Resumen
After the problematic environmental emerge for increase in the rates populations of dipteral vectors of diseases, arise alternatives as the biological control from these. In this investigation there were isolated bacterial strains of the intestinal tract of Culex quinquefasciatus cultivated in agar BHI in sterile conditions in way liquid and solid and inoculated to larvas of the IVth stadium of the species Culex quinquefasciatus, after a pertinent process of purification his behavior was evaluated by means of a preliminary bioensayo in which three treatments were used by concentration of 108 cels/ml of every bacterial strain and it proves to be one a witness, in that Bacillus weihestephanensis I represent the major rate of mortality in the larvas. Of such a way it was selected for a test of tests later to the concentrations of 104, 106, 108, 1010 and 1012 cels/ml, the results were analyzed statistically under the Linear Model Generalized with distribution binomial and link LOGIT, which I demonstrate that the probability of death evaluated in every moment of count influences the concentration of the bacterium and in the time of exhibition, consequently, all the concentrations to an exhibition of 72 h possess a high rate of probability of death. As for the test of significancia a p-value obtained 0,02 for 72 hours what allows us to conclude that the vine-stock bacillus weihestephanensis isolated of the intestinal tract of Culex quinquefasciatus influences significantly in larvas of the IVth stadium raised in laboratory.
