Resumen
The purpose of this research was to describe the school mathematical practices that emerge in the construction of the Wayuu backpack in seventh grade students. To do this, various sources of information were studied, such as the theories of Bishop (1999), Concha (2005), D'Ambrosio (1990), D'Ambrosio (1997), Pérez (2013), Ramirez (1995, Rueda (2013) , Montes (2018), Vásquez, (2011), emphasizing the positions of the actors of the educational process or interveners. The study was approached through the qualitative perspective and with the support of the ethnographic method, the approximate participation of 2 teachers was achieved. , 2 farmers or artisans and 2 students making a total of 7 social actors who are part of the educational community of the indigenous educational institution No. 8 Riritana headquarters, Colombia For data collection, participant observation was used, interviews with depth, later the data was organized into codes and categories that facilitated processing and analysis through open, axial and selective coding. The validity procedure was carried out through data triangulation and triangulation. tion of theory, which gives credibility to the information obtained. The findings allowed me to sculpt a theoretical approach about the school mathematical practices that emerge in the construction of the Wayuu backpack and leave a legacy of reflections that guide future researchers in the design of new studies related to the subject under investigation.
