Diseño metodológico del modelo integrado de planeación y gestión en el Programa de egresados de la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas

Abstract

The "Modelo Integrado de Planeación y Gestión" appears in 2017, established by the National Government of Colombia, being mandatory integration in public entities as a guarantee of compliance with the management of their internal processes; It was then decided to carry out the construction of a pilot design plan at the ‘Francisco José de Caldas Distrital’ University, (hereinafter UDFJC), where the UDFJC Graduate Program was chosen as the object of study. The Graduate Program of the UDFJC, being the work center of this project, must have an organizational context carried out under the VIPLAN methodology. With this methodological design, it is planned to carry out a diagnosis of the internal situation of the UDFJC Graduate Program, in addition to a verification of existing data and monitoring mechanisms.
