Resumen
Paramo ecosystems are of great importance for the storage and regulation of the hydrographic cycle, in addition to the various ecosystem services they provide to the community; However, they have been affected by intensive agriculture and livestock production that have led to loss of biodiversity, erosion, contamination of soil and water sources; With human intervention as a negative effect, the environmental authorities and the state must implement policies that require in the various territories a territorial planning plan (POT) or a territorial planning scheme (EOT) to regulate and plan the use of The physical and natural resources of each territory. Therefore, the present research project seeks to analyze these strategies from the sustainable development, foreseen in the EOT and as they are related to the perception and the use of the páramo the tablazo by part of the village of Pantano de Arce, municipality of Subachoque through a theoretical follow-up, talking maps, semi-structured interviews, visits to the sidewalk, walks and photographic records.
