). These results were crossed with the diagnosis of the needs and requirements in the field of community management in the AUNAP, necessary to guide, promote and support the training processes for riverside communities in Good Fishing Practices – BPP.

    This research is focused on exploring what bioethical principles can contribute to strengthening the Directorate Management in the San Bernardino (IED) School given its importance for the development and direction of the institutional processes. In this School, there is a group of realities, institutional and social problems, that need to be addressed by fostering participation, bargaining, and conflict analysis, identifying the arising ethical and moral dilemmas in seeking to resolve them in the best possible way. In this sense, an analysis was conducted from the educational community perspective on bioethical principles that may contribute to strengthening the directorate management, characterizing it and identifying the principles with potential to be articulated as well as their pertinence. Subsequently, some recommendations were made as a contribution to the strengthening of institutional processes in the development of Directorate Management from bioethical principles. All the above, to consolidate a reflexive exercise regarding the development of Directorate Management, the importance of expanding the traditional conceptions from more ethical perspectives, fully aware of the need to make an analysis nourished by bioethical principles supporting more assertive and fair decision-making processes, leaving open the debate on the emerging ethical and moral related questions.

    Análisis de la transversalidad curricular de las artes plásticas en los grados jardín y transición a partir del PEI del Colegio Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra I. E. D

    This degree work focuses on the question: how to analyze the curricular transversality of the plastic arts in the garden and transition grades from the PEI called Communication skills for excellence, entrepreneurship and community transformation (Colegio Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra IED, 2010)?, whose structure is generated according to the idea that curricular transversality, has as its main purpose to allow the integrality of knowledge in early childhood, focused essentially on plastic artistic training, seeking learning in an integral way. and incidentally contribute in skills for the formation of other disciplines. Methodologically, the research is mixed: qualitative and quantitative. The collection instruments are the documentary (early childhood curriculum), the semi-structured interviews for the qualitative study, and the closed questionnaire to prepare a SWOT. In this way, it can be determined, the curricular mainstreaming as a strategy to overcome the specialization (fragmentation) of knowledge, thus achieving comprehensive learning.
