    Prácticas mediadoras en contextos etnoeducativos
Ruiz Miranda, Jean Carlos; Ródriguez Pizzinato, Liliana Ángelica
This research presents the theoretical foundation of an investigation carried out in the process of post-graduation training in the La Guajira Master's Degree in Education of the Francisco José de Caldas District University located in Bogotá, Colombia, in relation to the mediation practices developed by the Pütchipü and its treatment before the different school conflicts. This in order to present the importance of culture and knowledge that are produced outside hegemonic and Eurocentric thought (Bruner, 1999) and visualize the understanding of social phenomena with interdisciplinary expressions (Wallerstein, 1996) given the need to reconstruct the historical, collective and cultural memory of indigenous peoples. This with the purpose of understanding some mediating practices used by the Pütchipü that could be linked to the resolution of school conflicts in the Ballenas Rural Ethno-educational Center of the Municipality of Barrancas (La Guajira). The possibilities of linking these practices within the framework of an intercultural education, is vital as Walsh (2009) points out in the search to generate bridges of knowledge between the diverse cultures that propose positions, processes, creative and purposeful practices that advance towards the promotion of Decolonial pedagogies and the construction of a reality mediated by culture.

Valoración de idoneidad didáctica en la enseñanza de las fracciones algebraicas: un estudio de caso en la nación WAYUU
González Araujo, Rony Fabián; Gordillo Thiriat, Wilson
This research aims to analyze the assessments of the instruction process of a practicing teacher within a Wayuu community, through the analysis of three videos in three class sessions when he teaches algebraic fractions in eighth grade; where the own design of the Ontosemiotic Approach of knowledge and mathematical instruction (EOS) was implemented, for this, assessments were made according to the components, indicators and criteria of didactic suitability of mathematical didactic knowledge. On the other hand, the methodology used offers a contribution to practicing teachers so that they reflect on their instructional process when teaching mathematics, recognizing high, medium and low didactic suitability, where their main purpose is the constant improvement of their educational practice. Within the results, it is evident that the epistemic, affective and ecological criteria have a low suitability; in contrast to the cognitive, mediational and interactional criteria.

Modelación matemática desde la perspectiva sociocrítica en tiempos de pandemia.
Bateman Jimenez, Martha del Carmen; ROMERO REY, JULIO HERNANDO
The present report will cover an investigation where it was evidenced how, beginning in 2020, the world was faced with a pandemic caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. In the year 2020, the world was faced with a pandemic caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus, consequences of a lack of control in many factors and main pillars of many countries, in the economic, political, social, and the source of this research, which was education. was education. This situation mainly forced us to take measures to mitigate its spread in our territory. spread in our territory. In Colombia, as in the rest of the world, one of the factors that were education was one of the factors that were affected, since on-site services were suspended, that is to say, they could not open schools could not open because the government decreed preventive isolation and quarantine. preventive isolation and quarantine. This is when the need arose to develop remote education modalities. Consequently, the need for the children to be isolated from the schools and confined to their homes with doubts confined to their homes with doubts, fears, and expectations, which at different times they commented to have. and the different reactions when they returned to the classroom, allow us to detect the absence of mathematical the absence of recognition of mathematics as an active component in society, considering that they do not know what to do with mathematics. society, considering that they do not know what to believe, as well as expressing that they feel fear and anxiety, most of them caused by the and anxiety, mostly caused by the different information given by the media, which at times seems to contradict the information was given by the media, which at times seem to contradict each other. For this reason, it is proposed to develop a process of mathematical modeling from a socio-critical perspective, a process of the sociocritical perspective, a task that will allow us to present the situation of contagion as an opportunity to use mathematics as an opportunity to use mathematics and its knowledge in social practice.According to Barbosa (2001), encouraging them to engage in possible reflective discussions allows us to help them to actively take advantage of the historical moment they are going through. Therefore, from the so-called socio-critical perspective, Barbosa (2003) expects, that through this research it is possible to encourage, record, and establish the different critical positions and reflections of the students. and critical reflections of children when using their mathematical knowledge, recognizing mathematics as an active and reflective component, which allows them to relate the world of their daily the world of their daily life during and after forty years of age, with concepts and social problems from a social problems from a mathematical language and knowledge. The challenge is then, in generating in the students greater participation in processes that allow them to reach a reflective and critical reflective knowledge from the classroom and particularly from the mathematics classroom mathematics.

Peñaranda Oñate, Lida Rocío; Moreno Lache, Nubia
The research carried out at the María Emma School located in San Juan del Cesar-Guajira seeks to recognize the use of the blog as a didactic strategy in understanding the Mariaemmista socio-environmental culture. The blog will serve as a socializing agent of UNESCO's Environmental Education for Sustainable Development (EADS) approach, the objectives of which establish comprehensiveness and interdisciplinarity as ways to face environmental problems. They are challenge-challenges for schools insofar as they involve community, municipal, regional and national entities in training on EADS. The study also contemplates the use of information and communication technologies (TIC´S) that allow inter-subjectivities between actors, agents and educational subjects for the development of the approach EADS and impact the school's areas of incidence. The objectives and antecedents of the work seek the emergence of categories such as EADS, Subjectivity and Social Interaction, Information and Communication Technologies (TIC´S) and Blog as Didactic Strategy. Virtual Ethnography was a methodological challenge that offered opportune virtual tools to the confinement that lives at the national level; Semi-structured virtual interviews were attended, a focus group and an observation was made to the Edublog. The analysis of the results revealed deepening-resignifying the use of the blog for ethical training in teachers, students, families, community organizations, local-municipal, attending to the interdisciplinary demands of the integration-participation of learning areas and social-economic-cultural environments of UNESCO.

Los sentidos que le atribuyen los estudiantes a la escuela. Estudio de seis casos de jóvenes de 10° y 11° en la I.E.E.N.S en San Juan del Cesar, la Guajira.
Troger Galindo, Manfred; Blanco Suárez, Jorge Orlando
This project addresses the meanings that six young people from the Escuela Normal Superior de San Juan del Cesar-La Guajira have built on their school experience. The way in which their experiences are affected in the school context in which they are mediated by the social and political realities of the world, the country and within the school. Evidencing from the praxis of the students of this project and of the educational and social research the empirical realities that allow us to describe, analyze and interpret the notions of social imaginaries, symbolic value of the students and their school trajectory. For this reason, it is in our interest to share the reflections and criticisms that educational work assumes from the institutional sphere and the realities immersed in the school. We worked from the sociocritical paradigm, making use of the semi-structured interview and the life story. After the above, the document will work from the results obtained from this research the concept of subjectivity as a strategy of interpretation of the processes that lead students to value reality, knowledge, senses, and meanings that they possess and acquire at school. And finally, this thesis will unravel the gaps and epistemological certainties that the authors who will be used in it have that will lead us to realize in a concrete way the applicability and viability of the present research for school contexts and the improvement of teaching practices and of students in their study.

AYAAWATA JUYAAWASE SYSTEM (LENGTH MEASUREMENT) FROM WAYUU OWN KNOWLEDGE This research on the system of ayaawata juyaawase (measurement of length) from Wayuu own knowledge provides important elements for Wayuu mathematical education in relation to strengthening the daily work of ethno-educators, since it seeks to take into consideration the fact of strengthening the community classroom project, in such a way that it contributes to the transformation of contextualized own content in the ethno-educational community in La Guajira. In particular, this work aims to "Characterize elements, in relation to the Ayaawata Juyaawase measurement system, that allow strengthening and validating knowledge of the Wayuu culture." In this circumstance, I consider that Ethnomathematics is and should be the spearhead for the promotion of the Ayaawata Juyaawase system (measurement of length) of the Wayuu from an intercultural vision. For its part, the methodological design based on Action Research and the qualitative study was supported by the (semi-structured) interview, allowing a group of four members of the Wayuu community, a cultural expert and three ethno-educators from the region to participate in this work. It should be noted that the four members were chosen taking into account the objectives of the project. The results show that the ayaawata juyaawase system provides units, instruments, techniques and its own language to promote reflections and approaches to the design of a social and cultural mathematics education.

Trayectorias hipotéticas de aprendizaje del número y la amplitud articuladas con las prácticas de agrimensura y las prácticas ancestrales de los indígenas Wayúu
Ibarra Flórez, Meilis Elena; León Corredor, Olga Lucía
This research search to promote the learning of mathematics in rural educational institutions of the Guajira, and aims to characterize articulations between the practices of surveying and ancient practices of the indigenous Wayúu, from the design and evolution of the Hypothetical Learning Trajectories (HLT) of the number and amplitude. The hypotheses are based on the following categories: place-based education, place-based mathematics education, the Hypothetical Learning Trajectories of Clements and Sarama (2015), the natural number, the angular amplitude magnitude, surveying and the ancient practice of building sheepfolds. This research is based on an approach to teaching experiments, since the HLT of the number and angular amplitude magnitude was designed, articulating surveying practices with ancient practices; focusing on the construction of sheepfolds. Which were validated with sixth grade students, from the indigenous educational institution # 5, Pipamana headquarters, to be able to identify the real learning trajectories of each one. Likewise, this research was developed taking into account five phases, where the activities were established, the techniques and instruments for the formulation of relationships between the practices of Surveying and the ancient Wayúu practices. In the initial phase, empirical sources are highlighted, such as: that of cultural knowers, authorities, elders and members of some communities. The design of the HLT articulates 10 processes: 1) Subitization, 2) counting, 3) comparison, order and estimation, 4) addition and subtraction operations, (5) multiplication and division operations, (6) perception and identification of angular amplitude magnitude, 7) decision-making process, 8) construction of sheepfolds, 9) measurement of land and 10) drawing of plans. In relation to the results of this research, we emphasize the hypotheses for the Hypothetical Learning Trajectory, that links not only the aforementioned processes, but also sub-processes and indicators. The analysis was carried out previously and in retrospect of the activities of each level, in total there are 10 levels and the synthesis of the real trajectories of each of the students.

Prácticas de enseñanza : una propuesta de articulación con los saberes tradicionales en contextos educativos
Martínez Amaya, Alex Manuel; Rodríguez Pizzinato, Liliana Angélica
This research is an approach to the understanding of the traditional knowledge of students from sixth to ninth grade of schooling, in the Centro Etnoeducativo Rural Ballena - Barrancas - La Guajira, from their relationship with the teaching practices of teachers in differentiated educational contexts. For this purpose, the background is presented in relation to the documentary categories of the research referred to pedagogical practices, traditional knowledge and educational contexts. The conceptual structure that discusses the dialogue of knowledge in educational processes at the school level is also presented, and the importance of recognizing the value of the local cosmovision is raised. The cultural characteristics of the school from the teaching practice contribute to the proposal of some pedagogical orientations that make possible a change of discourse regarding the development of a contextualized educational praxis. The methodological design is based on the hermeneutic historical approach, seeking to interpret the internal motives in the teaching practices and their relationship with traditional knowledge; relying on educational ethnography as a method whose techniques correspond to the interview, observation, and documentary analysis. The instruments formulated refer to a questionnaire for the teachers, the drawing elaborated by the students and the registration form of institutional documents. The results show that it is not possible to separate the knowledge proper to the school context, therefore, it is important to insist on the dialogue of knowledge loaded with meaning, together with the official knowledge that in the school context could assume the school as a space of intercultural educational recognition and bridge towards the construction of a discourse and a transforming action of the teaching practices from the local knowledge.

Fortaleciendo la cultura ambiental a partir del estudio y manejo de los residuos sólidos inorgánicos con estudiantes del grado 9º de la Institución Vicente Roig y Villalba de Fonseca La Guajira
Güette Pedroza, Marelvis Judith; Mora Penagos, William Manuel
The study developed during this research consisted of the students of the 9th grade of the main headquarters of the Vicente Roig and Villalba De Fonseca La Guajira Institution improving attitudes towards the management of inorganic solid waste through the implementation of an educational strategy. Currently in the Vicente Roig y Villalba Institution it is observed that students have difficulties to properly manage Inorganic Solid Waste which reflects an undesirable or prevailing environmental culture. To contribute to the improvement of this difficulty, a non-formal intervention unit was developed, that is, through it was not sought to generate approved and non-approved learning in a quantitative way, but to generate a process of transformation of attitudes of grade 9 students or changes in the way they interpret the management of solid waste in the institution. The intervention and management unit was carried out considering that there is no unification between the basic standards of competence issued by the Ministry of National Education with the learning criteria (DBA). This study was carried out with 90 students who correspond to three ninth grade groups of the main headquarters, it was carried out during three sequential stages for the collection of data. In stage one, a survey was applied with closed questions that allowed to determine the previous knowledge about Inorganic Solid Waste (RSI) and what was. In the second stage, a strategy was implemented where the students of the degree in mention for a period of 4 weeks collected, classified and analyzed the raw material of the packaging of the products that each one consumed during the week at home, then noted in a record table the weight of the material collected in each week. Finally, in the third stage, the Likert scale was applied, taking as a reference the studies of (Marcén et al, 2002). This instrument allowed to measure the attitudes of the students in relation to the management of inorganic solid waste. An attitude is the willingness of the human being to protect the environment for his own benefit and for the community at large. In the second stage, a strategy was implemented where the students of the degree in mention for a period of 4 weeks collected, classified and analyzed the raw material of the packaging of the products that each one consumed during the week at home, then noted in a record table the weight of the material collected in each week. The methodology implemented in this project is of a social and didactic nature with a mixed approach (cuan-CUAL). The term culture of this project was not analyzed as a scenario of symbolic representations but as a practice since the concept is associated with Environmental Psychology, this determines that the fundamental to be able to establish appropriate behaviors simply needs the predisposition for change.
