Ítem Actividades innovadoras en la enseñanza de la física: el docente en formación en el Colegio Ciudadela ColsubsidioGutierrez Muñoz, Wilmer Fabian; Arcos Martínez, Fabio OmarThis internship report will show the model they implement in the Colsubsidio schools, the desired teaching profile and their participation. It is intended to highlight the role and action of the teacher within the framework of the educational model that is used in the institution, therefore a space is opened to the perspective of the passing student to learn in the practice of knowledge that the teacher has developed, said knowledge will not only give continuity to the model but also develop it through innovative proposals. The activities that were carried out were strengthened by collective reflection between teachers and internsÍtem Aproximación a la pedagogía hospitalaria en Colombia - BogotáAmado Bustamante, María Camila; Salazar Peña, Deisy Yulie; Arcos Martínez, Fabio OmarFrom the perspective of building inputs that allow to advance research and innovations in science education, particularly in physics; One of the needs of the INVESTUD group is the construction of states of art in specific educational fields. Considering that hospital pedagogy and its educational possibilities for children and young people who, due to their disease condition, have been marginalized from school, constitute one of the fields to which the research group intends to contribute. The present work aims to demonstrate a database with related documents on experiences, reflections, dispositions, research, innovations or projects, among others of a national and international nature; related to hospital pedagogy. It is noteworthy that the hospital pedagogy rescues the fundamental right to education of children and young people who because of their condition of illness can not attend an educational institution and therefore are linked to hospital classrooms. In order to carry out this database, a bibliographic exploration and construction of a database with the help of the educational analytical summaries (RAE) were carried out, which allowed different work perspectives and categories of analysis to be evidenced. This being a fundamental basis for future research to guide the group or similar groups interested in hospital pedagogy.Ítem Clasificación de los trabajos prácticos contenidos en libros de texto de física en la educación media.Chacón Naranjo, Alba Juliana; Arcos Martínez, Fabio OmarThis work took as a main intention to establish the targets, the characteristics and the conceptions from which the practical work is prepared in the textbooks of physics of the secondary school. To give fulfillment to this target there was a documentary analysis of different types of practical work that appear in a sample of textbooks of secondary school to classify them from the contributions done by Albaladejo and Caamaño (2004). The elements of the sample were six textbooks and one of consultation of physics used in the secondary school in Colombia. For the results presentation was realized a count of the practical activities, an analysis of the distribution of practical work, a review of the procedural targets and actitudinales of every practical work and its classification in accordance with the established categories. In the systematization of the information, stage and statistical graphs were used. The results showed that the practical work found in the texts is mostly of evidentiary character (type recipe) and to less scale those that might end in scientific investigations. Nevertheless one admits that the success that the practical work can has in the processes of education and learning they depend greatly on the time that was spent, the organization and preparation of lesson plans, the needs and interests of the students and the preparation of the teachers in the scientific contents.Ítem Construcción e implementación de una propuesta didáctica para la enseñanza de las ondas mecánicas en el Centro Interactivo MalokaRojas Martínez, Cristian Camilo; Arcos Martínez, Fabio OmarIn this paper, the importance of educational processes in museums and their role in society as a disseminating element of the sciences, in the process of scientific and technological literacy and in the formation of citizens, is revealed. From this stage, 3 prototypes are planned, designed and built together with two workshops that allow a study of the mechanical waves in the Maloka interactive center. The activities that make up the proposal allow a historical look at the Pythagorean ideas about harmony expressed through music and mathematics. This is achieved by a musical instrument tuned by means of air pressure, 12 pendulums that synchronize their movements and the effect of the sound on the material to form symmetrical figures (Chladni figures). Following the constructivist pedagogical current, the activities are executed using an active learning methodology in the formation of mediators as well as of general public, where the participants play a leading role in the learning process. The use of problem situations allows the emergence of explanations about the phenomena of mechanical waves, which allow us to glimpse a pre-theory network in the conformation of hypotheses, which when confronted by the experimentation generate new questions or explanations to the physical phenomenon and their understanding. The execution of the prototypes, the execution of the workshops and the editing of the module reveal a way in which we learn by doing, saying, in group work, in the conversation, in the emergence of different reasoning, in the creation of hypotheses and through experimentation. Activities seen from the "Edgar Dale pyramid" have a greater impact on the learning process, in contrast to the passive and memoristic methods of educationÍtem Desarrollo e implementación de una propuesta didáctica para la enseñanza de la óptica y la fotónica en el Centro Interactivo MalokaTroncoso Sandoval, Laura Ximena; Arcos Martínez, Fabio OmarTo contribute to the scientific formationof literate citizens and technologically isone of the intentions of the education ingeneral. To develop these capacities isnot only a work of the school, but itcorresponds also to other institutions inthe society as there it are the museums. This writing accounts for the planning, organization, making and execution of 6 workshops half-closed to the opticsfotónica in the interactive centerMaloka; making use of active learningand the problem solving, one looks thatthe public achieves to improve, questionor put between saying its forms ofexplanation in such a way that theycould predict, discuss, observe andpropose situations that allow to proveand promote the use of practices and ofactivities, like a way to constructknowledge. The achievement of theworkshops was realized by themediators of the interactive centerMaloka and by public in general. Making use of the kit of photonicsexplorer composed by glasses, mirrors, splits, optical fibre, polarizadoresbetween others; six workshops wereprepared, five of these are prepared forthe application with school public inthose that there does to itself emphasison questions related to phenomena Ihalf-close to the interactions of the lightwinth the way (spread, dispersion, reflection, refraction, interference, entire reflection), of which cuatros wereworn out in the educational institutionand a fifth one in the interactive center, finally there is generated a sixthworkshop which approach allows to domediation for the public in general; oneof learnings of the process, of thisintership is that the workshops can beworn out of individual form or insequence. As well as its achievementand execution although it was thoughtfor tenth grade, the language of theroutine character allows to be worn outwith students of different ages, where Igo on to the curiosity for thephenomenon, to create, to amuse itselfand to learn. This way of planning and ofrealizing the workshops allows him tosee the teacher a physics education withsense and to the student learning of thephysics where he is leading. One of the contributions of this report isthe achievement of a module that faces theteacher step by step in the execution of theworkshops inspired by the expositionsmethodologically of active learning.Ítem Diseño de un prototipo de laboratorio de dureza dedicado a la calibración de durómetros, por métodos Rockwell, Brinell, Vickers y ShoreSalinas Perilla, Raúl Alfredo; Arcos Martínez, Fabio OmarIn Colombia there are no certified laboratories that calibrate industry devices and test laboratories used for the measurement of Hardness (durometers), that is why the National Metrology Institute (INM) together with the United Nations Organization for Industrial Development (UNIDO), conducted a survey of interested parties in the first semester of 2019, whose objective was to identify the needs for the magnitudes of Hardness and Torsional Torque, evidencing the need for a laboratory that provides metrological traceability to the industry, calibration laboratories and test on the magnitude of hardness in Colombia. This project proposes the design and development of a hardness laboratory that intends to offer metrology services for Colombia, which allow direct calibrations to durometers on the scales: Brinell, Vickers, Rockwell and Shore, and that in the medium term should also meet the demands comparison plate certification. That is why this document aims to compile the activities developed in the first phase of this project, in an internship mode regarding the design of the Dureza laboratory prototype for INM, encompassing the study of the regulations and the infrastructure required for these laboratories : necessary equipment, location adjustments, necessary personnel, among others.Ítem Diseño e implementación de la fase inicial del laboratorio de densidad de pesas del Instituto Nacional de Metrología (INM)Velasco Pardo, Leydy Johana; Arcos Martínez, Fabio OmarThe mass laboratory of the National Institute of Metrology (INM) currently has six Measurement and Calibration Capabilities - CMC, for the calibration of mass standards, published in the Key Comparison Data Base - KCDB of the International Office of Weights and Measurements - BIPM. As part of the process to support the uncertainty reported in these CMCs, the need to determine more accurately and with the least possible uncertainty, the density / volume of the mass standards class E1 and E2 calibrated in the INM, given that the values reported by the manufacturer may cause an increase in uncertainty greater than the laboratory's CMCs, affecting the quality of the results that are delivered to INM clients. The mass laboratory recognizes these deficiencies and in order to make up for them decides to carry out a research project around a method for determining the density of weights with the least possible uncertainty. In order to incorporate a person who could dedicate full time to the project, the institute decides to establish an agreement with the Francisco José de Caldas district university specifically with the degree in physics curricular project, to carry out an internship in research called "Design and implementation of the initial phase of the weight density laboratory of the National Metrology Institute (INM) "Ítem Diseño y construcción de modelos de aviones para la enseñanza de la física de fluidosHurtado Sarmiento, Andrés David; Prieto Ospina, Andrea Ivana; Arcos Martínez, Fabio OmarThis work was carried out within the framework of a structured and guided internship by the INVESTUD CN research group, belonging to the Physics Teaching program of the Francisco José de Caldas District University. An alternative proposal for teaching fluid mechanics is presented, which provides teachers with a didactic resource and a model for class planning based on the pedagogical approach of Project-Based Learning and inquiry processes. The proposal includes two didactic modules focused on the construction of airplane models and interaction with the environment, respectively, and offers simple prototype development activities. The development of the modules focused on the exploration and construction of setups that generated specific questions about the physical phenomenon under study, followed by a series of activities designed to answer the questions posed. Based on these questions, a series of activities were created and two research instruments were implemented, a questionnaire and a virtual workshop, applied during the COVID-19 health emergency to high school students and physics education trainee teachers, respectively. Finally, evaluation instruments were applied that allowed for enriching results for both students and physics teachers. These results were organized into various explanatory models, according to the model typology, which allowed for a series of comparisons on how students respond to physical situations and how teaching methodologies applied are effective for science teaching. These explanatory models were then analyzed to obtain an interpretation and formulation of hypotheses about how students approach their ways of thinking about physical phenomena. This demonstrates that the teaching strategy based on the modules gives greater protagonism to the student in the learning process. Overall, the internship was successfully completed thanks to the application of various classroom work modalities and the effective use of questionnaires to evaluate learning.Ítem Elaboración de un módulo para la clase de física en aulas inclusivas, en las que participan estudiantes sordosPerico Mateus, Edison Fernando; Sánchez Roncancio, Rosemberg; Arcos Martínez, Fabio OmarOne of the lines of work that the research group INVESTUD of the Francisco José de Caldas District University addresses is the teaching of the sciences for diversity. After reviewing the work carried out by the group in this field, as well as consulting other sources, some theoretical references are developed that guide the realization of this report and that includes, among others, concepts such as: diversity, integration, inclusion and teaching of physics. This report gives an account of the dynamics of joint exploration, by living with the ID4 school group ID4 Manuela Beltrán at night in 2016 over a period of two months. This coexistence allows identifying and assessing constituent elements present in the dynamics that are established in each of the classes. Also, from the perspective that the research group handles, from the didactic tetrahedron around the class; contents, teacher, student, interpreter, as unit, it is possible to establish and to interpret, the central differences and characteristics of the classes. Taking into account the findings established in the characterization, as well as the referents for the teaching of physics for these inclusion groups, a module focused on the amount of movement is planned, organized and executed, a proposal that emphasizes activities raised around problems. The realization of these activities allowed the generation of different learning environments, which involve, to a greater extent, the interpreters, students, teachers who are part of the inclusive classroom. Where the teacher and the interpreter meet to plan each of the activities to be developed during the class, in order to generate strategies of participation regardless of whether they are listener or deaf, the formation of groups composed by listeners and deaf people, that make possible the carrying out of joint activities in which alternative communication systems emerge to sign language. However, it is striking that the translations performed by the interpreter focus on particular meanings of physics. The amount of movement expresses it as the product between mass and velocity, and not as independent concepts that can be related to establish models. It introduces a kind of conceptual algebra, which epistemologically makes no sense. Similarly, the interaction between students, the interpreter, the teacher, the situations, and each other makes the teaching process (in terms of sequence of topics) slower; but this methodology gives a greater sense to all the actors of the class. As part of this paper is delivered the module that includes five activities to perform in the classroom inclusive of physics, with photos representing the concepts of mass, speed and amount of movement. It is important to note that it is important to carry out the activities with the interpreter, so that he can understand the concepts and their differentiation in the context of the class.Ítem Energías alternativas una propuesta para la enseñanza de la física en el grado décimo (10°) del Colegio Distrital Luis Eduardo Mora Osejo I.E.D.Garibello Ruiz, Fabián Orlando; Arcos Martínez, Fabio OmarReport of internships of a theoretical and practical nature, carried out at the District Educational Institution Luis Eduardo Mora Osejo linked to the Secretary of Education of Bogotá, through a cooperative link between the institution and the Curricular Project. Degree in Physics attached to the Faculty of Sciences and Education Of the District University. With the development of the internship, we sought to contribute to the teaching and learning processes of the sciences, in particular physics, from the planning, construction and execution of activities inspired by alternative energies. To achieve this, didactic strategies were designed and implemented based on Total Open Activities, ATAs; Which allowed the structuring of four methodological phases: observation and diagnosis, planning, implementation and systematization, and final report. The information was collected from certain qualitative and quantitative techniques, improving students' motivation towards the study of physics and favoring their learning.Ítem La enseñanza de la física moderna en la educación media una aproximaciónFigueroa Moya, Anyul Steak; Orjuela Rodríguez, Johan Camilo; Arcos Martínez, Fabio OmarThis paper aims to show the results to develop a documentary analysis of textbooks, as well as an analysis of standards and interviews with teachers, by means of which it is intended to make an approach to methodologies and processes carried out by teachers when teaching a class in physics during the learning process of high school, but specifically related to modern physics. To make this approach a detailed analysis of standards and curriculum guidelines proposed by the Ministry of National Education regarding that theme of modern physics were referred within them was performed, in addition to reviewing the textbooks commonly used in the classroom to establish as they arise and develop the themes in these texts, moreover also took into account the point of view of the major players in the classroom as it is teachers who are ultimately those who decide to fields of physics developed within of its kind and which are not developed. This is done by applying a semi-structured interview where teachers get to know the most important aspects of their work in the classroomÍtem La Enseñanza de la Física una Mirada desde Expociencia JuvenilPreciado García, Dayana Sthefani; Arcos Martínez, Fabio OmarThis report is the product of the academic internship made in the Colombian Association for the advancement of Science, its principal objective is the study of the physics teaching in the science national fair: “Expociencia Expotecnologia 2013”, which was elaborated through a detailed analysis of the displayed works by the children of the secondary educational institutions in Colombia. The analysis consisted at several stages: the first was the classification of the works, reading each one of them. This exercise helped to work out the possible conceptual link with the Physics. Then an analytical summary or RAE (Resumen Analitico Especializado) of each work was set up as a second stage. Finally based on the RAEs, the results were tabulated, making possible the conclusion of the important and prominent aspects of the learning process, through, both in classroom as extracurricular researches activities. An important highlight was the work developed by transversal projects, achieving cooperation between subjects that, normally, are studying separately. Taking into account that the objective of the practice was to support the Sub-Directorate of Innovation and Technological Services (SIST) in the structuring of databases that allow the implementation of strategies for the improvement of the management of services (Training, Technical Assistance and Aptitude Tests) and collaborate in the review and structuring of documents of the Subdirectorate of Innovation and Technological Services (SIST). In this report it specifies the progress of the internship activities, under the title "STRATEGIES FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE MANAGEMENT OF SERVICES OF THE SUBDIRECTION OF INNOVATION OF TECHNOLOGICAL SERVICES (SIST) OF THE NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF METROLOGÍA (INM)" where in the first chapter, you will find everything related to metrology at a global and national level and its importance in Colombia, as well as characteristics of how metrology is located and the role of the National Institute of Metrology in the country, which leads to propose objectives for the development of this work within the Subdirectorate of Innovation of Technological Services SIST of the INM and the scope of this in compliance with the CONPES 3957 policy. In chapter 2, the theoretical framework is located with basic metrology concepts that will help to understand this work more easily, a specific example of traceability (Hass avocado trade), production phases, criteria for distribution and export, accreditation entities and certification, importance of the INM and its relationship with standard laboratories, metrological abbreviations and other organizations that work in collaboration with the INM. In chapter 3 the CONPES Purpose is narrated and a description of the activities carried out in the internship, importance, schedule for the preparation of reports is made according to the resolution issued by the INM; Thus, in chapter 4 the results of the internship can be evidenced, reports that were presented virtually and that will be linked in the respective chapter. The state has been concerned with guaranteeing the training of graduates capable of satisfying current educational needs, proposing laws such as: "Law 30 of 1992", "Law 115 of 1994" etc., these bringt consequence the creation of entities such as the "national accreditation council" which has the mission of monitoring and inspecting that higher education institutions fulfill with the highest quality requirements. With the aim of supporting the processes of self-evaluation and accreditation carried out by the Universidad DIstrital Francisco Jose de Caldas (Francisco José de Caldas District University) and more specifically in the proyecto de licenciatura en Fisica ( Curriculum project in bachelor in physics), it becomes a research topic to know who is trained as undergraduated students, thus generating an overview of the profile of the teacher in training taking into account demographic, economic, academic and perceptions about their experience in the PCLF. The information presented in this document is obtained from the Condor data system and from the application of a focus group survey; referring to the latter, through 56 questions classified into 4 categories: socioeconomic, PCLF, learning and teaching. The results obtained and their interpretation in the light of the outlined theoretical and methodological referents throw a panorama about who is who is trained as a professor of physics currently in the UDFJC, it is expected that this work will contribute to the strengthening of the self-assessment and accreditation processes that advance in the program, as well as the genesis of other curricular investigations that are required.Ítem Habilidades científicas y comunicativas "Interacciones con la Luz"Umaña Ramírez, José Luis; Leyton Estupiñán, Camilo Andrés; Arcos Martínez, Fabio OmarInternship report based on the design and implementation of a chain of framed activities. In the generation of scientific abilities in children of 9 to 13 years of the international school of Fontibón IED. Whose objective was to motivate the learning of the sciences in an autonomous and amusing way in subjects related to the light. Initiative framed in the project with "With my son to the school" whose creators and developers are the teachers belonging to the educational institution by appointment of the Ministry of Education headed by the teacher Nelson Barrios manager and creator of this initiative and a group of teachers linked in a way Volunteer to the program with the approval of the CADEL directives of the town of Fontibón.Ítem Habilidades de pensamiento (HBP) fortalezas y debilidadesRodríguez Chía, Diego Nicolás; Niño Angarita, Miguel Ángel; Arcos Martínez, Fabio OmarThis document is an internship report entitled “Thought skills (HBP); strengths and weaknesses”, carried out at the Fontibon IED Technical Institute in order to bring children from the third, fourth and fifth grades of primary education, development and strengthening of basic thinking skills (HTA) with activities carried out and structured according to the standard norm in natural science competitions MEN. (Ministry of National Education) 2004. This involved the planning, organization and execution of activities that are contextualized with the interaction of light and sound for students in relation to a phenomenon or situation. In the present report, the results have been established during the course of the internship as well as the introduction, and three chapters on which this work is based. In the first one is the context of realization in which there is a description, understanding and recognition of the student population and the institution. In Chapter 2 we find the construction of references (Methodological, epistemological, physical and normative), which include the structure of the work for the development of the project. Chapter 3 relates to the planning, execution and interpretation of activities; these are oriented to the teaching of science through the construction of physical models with reusable material that allow to bring students to a notion of the exploration of technology and the care of the environment. It is important to emphasize that these activities were carried out in the development of competences; proposed by Icfes stories such as: Creative thinking, analytical reasoning, critical thinking, problem solving, teamwork and communication. Finally the reader was found with the reflections and the final results as well as the bibliography and the corresponding annexesÍtem Herramientas y otros dispositivos mecánicos: Una alternativa para la enseñanza de la físicaGarcía Sánchez, Edward Alexander; Arcos Martínez, Fabio OmarThe present degree thesis has been developed within a framework of structured internship in the research seedbed INVESTUD CN, which belongs to the Physics Degree program in The Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas and also was guided by the internal director and had the mutual contribution of the enrolled working groups of this research seedbed. In this thesis is presented an alternative proposal to classic mechanics teaching focused on the tools and some mechanical devices, providing the physics teacher three education modulus built from inquiry process, more precisely from Project-based learning. In the modules construction there were collected the results from exploration, selection and construction of mechanical devices used in the activities presented there. In this process different questions emerged regarding the physical phenomenon which explains its functioning and subsequently were used to structure the activities and through them answer the questions. Furthemore, these questions were used to create two research instruments that were applied online due to the sanitary emergency for COVID-19; first it was created a questionnaire applied to highschool students from a school located at the south of Bogota, secondly it was created a workshop which was developed with teachers in training from the last semesters of the university. As a result of the questionnaire answers and the outcome of the workshop, there were obtained different representations that, due to the characteristics, were gather in some explanatory models and based on the interpretation given, it was formulated a hypothesis regarding how the students suggest their explanations about the physical phenomena that were presented. Consequently, it demonstrated some interesting results regarding the model formulation both in highschool students and in teachers in training, as well as the good theoretical use of concepts and laws that apply for teachers in training. On the other hand it was also presented a difficulty when explaining the physical phenomenon and how the teaching strategy presented in the modules gives more protagonism to the student in the classroom and in their learning construction. Thereby, the internship allowed the personal and professional growth from the researcher thanks to the difficulties presented during the pandemic, the use of different methodologies and the creation and use of questionnaires to evaluate.Ítem Informe de pasantía titulada proyectos basados en la transformación del movimiento: como alternativa para la enseñanza de la físicaMontero Gómez, Daniela; Panche Carrillo, Jorge Luis; Arcos Martínez, Fabio OmarThe present work took place in the context of structured and guided internship work modality by the research group INVESTUDCN belonging to the curriculum project for a degree in physics at the Francisco José de Caldas District University. In this, a pedagogical proposal is presented that provides the teacher with a didactic resource and a model of class planning for teaching the transformation of the movement. This proposal is based on the pedagogical model of Project-Based Learning (ABP) and the investigation processes which serve to develop two teaching modules focused on rocket propulsion and the preservation of the amount of movement, offering activities to develop simple prototypes such as rockets and suspended sphere systems. Methodologically, the development of this proposal, mainly, is given from prototypes or assemblies related to the movement, so that, as the exploration and construction of these presents questions linked to the physical phenomenon. Secondly, a number of activities are being set up to take account of these questions, and finally, two research instruments, such as a questionnaire and a virtual workshop, applied in the framework of the health emergency of COVID-19 to high school students and teachers in physics degree training respectively. The result of implementing these instruments was to collect and group the responses of high school students and teachers in training, according to explanatory models and variables present in the way of thinking of each student. Afterwards, these models of explanation are analyzed and compared to end with the interpretation of them and the possibility of formulating hypotheses about how students apply their ways of thinking related to physical phenomena, demonstrating with it, that the teaching strategy on which the modules are based gives greater prominence to the learner.Ítem Luces, colores y filtros: Proyectos para la enseñanza de la físicaSarmiento Ortiz, Mónica Alejandra; García Contreras, Paola Andrea; Arcos Martínez, Fabio OmarIn teaching training and exercise, the use of resources for the teaching of science allows the student to build their own concepts, knowledge and consolidate their own learning. This work goals to offer teachers resources for the teaching of physics with the clear purpose of attracting and capturing the meaning of student learning, contributing to the development of skills and an experience in the acquisition of knowledge.
