Resumen
This project is made up of 5 phases which have been used in different projects in the literature for the planning and execution of improvement projects in organizations, with which the standardization and improvement of the dispatch process in Sodimac Colombia is sought through the use of tools for continuous improvement and measurement of indicators. The first phase consists of carrying out a detailed diagnosis of the dispatch process through the survey of processes and identification of shortcomings in the operation, as well as the application of root cause identification tools through the Ishikawa Diagram and the development of the 5 whys for each of the identified causes. After carrying out the diagnostic stage, an improvement plan design framed in 4 objectives is carried out through the application result of the maturity level survey and which in turn is divided into 7 improvement initiatives that point to the shortcomings found during the diagnostic phase. The third phase of the project is the development of initiatives, starting with the construction and measurement of quality indicators in deliveries, then improvement initiatives focused on increasing the efficiency of the process in terms of identifying best practices during loading are developed. , decrease in product breakage, merchandise consolidation models and preparation of the merchandise loading model. Finally, a results chapter is made where the indicators are presented after the execution of the project and some conclusions and recommendations for the development of the project.
