Diseño metodologico de un sistema de gestion de la calidad y riesgos basados en las normas NTC 6001 e ISO 31000 para la empresa Confecciones AROD S.A.S.

Abstract

The garment sector is one of the most important in Colombia due to its contribution to the economy of the country and the generation of employment. Many of the companies are small and medium-sized and do not have well-defined processes that allow them to be more productive and competent, for this reason they make their permanence in the market more difficult with the arrival of world-class companies. The availability of a management system (NTC 6001: 2008-Management Model for MYPES) ​​presents greater opportunities for micro and small companies in the generation of their relevant documentation and standardization of processes, as well as having a tool to evaluate the risk management in an organization (NTC ISO 31000: 2011) that contributes to raising awareness about the risks perceived by the top management of the organization and the possibilities that are generated in terms of mitigating them. In response to the aforementioned, the methodological design of a quality management system with emphasis on risks based on the NTC 6001 and ISO 31000 standards was carried out in the company CONFECCIONES AROD S.A.S
