Abstract

The laboratory of experiences is a space where provocations are generated from the corporal exploration and the communication with verbal, affective and emotional languages seeking to generate an internal movement for personal and collective transformations. It is inherent to link the recognition of otherness since, as social beings, we build ourselves with others and from relationships with them and their subjectivities. A theoretical and conceptual revision is made about experience, alterity and embodied cognition, the latter being the basis of the laboratory of experiences, because it is where we base that we are not abstract beings of the world that surrounds us, but, on the contrary, we conform our structures from the senses and experiences. Finally, the process of creation, execution and conclusions of the laboratory process of experiences is described.
