Diseño metodológico para la implementación de un Sistema de Gestión de Calidad para la empresa Mavimetal Ltda con base en la Norma ISO 9001:2015

Abstract

His report is the result of an internship carried out in Mavimetal LTDA, a company that offers engineering design, automation, construction of machinery and metal structure, making its products known to different companies in the country, trying to increase the quality of these, demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products that meet the requirements and needs of the client and make the company competitive in the market, all this through the methodological design for the implementation of a quality system based on ISO 9001: 2015 complying with all the requirements given by that standard. Thus, through this work, which is a set of information and data obtained by an investigation that will allow a variety of documents to be obtained according to the information collected, and key research elements, among which the description and analysis of charges, direct observation, and personal interviews, will result in a document that contributes directly to compliance and assurance of quality requirements to offer customer satisfaction.
