    This research emerges as a response to the institutional commitment to improving educational quality, particularly in the field of communicative thinking, through the strengthening of literacy processes in primary education levels. Based on the analysis of pedagogical practices and institutional dynamics, areas for improvement were identified related to the development of reading and writing skills. The main objective of this study was to design and implement a SWOT matrix that, when integrated into the curriculum, could serve as a starting point to consolidate these processes, taking into account the specific characteristics of the students and their sociocultural context. With a qualitative approach and a descriptive-explanatory research methodology, the study involved direct work with teachers and students through observation, document analysis, and assessment of the progress of the participating groups. The results highlighted the strengths, opportunities, weaknesses, and threats present in pedagogical practices, as well as the integration of effective tools for literacy instruction. Additionally, the study emphasized the need for regular evaluation and continuous feedback, and the relevance of maintaining an articulated approach among academic disciplines and institutional objectives. This research establishes a precedent for future interventions by proposing a replicable methodological pathway that can strengthen teaching and learning processes not only in the Spanish language area, but across the overall school curriculum.

    Análisis del sistema de inventario del área contable y financiera de la Institución Educativa Colegio Gimnasio Nuevo Reino

    El presente trabajo de investigación se enfoca en analizar el sistema de inventario del área contable y financiera de la Institución Educativa Colegio Gimnasio Nuevo Reino. De esta manera, se busca evidenciar el seguimiento y control de los inventarios de la institución, teniendo en cuenta que se presentan perdidas de insumos porque no se estima el total de las entradas y salidas de los mismos.   Como parte inicial se construye un marco teórico de los conceptos relevantes como: sistema de inventarios, gestión financiera, control de inventarios, eficiencia operativa, planeación estratégica y administración financiera.   El diseño metodológico tiene un enfoque cualitativo de tipo descriptivo, teniendo en cuenta que se analizan prácticas actuales de la institución educativa. Tiene un alcance exploratorio descriptivo para el entendimiento del sistema de inventario.   Por medio del programa de Atlas. Ti se analizaron los resultados de los instrumentos aplicados que permitieron evidenciar la necesidad de implementar un sistema de inventarios y se propone una metodología para la gestión y clasificación de insumos, también, se propone una matriz de inventario basado en el método de evaluación de inventario permanente utilizando costo promedio ponderado y PEPS para el mejoramiento continuo. Finalmente, en las conclusiones del estudio descriptivo se releva la importancia de implementar un sistema de inventarios basando en la propuesta metodológica sugerida en este proyecto.

    This text presents a study titled "Characterization of the Academic Management of the Primary Education Curriculum at Colegio Federico García Lorca I.E.D." It analyzes the academic management in accordance with the institutional dynamics of the school in question. The study aims to ensure that the educational context aligns with the proposal of the Institutional Educational Project (hereinafter PEI), focusing on the curriculum, study plans, and pedagogical practices that emphasize reflection, the role of the teacher, and constructive critique within the educational community. The central theme is "Values as the Axis of Human Development," with the goal of enhancing students' holistic development and fostering a balanced relationship between teachers and students. The study includes a theoretical framework covering concepts of academic management, curriculum, and pedagogical practices. It employs a qualitative methodology, utilizing interviews and focus groups. The identified issues relate to overall academic management, community participation, and the continuous professional development of teachers. Ultimately, the conclusions highlight the importance of a flexible curriculum, the integration of institutional values into teaching, and active participation by educational actors, all of which contribute to creating a meaningful and transformative learning environment for a solid ethical and political project.

    Caracterización de la gestión directiva frente al proceso de gestión estratégica en el seguimiento y autoevaluación del Colegio Gimnasio Nuevo Reino

    This research, titled “Characterization of Managerial Leadership in Relation to Strategic Management Processes for Monitoring and Self-Evaluation at Gimnasio Nuevo Reino School,” aims to identify and strengthen the strategies implemented by the school management team to improve institutional evaluation processes. Using a qualitative, exploratory-descriptive approach and the Atlas.ti software, semi-structured interviews and key institutional documents such as the PEI, board meeting minutes, and the school’s code of conduct were analyzed. The findings reveal that although progress has been made in monitoring and self-evaluation practices, greater systematization and integration are needed to consolidate effective managerial leadership focused on continuous improvement. The final proposal includes a three-phase action plan that promotes active participation from educational stakeholders and emphasizes transformational leadership as a foundation for achieving sustainable educational quality. This study contributes both to institutional practice and to the field of educational management, serving as a reference for future research and school improvement processes.

    Análisis de la percepción sobre el direccionamiento de la gestión administrativa y financiera en la implementación de los entornos de aprendizaje del bachillerato internacional en colegios privados de Bogotá

    Research with a qualitative-inductive approach with exploratory, descriptive, correlational, and explanatory scopes in which the teachers' perception of the administrative and financial management in schools with the International Baccalaureate program in Bogotá, Colombia, is recognized through categories of analysis. The document is divided into four chapters, following the research process, for chapter one the frame of reference was established through which a contextualization of the present research is presented. Subsequently, the second chapter establishes the theoretical and legal framework and the state of the art by m the teachers' perception of the administrative and financial management in schools with the International Baccalaureate program in Bogotá, Colombia, is recognized through categories of analysis means of which the research is based on the categories of administrative and financial management, as well as school environments and educational resources. Chapter three presents the methodological design on which the development of the research is based. Finally, chapter four presents the analysis and the conclusions, recommendations, and the final proposal product developed from these elements.

    This thesis is carried out with the intention of providing a contribution to the educational management of the Colegio Ciudad de Villavicencio, inspired by the pedagogical work and improvement of the educational quality of the students; in addition to responding to the requirement to opt for the degree of Management in Institutional Educational Projects awarded by the Francisco José de Caldas District University. The Colegio Ciudad de Villavicencio has an excellent team of early childhood workers, who in turn can improve the quality of learning a second language in transition by developing physical and cognitive skills, through a didactic unit that shows physical and intellectual work in accordance with the preschool level, leaving aside rote and repetitive learning; giving opportunity to the development of artistic skills in early childhood concerning reinforcing skills for linguistic learning, which is essential for the intellectual growth of the human being, as a fundamental basis of the educational experience of the other branches of knowledge: particularly in this case, of a foreign language. For this reason, it is necessary to propose a teaching unit in the transition curriculum that integrates the arts, physical development and the learning of the second language through the development of basic motor skills and the use of the mother tongue; as well as the development of the artistic dimension, thus fostering in students, in parallel, a first approach to the second language through stage play.

    Caracterización de proyectos pedagógicos productivos para formular herramienta analítica en la gestión académica del Colegio el Verjón IED

    The intention of this investigative study was to propose an analytical tool regarding the characteristics that the formulation of Productive Pedagogical Projects of the academic management of the Verjón School could have. In order to reaffirm the educational model of social constructivism with a productive approach of the educational institution. When reviewing the literature on Rural Education, the following needs were found: strengthening food security and planetary sustainability through education projects; lay the foundations for food production; linking the productive with the life projects of the students. The categories of analysis documents are based on various proposals by the Ministry of National Education of Colombia, which are based on the aspects of the rural territory in which the institution is located. The research was qualitative of a descriptive type in which an attempt was made to examine in detail the academic management that must be taken in the formulation of productive pedagogical projects; To achieve this goal, various entities from the institution's educational community participated. To configure the data, recordings and video recordings were made of the sample of the research study, the segments that reflected the purpose of the research were selected, these data were transcribed and analyzed using the ATLAS TI 24 program mediated with artificial intelligence. The research concludes that the analytical tool must contain clear objectives, activities that are articulated between various areas of knowledge, and must rescue some product or service that the families of the educational community are developing; It should also be indicated how families can collaborate in the foundation of their ancestral knowledge in relation to a product; and show how it contributes to the comprehensive development of students according to the vision and mission of the educational institution. The tool must require the ways in which the projects proposed are related to the conservation and care of the environment.

    Evaluación cualitativa del manual de convivencia de la Escuela Normal Superior Distrital María Montessori desde las orientaciones del ministerio de educación y de la secretaria de educación de Bogotá sobre el enfoque de justicia escolar restaurativa

    This research is a qualitative case study carried out at the María Montessori District High School in Bogotá, in order to evaluate the coexistence manual from the restorative school justice approach proposed by the educational policy of Colombia and the guidelines of the Bogotá Education Secretariat. This evaluation allows a review of the manual to define strategies that make it feasible to implement restorative school justice at the School and thus improve the school climate. To achieve this, 3 research phases were established: In the first phase, the criteria for data collection and evaluation were defined, resulting in the selection of 4 research categories: restorative justice, coexistence manual, school climate and restorative practices; with these, questions were constructed and semi-structured interviews, focus groups and analysis of institutional documents such as the evaluation system, the institutional educational project and the coexistence manual were designed. These categories were very useful for carrying out the second phase of data collection and analysis resulting from the application of the instruments already defined and applied to teachers, counselors and high school students in grades 9, 10, and 11. These categories also allowed for the analysis of documents and the construction of the final report of results and improvement strategies. Finally, as phase three, the results were shared with the educational community represented by the coexistence committee.

    Análisis de los desafios en la gestión académica del colegio INEM Francisco de Paula Santander IED: perspectivas y estrategias para la mejora continua

    This study analyzes the challenges in the academic management of the INEM Francisco de Paula Santander IED school, based on a qualitative approach based on semi-structured interviews with teachers and teaching managers. Key challenges were identified such as the need to better align the curriculum with the Institutional Educational Project (PEI), and improve adaptation to diversified pedagogical approaches. It is recommended to strengthen continuous training and develop collaboration programs with the community to enrich the educational process and improve educational quality.

    The present research aims to contribute to the pedagogical practices of teachers at the Alexander Fleming IED School in terms of inclusion. In this sense, the importance of inclusion in the educational field is recognized, specifically addressing the challenges faced by teachers in relation to the learning difficulties of students. These difficulties can be linked to both disability conditions, whether cognitive or socio-affective, and situations of discrimination based on belonging to various population groups. With a qualitative approach, this work delves into the dynamics and meanings underlying formative processes, with the purpose of promoting innovation in inclusion policies in educational establishments. Thus, the structure of the project is divided into four chapters: reference framework, theoretical framework, methodological design and analysis of results. Within the framework of this structure, fundamental questions are raised about the evolution of pedagogical practices and the need for new forms of management to promote effective inclusion. In addition, emphasis is placed on the importance of recognizing diversity as an essential commitment to equity and educational quality. The central purpose of the research is to describe pedagogical practices, identify strengths and difficulties, and establish elements for reflection. Therefore, the research question focuses on analyzing the pedagogical practices of teachers, in terms of inclusion, to develop inclusive processes in the classroom. In summary, the importance of addressing limitations such as the contextualization of factors that may interfere with the recognition of differences and the construction of inclusive school environments at the Alexander Fleming IED School, as a focal point for the study, and the implementation of specific inclusion policies, is recognized.

    The present investigative work was developed around the management of the Kuepa Edutech Educational Institution, in order to propose criteria so that the institution can implement school permanence strategies, based on a characterization carried out from the analysis of different management aspects of the institution, gathering the voice of directors and teaching directors of the institution. The research is developed with a qualitative methodology, applying instruments such as document analysis, interviews and focus groups, in order to compile and qualitatively analyze the current situation of management in relation to school permanence. Therefore, this research seeks to answer the following question: How to propose school permanence criteria, from the characterization of the management of the Kuepa Edutech educational institution, to strengthen school retention? And in this way, we can respond to the general objective of the research that seeks to generate criteria for school permanence from the characterization of the management of the Kuepa Edutech institution, to strengthen school retention.

    This text aims to identify the artistic and pedagogical learning of artists who train in literary creation. To find such learning, an open semi-structured interview was designed and the observation recorded in the diary of field of the person conducting this research. On the other hand, to analyze the information, emerging categories of analysis were taken into account through the conceptualization of each response of the collected narratives, as well as their coding into main categories such as: teacher training, literary didactics and creative experience, whose systematization and reflection is registered.

    Caracterización desde la gestión académica del proceso de diseño pedagógico en el plan de estudios de la institución Gimnasio Campestre los Alpes

    The present work dates from a research carried out at the Gimnasio Campestre los Alpes, located in Calera-Cundinamarca. The research intention focused on analyzing, from academic management, the compliance processes and pedagogical design of the area of ​​artistic education carried out in the year 2022. For which it sought to answer the question: How to characterize the pedagogical design of the area of artistic training at Gimnasio Campestre los Alpes a tool from academic management to propose a SWOT matrix that generates contributions in the construction of a management protocol for the implementation of curricular guidelines in the area? In this way, the research has been developed based on a qualitative methodology. Firstly, a documentary review was carried out to analyze the curricular organization of the institution, with which it would be feasible, later, to contrast said information with the voices of directors, teachers and students by conducting semi-structured interviews and description of results with the support of Atlas ti software. Thirdly, and with the data obtained, a triangulation of the information was carried out to identify the role of art in the curriculum of the Gimnasio Campestre los Alpes and to be able to establish, fourthly, a relationship from the pedagogical design, the organization and curricular planning of the training area for artistic education. Finally, to make the investigative work a field of action, a SWOT matrix was created to generate a protocol for managing the curricular guidelines for the area of ​​artistic education. Consequently, the document has been divided into four chapters, starting with the frame of reference where the problem of the study is addressed and the research intention is explained, through the justification and presentation of the objectives, concepts and foundations of the research. . The second chapter addresses the theoretical framework, where the theoretical bases for the development and structuring of the study are highlighted, as well as the consolidation of each category of analysis. The third chapter provides an account of the methodological support that guides the investigative work, as well as its relevance to what was proposed in the first section. Finally, the last chapter presents the results and their analysis in light of the research objectives. In this last section, conclusions and recommendations are presented to the educational institution.

    The document is a research report that analyzes the academic management of Colegio Nuevo Gimnasio in relation to level 1 of early education and the classroom project subject. It aims to highlight the importance of expanding project-based assessment methodology as a strategy to promote interdisciplinary learning scenarios, following the assessment guidelines of Colombia's Ministry of National Education and considering the specific context of the institution. The research is based on a rigorous search for legal, regulatory, and national education guidelines, as well as epistemological elements, technical documents, and theories of learning and teaching related to the topic. Authors such as Tamayo M, Taba H, Cerda H, Sampieri R, Fernández C, Baptista L, Morin E, among others, contribute to the theoretical framework. The document includes a comprehensive review of investigative backgrounds and a spatial framework that contextualizes the reality of the institution. The chapters address the investigated problem, establish objectives for analyzing the curricular design, explore local, regional, epistemological, and theoretical sources, detail the analysis methodology, discuss the results obtained, and present conclusions. Additionally, pedagogical and methodological guidelines are provided to be shared with teachers and administrators.

    Análisis del aseguramiento de la calidad educativa en el Colegio Antonio Villavicencio IED

    This research focused on the analysis of the process of educational quality assurance in the School IED Antonio Villavicencio, District Educational Institution of Colombia, in the context of the accreditation processes required for public institutions in the country. It was carried out in several phases using a descriptive methodology of case studies with a qualitative descriptive approach, using semi-structured surveys and focus groups with teachers and managers of the institution. The information collected was analysed using the Atlas-assisted qualitative analysis programme. The objective was to analyze the process of educational quality assurance, focusing on academic monitoring and administrative and financial management of the school. In addition, an organizational self-assessment strategy was proposed to identify strengths and opportunities in administrative and financial management. It is hoped that this strategy will be implemented by the educational community to guide the processes of institutional improvement and strengthening to promote institutional autonomy, evaluate the financial situation and available resources; and to achieve the institutional objectives set annually.

    Análisis de la gestión directiva en el manejo de conflictos en la convivencia escolar del colegio Cafam de la localidad de Engativá

    Managing conflicts in educational institutions, especially post-pandemic, has become crucial, highlighting the need for attention to the emotional well-being of children and youth. The management should drive intervention strategies and care programs involving all stakeholders in the educational community. A study at Cafam School in Engativá aims to analyze and enhance the management of convivial conflicts through a qualitative research-action approach. It focuses on understanding institutional practices, proposing a PHVA protocol to strengthen school coexistence. The methodology includes observation, document review, and semi-structured interviews, seeking active participation from directors, teachers, and counselors. Results are organized in a PHVA format for implementation in the institution. Deficiencies in articulation among institutional actors and lack of effective communication were identified, hindering the implementation of internal strategies and programs to enhance school coexistence. A PHVA approach was proposed to strengthen institutional practices, emphasizing the need for increased participation and collaboration among all members of the educational community. Results underscore the importance of ongoing evaluation and adaptation of strategies to address changing needs in the educational environment.

    Análisis de la comprensión que tienen los directivos docentes acerca de las competencias socioemocionales, la noción de compotencia y su importancia para el gerenciamiento educativo en la Institución Educativa Distrital Pablo de Tarso

    This project proposes new elements of doing, seeing and feeling around educational management, putting into practice the concept of socio-emotional competencies, the notion of power and taking into account that innovation, frequently, must accompany the work of management in the education. For its execution, it is based on research on socio-emotional competencies by Bisquerra (2020), Goleman, Boyatzis and McKee (2018), CASEL (2018), as well as the contribution referred to the notion of competence created by Perea (2018). With a qualitative methodology, the perceptions that teaching managers have about how they understand socio-emotional competencies and the notion of power in the mediation and development of their managerial work are explored. As tools, the pre-knowledge questionnaire and the semi- structured interview were designed for 6 teaching managers of the Pablo de Tarso District Educational Institution, which are analyzed using categorization matrices. It is found that the lack of development of self-control makes it difficult to manage teamwork and managerial management directly; The need to strengthen self-awareness was observed to contribute to teacher well-being and the development of competence; and the lack of a real and constant update in the topics of training in socio-emotional competencies is evident as a difficulty for the development of leadership that supports them in their decisions and managerial management. A SWOT analysis is proposed through which improvement strategies are proposed for the situations raised.
