Ítem Un acercamiento a la biodiversidad vegetal para el conocimiento y la conservación de huertas escolares de colegios aliados al Jardín Botánico de Bogotá José Celestino Mutis mediante una guía ilustradaRamírez Sierra, Laura Melissa; Ruiz Pacheco, Nelly JannethThe teaching-learning process of schools and institutes is mostly of a rote-traditional nature, and that, some textbooks that were used for the realization of the classes have been left aside, lately the textbooks or of illustration are not used as frequently in the classroom; This proposal was developed taking into account these aspects and managing to differentiate them from a guide illustrated by its author with a watercolor technique and with a practice accompanied by care, steps and recognition through illustration for the appropriation of plant environments that They are found in the school gardens of the schools allied to the JBBJCM; stimulating the boys and girls belonging to describe situations or phenomena based on the human capacity to process visual information (Larkin and Simón, 1987; Feschotte and Moles, 1991) and its advantage over written texts in the stimulation of mental models ( Stone and Golk, 1981; Duchastel, 1981). For this it was necessary to establish the difference of a knowledge that is developed in unconventional spaces; like the school garden, and a different learning process was carried out and something more directed to what Bandura thought, which accepts that human beings acquire skills and behaviors in an operant and instrumental way, thus rejecting that our learning is carried out according to the model behaviorist. It highlights how cognitive factors intervene between observation and imitation that help the subject decide whether to imitate what is observed or not; This author is recognized for his studies on observational learning, through which he has shown that human beings acquire new behaviors without obvious reinforcement. The only requirement for learning may be that the person observes another individual or model carry out a certain behavior. Later, especially if the model received a visible reward for its execution, the observer may also manifest the new response when given the opportunity to do so (Ruiz, 2010). For this reason, based on a pedagogical strategy, which was an illustrated guide, knowledge for the conservation of these spaces was encouraged in children, taking into account that the development of observation and relationship within the learning process It is a fundamental part for the advancement in environmental educational policies regarding respect, care, value and appropriation of the environments.Ítem Acercamiento a la diversidad de lepidópteros diurnos y su aporte al proceso de restauración en el Cerro de MonserrateMedina Suárez, Nathalia; Ruiz Pacheco, Nelly JannethThis document arises as a result of the research project developed in the Enrique Olaya Herrera Stage II Park, supported by the Botanical Garden of Bogotá and the Francisco José de Caldas District University, under the modality of an internship, in the area of undergraduate studies in Biology. The purpose of the project is to contribute to the characterization of diurnal lepidoptera found in the different scenarios of the Enrique Olaya Herrera National Park Stage II, for the periods of October and November of the year 2019. Bearing in mind the importance of these organisms within the evaluation of a restoration process and its impact at the level of ecosystem services, a total of 14 sampling scenarios were established that meet the characteristics of being areas in the process of restoration and are divided into three large groups: pajonal. scrub and forest, which influence the diversity of recorded individuals. The capture of the organisms was manually with the use of entomological net and the sampling day was established between 8am and 4 pm, for a total of 165 individuals, of which 4 families, 7 subfamilies, 13 genera were found. and 16 species, being the Nymphalidae and Pieridae families the ones with the highest number of species. Subsequently, the Simpson diversity index was calculated for a low dominance with respect to the diversity index (high diversity) and the Shannon-Wiener index, which resulted in an ecosystem with a fairly high species biodiversity. Finally, and according to the species accumulation curve, we can say that according to Aguilar-Garavito M. and W. Ramírez, 2015, the occurrence of rare species within the forest can indicate particular habitats or areas of interest for conservation, which which suggests that which allows to support the process of restoration of the sampling area and the resilience of the landscape. As a contribution to the work developed, a catalog is generated where the results of the research project are recorded, the different organisms found at the family and species level are reported, taking into account their abundance, diversity and morphological description.Ítem Acercamiento a las especies nativas de flora de los humedales de Bogotá en Instituciones Educativas del Distrito Capital.Gutiérrez Pineda, Nadya Valentina; Rozo Rodriguez, Laura Alejandra; Ruiz Pacheco, Nelly JannethDespite the efforts that have been made in recent years, often in formal and non-formal education contexts, environmental education (EE) has not fully fulfilled its objective of generating a transformation in the thinking of individuals, which it is reflected in environmental problems that persist through the years without reaching a resolution. For this reason, the objective of this study was to bring students from educational institutions in Bogotá closer to the native vegetation of the wetlands present in the city in order to bring them closer to their environment and for this, an escape room was designed and It was applied in two modalities: face-to-face and virtual with students participating in the SSA of the JBBBJCM from three educational institutions. Likewise, the incidence of the designed game on the students' knowledge about wetlands and native vegetation was identified through an activity feedback instrument. Finally, the virtual and face-to-face application was compared to show if it influenced the students' knowledge using statistical analysis. As a result of this project, it was evidenced that the designed and applied linear escape room allowed students to approach the main characteristics of wetlands and their native vegetation and the statistical analysis allowed recognizing that the application modality did not influence knowledge. acquired by the students and in both, the generation of new knowledge was achieved, for which it is inferred that the use of didactic tools such as the game allow a better appropriation of the knowledge of Biology, generating motivation and interest in the students, especially in the attitudinal dimension.Ítem Acompañamiento desde el programa cuencas de la línea de educación ambiental comunitaria del Jardín Botánico de Bogotá José Celestino Mutis (JBBJCM), en el desarrollo de procesos educativos ambientales que beneficien el reconocimiento territorialBallesteros Galindo, Lizeth Adriana; Ruiz Pacheco, Nelly JannethEnvironmental education as a process developed with the community, allows to recognize the reality of the territory, taking into account the dimensions of the environment, in order to promote attitudes, skills and values in the subjects, the present work raises territorial recognition by the community through the development of different environmental activities carried out from the cuencas program which is part of the educational and cultural subdirectorate and belongs to the line of environmental environmental education of the Botanical Garden of Bogotá José Celestino Mutis (JBBJCM) said activities are framed in three processes of environmental education: the first one developed with environmental leaders of third and fourth grades of Colegio Colombia Grande, headquarters B, the second process in which the construction of a community environmental manger was carried out with the inhabitants of the Rincón de Venecia neighborhood , which was supported by the National Police onal with the presence of students from the Santander General Police School and members of the sixth Tunjuelito police station; and the third the development of the so-called 'environmental vacations' in which all types of community belonging to the locality of Tunjuelito participate. The project is developed within the framework of the qualitative methodology using in the implementation the direct observation of the different activities such as workshops, talks, observations and experiments carried out. As a result it is determined that the processes were successful so it is important to highlight the function of the Botanical Garden of Bogotá José Celestino Mutis (JBBJCM) as the entity in charge of the development of environmental education programs generating territorial recognition, environmental awareness and enjoyment by citizens that in this way they will contribute to environmental sustainability.Ítem Actividad antioxidante de los musgos breutelia subdisticha, leptodontium viticulosoides y pylaisia falcataTéllez Rocha, Nancy Nathaly; Gutiérrez Sarmiento, Martha CeciliaMosses are used by many cultures to treat different diseases, probably due to their bioactive compounds, some of which may have antioxidant activity. This research evaluated the antioxidant activity (AA) of the species Breutelia subdisticha (Hampe) A. Jaeger, Leptodontium viticulosoides (P. Beauv.) Wijk & Margad. and Pylaisia falcata Schimp., from dichloromethane and ethanolic extracts, using the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydracil (DPPH*) and 2,2´-azino-bis-3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid (ABTS*+) methods. Inhibitory concentration (IC50) and relative antioxidant activity (% AAR) were determined from the extracts obtained using the Soxhlet technique, with subsequent statistical analysis (ANOVA and Tukey's post-hoc). The ethanolic extracts exhibited higher antioxidant capacity than those of dichloromethane. By the DPPH* method the ethanolic extracts showed a relative antioxidant activity with respect to ascorbic acid for L. viticulosoides 3.06, B. subdisticha 177.00 and P. falcata 141.66. Using ABTS*+ method, ethanolic extracts showed a relative antioxidant activity with respect to ascorbic acid for L. viticulosoides 1.75, B. subdisticha 139.17 and P. falcata 120.22. In conclusion, L. viticulosoides exhibited the best antioxidant activity, therefore, we propose to continue with its research, in order to achieve a pharmacological application from a natural source.Ítem Actividad tóxica de piretroides en una cepa experimental de lutzomyia longipalpis Lutz & Neiva 1912 (Díptera: Psichodidae) procedente del Valle del Magdalena Medio, ColombiaGarzón Jiménez, Diana Carolina; Santamaría Herreño, Erika; García García, AlexanderFor vector control L. longipalpis, foci of visceral leishmaniasis, the application of residual insecticides, particularly pyrethroids group is recommended, however, little is known about the toxicity of pyrethroids in this vector. The aim of the study was to determine in an experimental strain of L. longipalpis, toxicity, through concentration and mortality trials, the pyrethroids cyhalothrin, deltamethrin and alpha-cypermethrin. The tests were made following the guidelines of the WHO, but instead of containers exposure and impregnated papers WHO, glass bottles Wheaton 250 ml treated with 1 ml of insecticide solution in absolute alcohol were used, following the protocol of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). Groups of 10 female L. longipalpis without blood supply were exposed in treated bottles, 5 concentrations of each pyrethroid, which caused between 5 and 100% mortality in L. longipalpis. After an hour of exposure, females were transferred to containers observation and mortality was recorded after 24 h. Each concentration was repeated 6 times. Lethal concentrations (ug / ml) that killed 50 and 95% (LC50 and LC95) of exposed females of L. longipalpis were 0.05 and 0.86 for cyhalothrin, deltamethrin 0.53 and 4.72 to 0.24 and 3.62 and for alpha-cypermethrin. Based on the LC50 obtained, the lambda is the most toxic to L. longipalpis pyrethroid, followed by alpha-cypermethrin and deltamethrin. The LC50 of cyhalothrin was 4.8 times lower than that of alpha-cypermethrin and 10.6 times less than that of deltamethrin. The discriminating Concentrations (LC99 x 2), useful in monitoring susceptibility to the three pyrethroids in populations exposed were 5.4, 22.2 and 23.4 ug / ml for lambda, alpha-cypermethrin and deltamethrin, respectively. It is expected that these data will be useful in studies of the effects of sublethal concentrations of three pyrethroids in the behavior of L. longipalpis and studies vector susceptibility to them.Ítem Aislamiento y caracterización de microorganismos termófilos con potencial biotecnológico del Manantial Termomineral Santa Mónica del Municipio de Choachí (Cundinamarca)Forero Zamudio, Luis Andrés; Becerra Galindo, Luis FranciscoBiotechnological advances and molecular characterizations are topics that have acquired relevance in the last decades; The new forms of classification by molecular methods and new reports, show the advantages that some organisms possess, the survival methods in extreme environments. Its great resistance generates a special interest in these microorganisms by different fields, among them the industrial, biotechnological, medical, among others, focused on its biomolecules and metabolic products In the present work, a strain of the MTM "Santa Mónica" thermomaterial source located in the geographical coordinates 4 ° 32'52.2 "N 73 ° 55'01.1" W, in the department of Cundinamarca, was isolated and characterized. It will be studied individuals whose habitat exceeds the temperature range of 60 ° C for their development, the samples will be evaluated firstly by biochemical tests, for subsequent selection and isolation, with which a molecular characterization will be carried out by sequencing the DNA and performing a bioinformatic analysis to achieve an optimal phylogenetic classification. In the same way that the sequence coding for the enzyme DNA polymerase will be identified and analyzed.Ítem Aislamiento, selección e identificación de cepa bacteriana presente en el tracto intestinal de la larva de Culex quinquefasciatus y su dosis letal en larvas de IV estadioCastro Tibabisco, Karol Tatiana; Romero Coronado, Natalia; Piragauta Aguilar, Miguel AngelAfter the problematic environmental emerge for increase in the rates populations of dipteral vectors of diseases, arise alternatives as the biological control from these. In this investigation there were isolated bacterial strains of the intestinal tract of Culex quinquefasciatus cultivated in agar BHI in sterile conditions in way liquid and solid and inoculated to larvas of the IVth stadium of the species Culex quinquefasciatus, after a pertinent process of purification his behavior was evaluated by means of a preliminary bioensayo in which three treatments were used by concentration of 108 cels/ml of every bacterial strain and it proves to be one a witness, in that Bacillus weihestephanensis I represent the major rate of mortality in the larvas. Of such a way it was selected for a test of tests later to the concentrations of 104, 106, 108, 1010 and 1012 cels/ml, the results were analyzed statistically under the Linear Model Generalized with distribution binomial and link LOGIT, which I demonstrate that the probability of death evaluated in every moment of count influences the concentration of the bacterium and in the time of exhibition, consequently, all the concentrations to an exhibition of 72 h possess a high rate of probability of death. As for the test of significancia a p-value obtained 0,02 for 72 hours what allows us to conclude that the vine-stock bacillus weihestephanensis isolated of the intestinal tract of Culex quinquefasciatus influences significantly in larvas of the IVth stadium raised in laboratory.Ítem Alteraciones epigenéticas relacionadas con cáncer y posibles tratamientos epigenéticosSánchez Álvarez, Juan David; Moreno Duran, Carmen HelenaIntroduction to the epigenetics of cancer, describing the main causal factors of epigenetic alterations, the main epigenetic modifications that give rise to cancer and currently, by 2020, the drugs accepted in the treatment of cancer, through the review of more than 200 articles a international level in indexed journals.Ítem Análisis bibliométrico de la actividad científica de educación ambiental en Países iberoamericanosGamboa Porras, Edna Catalina; Chacón García, Wesley Yadelis; Beltrán Gutiérrez, Héctor EdwinThis research presents a description and analysis of the state of the art of research in environmental education in Latin American countries based on the review of scientific articles published in journals indexed in Web of Science, SciELO and Scopus in the period between 2011 and 2015. A data matrix was made with the different items that could be of great importance for the solidification and veracity of the results, in order to implement the most adequate bibliometric indicators for our research. For the search, the descriptors Environmental Education and Environmental Education were used, which should be integrated in the titles of the respective publications to be considered. We analyzed the information with the support of a descriptive statistical analysis that considered those variables present in the scientific articles, some of them as, the dominant language within the publications in environmental education was portuguese. in Ibero-american, Brazil stands out as the country with the highest number of publications in environmental education, followed by Colombia and Spain. It is also noted that the magazines generated in this country have a higher impact factor and institutional affiliations, however, worldwide publications in Ibero-american have a lower ranking compared to countries such as the United Kingdom and the Netherlands.Ítem Análisis bibliométrico de la producción académica en Educación Ambiental para Colombia en el período 2015-2022Rodríguez Hernández, Yina Paola; Rodríguez Giraldo, Alisson Jeraldinne; Beltrán Gutiérrez, Héctor EdwinThis project was developed with the purpose of analyzing the current state or scientific activity of research in Environmental Education in Colombia, this was done from the review and analysis of scientific articles published in the SciELO, Web of Science databases. and Scopus, within a time range of 2015 to 2022. For this, a mixed approach methodology is used, which allows mixing quantitative and qualitative data (1. Exploration of databases. 2. Definition of indicators and laws bibliometrics and 3 systematization and analysis of information). Among the outstanding results of this study, it is obtained that the academic production of Environmental Education in Colombia tends to have an eco-educational current; sustainable/sustainable, bringing to the imaginary a traditional pedagogical system of Environmental Education In addition to this, it can be stated that the production of articles declines after one year, but doubles after three or more years. In this sense, it can be described that when there is exponential growth: The field becomes a research front, but when there is linear growth: Growth slows down. It is concluded that the quantitative and qualitative analysis of research articles on specific topics, allow obtaining more information on databases and fields of knowledge, this for the strengthening of present and future research of the corresponding discipline -in this case, Environmental Education-.Ítem Análisis de la composición del arbolado urbano de la media luna del sur de Bogotá, D.C-ColombiaCubides Vargas, Daniela; Giraldo Quintero, GustavoThis internship work was carried out within the framework of the research on "Carbon capture and storage in the urban trees of the medialuna of so of Bogota, Colombia", from the research line on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services of the Botanical Garden of Bogota José Celestino Mutis. This research was conducted on urban trees in the localities of Ciudad Bolivar, Usme, San Cristobal, Kennedy, Tunjuelito, Bosa and Rafael Uribe Uribe, using the database of the Sistema de Información para la Gestión del Arbolado Urbano (SIGAU) which contains the official information of the trees located in the urban public space of the city, In accordance with the objective of this line of research, this study sought to characterize the richness and abundance of the species of arboreal flora of the urban trees (AU) of the "media luna del sur de Bogotpa" of Bogotá, D. C, in order to contrast the diversity indexes between the localities that comprise it, in addition to recognizing the index of importance value (I.V.I) of these species. The diversity indexes of the localities analyzed showed marked differences, not only in the number of species present in each one but also in the uniformity of their distribution, which is why, according to the Shannon-Wiener index, the most diverse localities are Rafael Uribe Uribe, Kennedy and Ciudad Bolivar, a condition associated with the urban development of the localities, since the free spaces of possible use outside the small and large parks are different for each one. According to these indexes and the I.V.I., the most representative species in this zone of the UA are mostly exotic species, which stand out mainly for their dominance (basal area), as is the case of E. globulus and Acacia decurrens, dominant in most of the localities, because they are very old species that have reached heights of up to 48 meters, however, together with these species, others such as Quercus humdoldti, Quercus humdoldti, Quercus humdoldti, Quercus humdoldti and Quercus humdoldti, are also very representative. Quercus humdoldti, Retrophyllum rospigliosii, Juglans neotropica may in the long term become the new representative species for the become the new representative species of the UA because they also possess characteristics such as characteristics such as: size, foliage, longevity, important and beneficial for it.Ítem Análisis de la expresión de HER2/GRB7 y su asociación con variables clinicopatológicas en un grupo de mujeres con diagnóstico de cáncer de mama invasivoBejarano Rivera, Lina Maria; Ramírez Diaz, Mayra Alejandra; Moreno Durán, Carmen Helena; Serrano Gómez, Silvia JulianaBreast cancer is a heterogeneous disease at the clinical and molecular level (Turashili & Brogi, 2017), characterized by the development of neoplasms in the mammary glandular tissue (Feng et al., 2018, Sharma et al., 2010). It can be caused by various genetic factors, hereditary, environmental and lifestyle (Shin et al., 2010; Chen et al., 2011, Morch et al. al., 2017). This disease ranks first in incidence and mortality in women a world level and in Colombia. According to Globocan data, in 2018, 3702 were reported deaths and 13,380 new cases in the country, which has been considered a health problem public (Globocan, 2018; Pardo et al., 2017). Within this disease are recognized different molecular subtypes, luminal (luminal A and luminal B), HER2-enriched, type baseline and normal-like, each with different prognostic characteristics and clinicopathological behavior (Perou et al., 2000; Sorlie et al., 2001; Sorlie et al., 2003). In practice routine clinic, immunohistochemical marker evaluation is used where assesses the expression of hormone receptors (estrogen receptor and receptor progesterone), HER2 and Ki67 (Goldhirsch et al., 2011) for the allocation of cases in subtypes of breast cancer. The frequency of these subtypes varies between different populations (DeSantis et al., 2016; Troester et al., 2018). For the population Colombiana has reported a high prevalence of luminal subtype B (Gómez et al., 2015; Serrano et al., 2016; Ossa et al., 2015). At the molecular level, our population has described a differential expression of the ERBB2 and GRB7 genes in luminal B tumors specifically in patients with a higher fraction of American indigenous ancestry (Serrano et al., 2017), These genes code for the HER2 and GRB7 proteins, which are related to proliferation, survival and cell migration processes (Loibl & Gianni, 2017; Turke et al., 2012; Luoh et al., 2019, Fernández et al., 2008), and in turn its co-expression has been reported associated with a worse disease prognosis (McCann & Slamon, 2018, Sareyeldin et al., 2019; Chu et al., 2019). In Colombia, the prognostic value of the HER2 and GRB7 coexpression is unknown, so the present work aimed to analyze the presentation of clinicopathological variables according to the expression of these proteins in Colombian women with invasive breast cancer diagnosed in the National Cancer Institute between 2013 and 2015. Our results include found that the GRB7 protein was mainly expressed in the HER2 subtypes positive (p = <0.05). Additionally, and contrary to what is reported in the literature, our Results suggest that HER2 + / GRB7 + tumors had a smaller tumor size, lower recurrence rate and longer relapse-free survival time, suggesting that the co-expression of HER2 and GRB7 does not confer worse characteristics prognosis compared to when only HER2 is expressed.Ítem Análisis de la expresión del gen Nbp35 en la ruta del jasmonato del cultivo de Solanum Tuberosum Vf. Phureja irradiada con Co60Avila Vargas, Jennifer Andrea; Becerra Galindo, Luis FranciscoThe present work realised under the modality of investigation and innovation in the line of: Genetics of the conservation, with the group of Investigation: molecular biology (BIOMOL) of the University Distrital “Francisco José de Caldas”, deepen in the study of the species Solanum Tuberosum vf. Phureja, with the end to analyse the expression of the gene NBP35 pertaining to the route of the jasmonato radiated with Co60 situated in the municipality The Rosal, farm “el pino” km 16 road Subachoque Cundinamarca, contributing of this form to the study of the present genes in the species to treat, also observed the presence or absence of the gene related with the dormancy, present in the route of the jasmonatos, by extraction of the DNA and RNA of Solanum tuberosum vf. Phureja, in means taken part in the laboratory and of this same form examined with PCR the expression of the present gene in the mutant candidate of Solanum tuberosum vf. Phureja In a fragment of RNA splitting of an only copy of this original fragment, It considered that the investigation provide the necessary data that show an expression of the gene NBP35 involved in the dormancy, with the end to give to know in more detail the level of expression of this in the process of dormancy regarding the natural species, likewise corroborated with the empirical data in base to the dormancy that possesses the plant, noticing of this way a change to level phenotypic in relation with the level of expression of the gene NBP35 in plant control and the plant radiated with Co60, to finalise obtained a correct correlation with the results of the QPCR, taking of data phenotypic and application of the statistical test of ANOVA.Ítem Análisis de la percepción y uso del páramo el tablazo por la comunidad de la Vereda Pantano de Arce y su relación con las estrategias del desarrollo sostenible contempladas en el EOT de Subachoque, CundinamarcaTibaná Chaparro, Blanca Nidya; Daza Ardila, Diana Del SocorroParamo ecosystems are of great importance for the storage and regulation of the hydrographic cycle, in addition to the various ecosystem services they provide to the community; However, they have been affected by intensive agriculture and livestock production that have led to loss of biodiversity, erosion, contamination of soil and water sources; With human intervention as a negative effect, the environmental authorities and the state must implement policies that require in the various territories a territorial planning plan (POT) or a territorial planning scheme (EOT) to regulate and plan the use of The physical and natural resources of each territory. Therefore, the present research project seeks to analyze these strategies from the sustainable development, foreseen in the EOT and as they are related to the perception and the use of the páramo the tablazo by part of the village of Pantano de Arce, municipality of Subachoque through a theoretical follow-up, talking maps, semi-structured interviews, visits to the sidewalk, walks and photographic records.Ítem Análisis de los resultados de la evaluación en competencias genéricas de las pruebas Saber Pro 2014 en programas de licenciatura en el área de las ciencias naturales y educación ambiental de cuatro universidades del paísMartínez Rodríguez, Cristian Yasser; Mendoza Pinilla, Luis Felipe; Fonseca Amaya, GuillermoIn the light of the mixed research, from the pragmatic paradigm, we analyze the associated factors that can influence the results in Generic Competences of the Saber Pro test 2014 of the Bachelor programs in the area of Natural Sciences and Environmental Education (LCNEA) of four universities in the country. Associated factors are components of the context that can affect students' performance in mass quality tests in education. In this case, they are divided into two types: institutional, since they belong to the educational institution (organization of credits within the curriculum, maximum training of teachers, groups categorized by Colciencias, accreditation of high quality and use of Results in Generic Competencies); and sociodemographic, specific to students' context (such as gender and socioeconomic stratum). Differences of results are established between the eight academic programs: Bachelor in Biology, Bachelor in Chemistry, Bachelor in Natural Sciences and Environmental Education and Bachelor in basic education with emphasis in Natural Sciences and Environmental Education, District University Francisco José de Caldas (UDFJC), National Pedagogical University (UPN), Pedagogical and Technological University of Colombia (UPTC) and University of Tolima. The data collected are processed through SPSS v.21, from a descriptive correlational study; while the semi-structured interviews designed for the directors of each of the programs are adjusted according to the content analysis, using NVivo software. It generates the discussion about the quality of education and the effectiveness of the evaluation measured in terms of Generic Competences for the Degree and its value in teacher training. It provides elements of discussion about general and / or specific training of LCNEA teachers, making it possible to generate inputs for institutional decision-making. It is determined that the programs whose denomination pertains to a single discipline (specific training: Degree in Biology, Chemistry and Physics of the District University Francisco José de Caldas and the National Pedagogical University) obtain better results in the Generic Competence modules than the programs that E¡encompasses a general discipline (general education: Bachelor in Natural Sciences and Environmental Education from the Pedagogical and Technological University of Colombia and the University of Tolima). As for the associated factors, it is determined from the established correlations that the associated factors have a weak influence on the general average of Generic Competences. Finally, both fields of LCNEA teacher training (general or specific) have a difference in Didactic Knowledge of the content of the discipline. Finally, it is pertinent to conclude that the concept of generic competences should be more complex, relating the context to the training of LCNEA teachers.Ítem Análisis de los tensores ambientales del humedal Córdoba (una aproximación a evaluar los principales impactos que han afectado el territorio en un intervalo de 15 Años)Caro Barajas, Andrés Felipe; Daza Ardila, Diana del SocorroThe wetlands of Bogotá are strategic ecosystems and important parts in the ecological structure of the city. The Córdoba wetland is an ecological system whose surface is flooded permanently or intermittently, where there are biological interactions and complex processes to obtain energy, as well as being an adjacent environmental axis beneficial to citizens. The wetland has presented different problems such as population growth, the constructions of the surrounding avenues 'Boyacá, Suba and 116 street', the erroneous waste management, social activities promoted by the residents of the surrounding neighborhoods and the apparent abandonment of entities districts of the zone, these denominated like " environmental tensors ". Therefore, this research aims to analyze the transformation of the wetland, establish the consequences of human intervention in the Córdoba wetland, both for the body of water and for the community, verify what is being done from different public and private entities by the wetland and generate awareness for the conservation and care of the body of water.Ítem Análisis del estado de conocimiento sobre la distribución, ecología y conservación del género Paleosuchus (Gray, 1862)en SuraméricaHerrera Pachón, Giovanny Alexander; Giraldo-Quintero, Gustavo. The species of the genus Paleosuchus: P. palpebrosus and P.trigonatus, are characterized by being the smallest crocodylians with sizes up to 2 meters and by their unique ecological aspects. They have a wide distribution in South America in countries such as Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, French Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Venezuela and Trinidad and Tobago. Despite the extensive distribution of the genus, the places where it lives are restricted, making its study difficult and the existing information is basic or nothing is known. Considering the above, an analysis of the state of knowledge on the distribution, ecology and conservation of the genus Paleosuchus in South America was carried out, making an evaluation of current knowledge in order to define the gaps and research priorities on the genus. For this, a bibliographic search was carried out in different databases and biological information systems, the documents found were organized and analyzed and distribution maps of the two species were also made taking into account georeferenced records. A total of 162 documents were obtained, which were compiled in 5 themes: generalities, distribution, ecology, conservation and genetics. As main results, most of the studies are on distribution and ecology. Brazil is the country where more research has been carried out on gender, in the rest of the countries where information is distributed it is scarce and there is not enough data; Regarding its conservation, information from Brazil is generalized and the other areas where it is distributed are not taken into account; Likewise, recent genetic studies of populations in some countries suggest that the genus encompasses several evolutionary lineages; however, these studies are not determinative as they do not include all the populations in its range of distribution. It is necessary to make the respective genetic evaluations of the populations in all the countries where it is distributed to define its conservation status. Studies should be prioritized in terms of population monitoring and ecological evaluations throughout their distribution range.Ítem Análisis del perfil volátil en diferentes variedades de cerveza artesanal e industrial tipo ALEPinto Rincón, Guillermo Andrés; García Ortiz, Josué; Celis Zambrano, Crispín; García Ortiz, Josué; Celis Zambrano, CrispínA simple and reliable method was developed for the analysis of four beer styles, through the volatile profiles obtained by headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME), in fiber (DVB / CAR / PDMS), and later by gas chromatography (GC) coupled to mass spectrometry (MS). The analyzed styles of beers were: industrial ale, industrial lager, commercial craft and local craft. The methodology allowed us to identify fifty volatile organic compounds (VOCs) that include ketones, alcohols, esters, terpenes, which are mostly involved with the aroma and flavor of the products. According to the results, phenyl ethyl alcohol, isoamyl acetate, alpha humulene, ethyl myristate, among others that are commonly considered compounds that provide better sensory characteristics in beers, stood out for their concentration within ale-type beers. In turn, other compounds were characteristic in each of the beer styles analyzed. The profiles not only differ in their composition but also differ in the concentration of the VOCs in common, which can also lead to significant differences regarding their quality and organoleptic characteristics. Principal component analysis (PCA) is an unsupervised multivariate analysis technique that simplifies the complexity of the data by transforming it into a few dimensions that show their trends and correlations (Vidal et al., 2020). PCA was performed to determine the correlations between the compounds (chromatographic peaks), their retention times, and the styles of beers used, finding that Ale-type beers are strongly characterized by the variety and abundance of compounds compared to Lager beers. Finally, an exploratory cluster analysis was carried out, which generated 3 groups of beers analyzed, which explained 40% of the variability of the data.Ítem Análisis funcionales y genéticos en microorganismos de interés del cepario de CorpogenSalamanca Pérez, Angie Paola; Mahecha Jiménez, Oscar JavierAntimicrobial resistance is a global public health problem, which has motivated the search for new molecules that contribute to the treatment of infections caused by microorganisms. Actinobacteria from undisturbed tropical environments and in association with lichens, thanks to their microbial adaptations such as the presence of resistance genes and bioactive molecules, become an alternative for the search for antimicrobial compounds. For this reason, in nine bacteria from the CorpoGen strain collection, their growth in culture media supplemented with antibiotics and the presence of the VanA and VanB genes were evaluated by PCR technique, and their functional potential was also characterized in order to contribute to the studies with multi-drug resistant microorganisms. Functional analyzes with the supernatants of Staphylococcus sp. (19) and Bacillus sp. (55) inhibited the growth of E. coli by 92 and 95% at 60 hours of incubation. Solid resistance studies also found that the actin Streptomyces avidnii (CG885) grew in Meropenem and that many actins showed inhibition. for other bacteria studied here with the double layer method, where Arthrobacter sp. (PNE1-1) presents an important functional potential. Both the in vitro antimicrobial activity of these isolates and the presence of antibiotic resistance genes indicate genomic diversity and functional capacity associated with the production of bioactive metabolites in some bacteria of the strain. This work confirms the importance of studying environmental microorganisms, their functional potential and searching for new antimicrobial compounds produced by them.
