Caracterización desde la gestión académica del proceso de diseño pedagógico en el plan de estudios de la institución Gimnasio Campestre los Alpes

Resumen
The present work dates from a research carried out at the Gimnasio Campestre los Alpes, located in Calera-Cundinamarca. The research intention focused on analyzing, from academic management, the compliance processes and pedagogical design of the area of artistic education carried out in the year 2022. For which it sought to answer the question: How to characterize the pedagogical design of the area of artistic training at Gimnasio Campestre los Alpes a tool from academic management to propose a SWOT matrix that generates contributions in the construction of a management protocol for the implementation of curricular guidelines in the area? In this way, the research has been developed based on a qualitative methodology. Firstly, a documentary review was carried out to analyze the curricular organization of the institution, with which it would be feasible, later, to contrast said information with the voices of directors, teachers and students by conducting semi-structured interviews and description of results with the support of Atlas ti software. Thirdly, and with the data obtained, a triangulation of the information was carried out to identify the role of art in the curriculum of the Gimnasio Campestre los Alpes and to be able to establish, fourthly, a relationship from the pedagogical design, the organization and curricular planning of the training area for artistic education. Finally, to make the investigative work a field of action, a SWOT matrix was created to generate a protocol for managing the curricular guidelines for the area of artistic education. Consequently, the document has been divided into four chapters, starting with the frame of reference where the problem of the study is addressed and the research intention is explained, through the justification and presentation of the objectives, concepts and foundations of the research. . The second chapter addresses the theoretical framework, where the theoretical bases for the development and structuring of the study are highlighted, as well as the consolidation of each category of analysis. The third chapter provides an account of the methodological support that guides the investigative work, as well as its relevance to what was proposed in the first section. Finally, the last chapter presents the results and their analysis in light of the research objectives. In this last section, conclusions and recommendations are presented to the educational institution.
