Resumen
This thesis is carried out with the intention of providing a contribution to the educational management of the Colegio Ciudad de Villavicencio, inspired by the pedagogical work and improvement of the educational quality of the students; in addition to responding to the requirement to opt for the degree of Management in Institutional Educational Projects awarded by the Francisco José de Caldas District University. The Colegio Ciudad de Villavicencio has an excellent team of early childhood workers, who in turn can improve the quality of learning a second language in transition by developing physical and cognitive skills, through a didactic unit that shows physical and intellectual work in accordance with the preschool level, leaving aside rote and repetitive learning; giving opportunity to the development of artistic skills in early childhood concerning reinforcing skills for linguistic learning, which is essential for the intellectual growth of the human being, as a fundamental basis of the educational experience of the other branches of knowledge: particularly in this case, of a foreign language. For this reason, it is necessary to propose a teaching unit in the transition curriculum that integrates the arts, physical development and the learning of the second language through the development of basic motor skills and the use of the mother tongue; as well as the development of the artistic dimension, thus fostering in students, in parallel, a first approach to the second language through stage play.
