Resumen
This internship report will show the model they implement in the Colsubsidio schools, the desired teaching profile and their participation. It is intended to highlight the role and action of the teacher within the framework of the educational model that is used in the institution, therefore a space is opened to the perspective of the passing student to learn in the practice of knowledge that the teacher has developed, said knowledge will not only give continuity to the model but also develop it through innovative proposals. The activities that were carried out were strengthened by collective reflection between teachers and interns

En el presente informe de pasantía se mostrará cuál es el modelo que implementan en los colegios Colsubsidio, el perfil docente que se desea y su participación. Se pretende resaltar la función y la acción del maestro en el marco del modelo educativo que se emplea en la institución, por consiguiente se abre un espacio a la perspectiva del estudiante pasante para que aprenda en la práctica del conocimiento que el maestro ha desarrollado, dicho conocimiento permitirá no solamente darle continuidad al modelo si no desarrollarlo por medio de propuestas innovadoras. Las actividades que se llevaron a cabo se fortalecieron con la reflexión colectiva entre docentes y pasantes.
