Esta investigación, es un ejercicio de reflexión que pretende establecer el vínculo entre el espacio geográfico, la riqueza cultural y el turismo étnico en la constitución de un espacio cultural desde el contexto educativo. Fundamentado en una educación intercultural y con el objetivo de potencializar la práctica del turismo étnico que busca el bienestar social y comunitario. Para tal fin, se estudió sobre la riqueza cultural en el corregimiento de Camarones-La Guajira; se identifican los elementos culturales existentes y el conjunto de manifestaciones propias del patrimonio inmaterial de las comunidades étnicas asentadas en dicha localidad. Finalmente se exploran las percepciones y valoraciones de los habitantes del sector, con el propósito de comprender el significado y valor que le otorgan a su espacio natural y cultural; todo como proyección hacia el desarrollo del turismo étnico en la región. El objetivo general, busca promover el turismo étnico y la riqueza cultural como alternativa de desarrollo social y comunitario de los estudiantes de educación media de la Institución Educativa Rural Luis Antonio Robles en el corregimiento de Camarones, Riohacha- La Guajira. En coherencia con lo anterior, se han definido cuatro objetivos específicos, propuestos para alcanzar el objetivo macro: primero, caracterizar la riqueza étnica y cultural en el corregimiento de Camarones; segundo, identificar los atractivos turísticos; tercero, reconocer las diferentes prácticas de turismo étnico como alternativa de desarrollo social y comunitario para estudiantes de educación media de la Institución Educativa. Finalmente, se propone establecer una propuesta pedagógica y de formación en turismo étnico para los estudiantes de educación media de la Institución Educativa Rural Luis Antonio Robles, en el corregimiento de Camarones. La presente investigación, se estructura a partir de un estudio de tipo cualitativo, se tiene como recurso metodológico la hermenéutica, aplicada desde las características de interpretar y comprender los hechos, a fin de revelar los motivos de las acciones humanas en el espacio; la investigación considera aportes de la geografía del turismo y su horizonte geográfico en el marco de la geografía humanística.
Resumen
This research is an exercise in reflection that aims to establish the link between geographical space, cultural wealth and ethnic tourism in the constitution of a cultural space from the educational context. Based on an intercultural education and with the aim of enhancing the practice of ethnic tourism that seeks social and community well-being. To this end, the cultural richness in the Camarones-La Guajira district was studied; The existing cultural elements and the set of manifestations of the intangible heritage of the ethnic communities settled in said locality are identified. Finally, the perceptions and assessments of the inhabitants of the sector are explored, with the purpose of understanding the meaning and value that they give to their natural and cultural space; all as a projection towards the development of ethnic tourism in the region. The general objective seeks to promote ethnic tourism and cultural wealth as an alternative for social and community development of high school students of the Luis Antonio Robles Rural Educational Institution in the township of Camarones, Riohacha-La Guajira. In coherence with the above, four specific objectives have been defined, proposed to achieve the macro objective: first, to characterize the ethnic and cultural wealth in the township of Camarones; second, identify tourist attractions; third, recognize the different practices of ethnic tourism as an alternative for social and community development for high school students of the Educational Institution. Finally, it is proposed to establish a pedagogical and training proposal in ethnic tourism for high school students of the Luis Antonio Robles Rural Educational Institution, in the Camarones corregimiento. The present investigation is structured from a qualitative study, the methodological resource is hermeneutics, applied from the characteristics of interpreting and understanding the facts, in order to reveal the reasons for human actions in space; The research considers contributions from the geography of tourism and its geographical horizon within the framework of humanistic geography.
