Ítem Aplicación de herramientas Lean para la estandarización y generación de propuestas de mejora en el proceso de despacho para el Centro de Distribución Funza en la Empresa Sodimac Colombia.Valencia Melo, Juan Pablo; Vargas Hernández, César AsdraldoThis project is made up of 5 phases which have been used in different projects in the literature for the planning and execution of improvement projects in organizations, with which the standardization and improvement of the dispatch process in Sodimac Colombia is sought through the use of tools for continuous improvement and measurement of indicators. The first phase consists of carrying out a detailed diagnosis of the dispatch process through the survey of processes and identification of shortcomings in the operation, as well as the application of root cause identification tools through the Ishikawa Diagram and the development of the 5 whys for each of the identified causes. After carrying out the diagnostic stage, an improvement plan design framed in 4 objectives is carried out through the application result of the maturity level survey and which in turn is divided into 7 improvement initiatives that point to the shortcomings found during the diagnostic phase. The third phase of the project is the development of initiatives, starting with the construction and measurement of quality indicators in deliveries, then improvement initiatives focused on increasing the efficiency of the process in terms of identifying best practices during loading are developed. , decrease in product breakage, merchandise consolidation models and preparation of the merchandise loading model. Finally, a results chapter is made where the indicators are presented after the execution of the project and some conclusions and recommendations for the development of the project.Ítem Diagnóstico de la Aplicación de NTC ISO 9001: 2015 en Pymes de la Industría de Cuero, Calzado y MarroquineríaIbarguen Rengifo, Aury Janeth; Vargas Hernández, César AsdraldoIntroduction: The article is the product of the research "Application of the ISO 9001 standard version 2015 in the footwear, leather and leather industry of the Restrepo sector, Bogotá DC" developed at the Francisco José de Caldas district university during the years 2018 and 2019. Objective: Formulate strategies that allow SMEs to apply ISO 9001: 2015 in the leather, footwear and leather goods industry in SMEs of the Restrepo sector of the city of Bogotá-Colombia. Methodology: Surveys and bibliographic inquiry were developed to characterize the industry subject of the study; make a comparison at the international, national and local levels; make the diagnosis of the application of the standard, and propose strategies for its implementation. Conclusion: About 78% of companies in the sector have the potential to be certified in the norm, although they must urgently implement information and communication technologies at the operational and documentary level, and those that are not legally formalized must register before the competent legal entities. Originality: Through this research, strategies for the implementation of ISO 9001: 2015 for SMEs in the Restrepo sector in Bogotá are formulated for the first time. In order to support the quality of the results issued in the analyses, it is necessary to have the correct management of the measurement processes and the metrological confirmation operations of the equipment and measurement instruments used to demonstrate compliance with the requirements of metrological assurance and analysis of the issued data. For this, an improvement proposal is made that seeks to ensure that the suitability of the equipment and measuring instruments for the intended use is demonstrated, controlled, maintained and documented. For the development of this work began with a diagnosis of both the internal and external context of the organization, in order to determine their current situation. Subsequently, the structuring of the process map and the characterization of each of these are carried out. Then the procedures that are followed for the development of each of the processes are established, their respective characterization is done and the required tracking formats are elaborated. The availability of a management system (NTC 6001: 2008-Management Model for MYPES) presents greater opportunities for micro and small companies in the generation of their relevant documentation and standardization of processes, as well as having a tool to evaluate the risk management in an organization (NTC ISO 31000: 2011) that contributes to raising awareness about the risks perceived by the top management of the organization and the possibilities that are generated in terms of mitigating them. E.S.P, a methodological design of a quality management system based on the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 was built. In order to achieve that, an operational diagnosis was carried out, revealing that only 13% of ISO requirements were satisfied at the date of beginning of the internship. Processes of the organization were identified, characterized, and validated using a joint methodology of interviews to workers and managers, for the sake of finding out how they performed their functions, therefore deducting the processes. Other elements of a quality management system, such as internal auditing program or management review procedure were designed suited to the organization’s context, allowing monitoring of customer requirements compliance. This thesis is developed through three phases, which consist of an initial review of the system making use of tools such as hazard identification, risk assessment, vulnerability identification, legal requirements, among others. G&S Soluciones de Ingeniería is a small Colombian company dedicated to the services related to the installation of fire fighting systems and civil works, whose directors have found interest in the ISO 9001: 2015 quality certification, so they have decided to start the process that Allow to achieve this objective. This methodological design was carried out in 4 major phases, which allowed obtaining: a diagnosis of the company based on the standard, the mapping of the processes, the development of a proposal where the processes and positions were characterized and reconstructed, and a program of internal audits to evaluate the performance of the organization and establish improvement methods. It is important to note that the organization's willingness to provide resources, time and information, as well as the interaction of all personnel with whom it develops these processes related to quality, are key to obtaining real and effective results for the purposes proposed. As a result of this project, the creation and documentation of the Quality Manual for this organization was achieved, which serves as the basis for the implementation of the standard, the standardization of processes and the methodology that allows continuous improvement within the organization, focused on the client's. F & P has the certification in ISO 9001 version 2008, which was updated to the 2015 version. To make the update (transition) is key: apply a diagnosis in order to define the existing gaps between the current Quality Management System and the new version; know the context of the organization; and understand the needs and expectations of interested parties. As new requirements in the ISO 9001: 2015 standard are: the identification of the context and the interested parties; the planning of the changes; post-sale service management and knowledge management. The requirements that disappear are the preventive actions that are replaced by risk management, the representative of the management in order to compromise to a greater degree senior management and the quality manual which the organization will determine whether or not it is necessary for their processes. Once the aforementioned aspects have been defined, engineering techniques and tools are developed and applied to comply with these changes, such as the PESTEL analysis (acronym for Politics, Economic, Sociocultural, Technological, Ecological and Legal) to analyze the environment, the power / interest matrix for stakeholder analysis, activities to manage and control stakeholder participation, diagramming techniques for risk management, information management through cloud compunting, satisfaction surveys for the after-sales service , procedure for change management, among other techniques and tools in each of the new requirements. Finally, audits are established to verify compliance with the requirements.
