The intention of this investigative study was to propose an analytical tool regarding the characteristics that the formulation of Productive Pedagogical Projects of the academic management of the Verjón School could have. In order to reaffirm the educational model of social constructivism with a productive approach of the educational institution. When reviewing the literature on Rural Education, the following needs were found: strengthening food security and planetary sustainability through education projects; lay the foundations for food production; linking the productive with the life projects of the students. The categories of analysis documents are based on various proposals by the Ministry of National Education of Colombia, which are based on the aspects of the rural territory in which the institution is located. The research was qualitative of a descriptive type in which an attempt was made to examine in detail the academic management that must be taken in the formulation of productive pedagogical projects; To achieve this goal, various entities from the institution's educational community participated. To configure the data, recordings and video recordings were made of the sample of the research study, the segments that reflected the purpose of the research were selected, these data were transcribed and analyzed using the ATLAS TI 24 program mediated with artificial intelligence. The research concludes that the analytical tool must contain clear objectives, activities that are articulated between various areas of knowledge, and must rescue some product or service that the families of the educational community are developing; It should also be indicated how families can collaborate in the foundation of their ancestral knowledge in relation to a product; and show how it contributes to the comprehensive development of students according to the vision and mission of the educational institution. The tool must require the ways in which the projects proposed are related to the conservation and care of the environment.
