Ítem El cacao, fuente de memoria socio cultural para el desarrollo humano de la población de Regalito, Brisas del Pauto y el Garzón, veredas del municipio de Pore- CasanareAchagua Gámez, Zulma Concepción; Ortiz Sánchez, Luz MarilynConsidering the studies carried out on the cultivation of cocoa in the municipality of Pore - Casanare, there are defined approaches behind economic perspectives, which, however, have left aside the human factor, the welfare and prosperity of the farmers who work in this type of smallholding. Therefore, the need arises to formulate an academic study that highlights the development and hard work performed by the inhabitants of the villages of Regalito, Brisas del Pauto and El Garzón, to redefine the socio-cultural memory in the cultivation of cocoa, to make visible this product made by this rural population, which is the protagonist of cocoa cultivation and through this strengthen their knowledge and practices, which stimulate the development of the productive process in these investigated villages. It is pertinent to provide guidelines to follow for the development of processes that allow motivating the inhabitants of these villages to work together and manage technical processes that promote the cultivation within the territory, by the governmental entities. Among the findings of this research, the need to promote inter-institutional social inclusion, encourage public-private capital investment and create a sense of belonging in the population, with a focus on the development of this ancestral product, stands out. In addition, to denote the human potential through the empirical capacities that the rural population possesses and to demonstrate this cooperation of knowledge, techniques and experiences, are those that are reflected in the social contribution of the PROCACAO virtual gallery.Ítem Estrategias psicopedagógicas para el manejo del duelo por pérdida de mascotas.(Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas) Bernal Guarnizo, Ginna Paola; Leiva Castiblanco, Claudia YamileEl ser humano a través de los años ha cambiado la percepción sobre el animal de compañía gracias a su continua interacción, esto ha generado que se denominen mascotas, las cuales comparten gran tiempo como en el diario vivir, viajes, cumpleaños, problemas, alegrías y tristezas lo que genera vínculos afectivos que se reflejan en el cuidado de estás , en el mercado actualmente se ofrecen variedad de productos y servicios para el aseo, la alimentación, vacunación, enfermedades y afiliaciones a EPS, veterinario personal, camas, juguetes, ropa, y joyas entre otras. Its main objective was to rebuild my history from the psychogenealogical category, from a liver disease, which I found repetitive in one of the lines of my genealogical tree. From this discovery, I oriented the work towards the construction of a willing turn of fate, as I am approaching my work retirement, with the hope of building a new life project from which to provide accompaniment to other beings, starting from our life experiences, beyond my work life, even though some parts of it also can be seen from the proposed perspective. At first, I took the conceptual elements acquired, and the products built in the genealogy, mask and subjectivity and psychodrama classes as foundations to convey a reading to my story and to recognize the energy charge that was condensed in my liver and my gallbladder, as cysts and polyps. At the third and last moment, with the accompaniment of a nephew, a liver patient and an expert in systems and music, I made an animation of the history of this ancestral liver, searching for peace.Ítem Impacto De La Especialización En Desarrollo Humano Frente a Los Procesos Personales, Académicos y Laborales de los Egresados de las Promociones 2009-I A 2016-IFuentes Vega, Mauricio; Bautista Parra, Christian Rey; Beltrán Rodríguez, Leidy Estefany; García Briceño, Ángela Patricia; Martínez Buitrago, Jennifer Paola; Quiñones Rodríguez, María AracellyThe degree work seeks to demonstrate the impact that students have on specialization at personal, academic and work level in the course of the development of the study in present time and postgraduate, in order to identify what skills or abilities were acquired or developed during the training process, which mades possible the qualification and improvement of the professional and / or academic exercise, of the people who have been part of the Specialization in Human Development with Emphasis in Affective Processes and Creativity of the Francisco José de Caldas District University, of the promotions of 2009-1 to 2016-1.Ítem La Fuerza de las Mujeres: Un Estudio de las Estrategias de Resiliencia y la Transformación en la Ocupación Humana de Mujeres Víctimas del Conflicto Armado en ColombiaContreras Torres, Karol Andrea; Albarracín Cerquera, Luz Angela; Sánchez Ardila, Jorge DavídThe objective of the research is to give evidence upon resilience strategies identified in the lives of Colombian female victims who faced a transformation in their human occupation after suffering forced displacement from their homelands in the framework of the armed-civil conflict of the country. For which, the research problem is justified in the premise bellow: Colombian female victims have develop an ability to face post- conflict situations. This justification is followed by the explanation of research concepts as resilience; human occupation; body versus war-armed conflict; oppressing facts upon women and its consequences, which concludes as a transformation into meaningful activities. Moreover, based in what is supported in the theoretical framework and the state of art, the research was projected from a phenomenological- descriptive method (qualitative). The participants were four adult women who are victims of forced land displacement. In addition, body language (dance) was the approach to identify the resilience strategies; the dance elements taken into account were (Organic Dance, Butoh Dance and Contact Improvisation). Monografía de análisis de experienciasPira Arévalo, Claudia Bibiana; Franco Ferrer, YuryThis investigation arose from the need to analyze and generate an intervention strategy that works in a punctual way the behaviors and work environments where the lack of emotional intelligence has negatively impacted in the communication, the present work strengthens a greater knowledge on the importance of these two categories in the human development of workers, being "work" a scenario of convergence among the microsystems of its members. An intervention strategy was created for the improvement of communication skills, supported by emotional intelligence, for officials of the Property Management Section, attached to the Administrative and Financial Division of the National University of Colombia. Three antecedents were taken into account (two Colombians, one Peruvian) that provided a general overview of the study of communication in organizations. The categories of "communication", "emotional intelligence", "compassion" and "human development" were conceptualized, worked by authors such as: Daniel Goleman, Dalai Lama, Urie Bronfenbrenner and Joan Acosta. The paradigmatic approach worked is qualitative with an emphasis on phenomenology. Which allowed to see from the subjectivities and perspectives of the individual, its relationship with the phenomena studied. The questionnaire, participant observation and the focus group were used as research tools. We counted with the participation of 14 officials in the diagnostic process, oscillating their participation in the mediation workshops. From the diagnosis and the pilot carried out, it was concluded that business communication has been a concept widely worked in academic areas, however, such 8 studies have shown models based on the idea of improving productivity only, limiting the problem of communication to aspects purely quantitative. The lack of time for the break and the self-evaluation of the internal dynamics of both the individual and the work teams, the lack of maturity to face the criticism (without judgment), the ignorance of individual responsibility and its impact on the dynamics of the group. Lack of sensitivity for self-reflexive processes. Emotional Intelligence in the workplace is a capacity that develops with work and reinforcement, which starts from a motivated or inspired personal decision. EI is presented as a human alternative for change, transforming lives and showing scenarios little explored by the prevailing scientific dynamics. This type of proposal is substantially different from the utilitarian aims that try to provide measurable solutions, contrary to this, EI makes visible problems, tends to broaden the view of the phenomena "already studied", makes the world more complex and provides it with an integral sense, more compassionated and human.Ítem Habitando mi ser; mujeres acercándose al autocuidadoDurán Rojas, Ana Isabel; Pinzón Bernal, Angélica María; Sánchez Ardila, Jorge DavidThe purpose of this research is to promote self-care practices in a group of women, in order to contribute to the construction and resignification of a life project consistent with their own interests and desires. Laboratorio de Experiencias para el Reconocimiento de la Alteridad desde la Perspectiva de Cognición CorporizadaMora Gutiérrez, Laura Alejandra; Olaya Parra, Olga LucíaThe laboratory of experiences is a space where provocations are generated from the corporal exploration and the communication with verbal, affective and emotional languages seeking to generate an internal movement for personal and collective transformations. It is inherent to link the recognition of otherness since, as social beings, we build ourselves with others and from relationships with them and their subjectivities. A theoretical and conceptual revision is made about experience, alterity and embodied cognition, the latter being the basis of the laboratory of experiences, because it is where we base that we are not abstract beings of the world that surrounds us, but, on the contrary, we conform our structures from the senses and experiences. The questions that guide this creative work are: How to resignify the conceptions about insects through poetry? Can poetry resignify the emotions of disgust and fear towards insects? Responding to these questions, poetry is considered as a instrument full of possibilities to promote this end. Therefore, it is proposed to work on the emotions of fear and disgust from possession in order to assess to what extent knowing the emotions expressed by others can facilitate the development of individual emotional awareness and therefore a change in relationships and conceptions about insects, the approach to the poetic experience will have implications for the reality of the students and therefore positive implications for human development.Ítem Muestra fotográfica de las representaciones sociales del desarrollo humano. Body and brain growth, sensory abilities, motor skills, and health are all part of physical development. Learning, attention, memory, language, thinking, reasoning, and creativity make up cognitive development. Emotions, personality and social relationships are aspects of psychosocial development, therefore, the urgency to plan, project and program affirmative actions, aimed at solving the problems and vulnerabilities of the elderly, to strengthen their skills and abilities, to make the elderly person, autonomous and independent, since, in old age, they have to resolve the loss of their faculties, the death of their loved ones and prepare to die. According to ECLAC, there are currently approximately 55 million Latin Americans aged 60 and over. In Bogotá, 1% of that population would reside and in Ciudad Bolívar the equivalent of 3.10%, a number that will double in 2025 and with a projection of 188 million older people in 2050. Colombia is made up of nuclear and extended nuclear families, where 99% of the elderly live in a community; 15% of the aforementioned group live alone or with little support, especially in large cities where the physical and mental deterioration related to mandatory preventive isolation measures is reflected with greater impact. Now, according to a report from the Department of Legal Medicine, the percentage of deaths in the elderly rises by 18.94%; This percentage must be taken into account, not to violate their rights by relegating their defense to a measure that could well be said to be deprived of liberty, but to adopt preventive measures that directly involve the sector and generate an improvement in the quality of life of the themselves. With this pedagogical project based on the artistic, we have proposed to facilitate techniques and procedures for the teaching of the different disciplines, as topics of interest for the life of the elderly, which allows their human, social, family and community development; give a rights-based approach, taking advantage of art as a tool for self-management and autonomy. Aging and old age, as social phenomena, are issues of great importance for the orientation of people's development. The State is called to respond from public policies, to the new dynamics and transformations of social structures, as long as the implications that arise from having a population that ages every day and increases in an accelerated and consistent manner are understood. The conditions that characterize pedagogical and didactic activity in teaching to the elderly are raised here, as from art and through it, it combines, from an ethnographic perspective, the knowledge that they provide, on the one hand, the experience of empirical knowledge , the reflection on higher life expectancies in this population, leaving art as the main architect of life, taking into account that living is art. Living in equal conditions in their environment generates higher life expectancies. This process of integration and application has a functional character that ensures, increases and diversifies the motivations and experiences that drive the behavior of the elderly person. The objective of this project is to provide a pedagogical resource and tools for formal and informal training processes, aimed at the elderly; for the human development of the same and a better understanding of the Public Policies on Aging and Old Age, in order to guarantee their rights through affirmative actions and a respectful and dignified treatment for them. Their integration into training and care centers, as real measures, aimed at promoting, strengthening the autonomy and independence of their members, which facilitate coexistence and interaction with other people and sectors and therefore, the improvement of their quality of life. Education and art allow, through the interaction of combined activities, the possibility of establishing the relevance and exchange of knowledge and experiences, which facilitate social integration. It should be noted that social representations that stigmatize old age have separated older people from the possibilities that education offers as a means for social incorporation; reinforce social prejudices that promote isolation, loneliness, and self-exclusion. That is why it is well worth remembering the benefits that art generates in the life of the elderly
