Ítem Perspectivas de los docentes del Colegio Campestre Monte Verde I.E.D respecto a la educación virtualizada en época de pandemia (COVID - 19)Esteban Puentes, Adriana Lizeth; Venegas Segura, Andrés ArturoIn December Of 2019, a virus called SARS-CoV-2 appears, better known as COVID-19, presumably originating in China, which spread rapidly around the world, conditioning social and cultural aspects to new methodologies, Changing from face-to-face classes to a virtual classroom environment. Considering that, this change has an influence on the teacher's teaching style, on the teaching-learning process, and other social and cultural aspects, a qualitative, descriptive cross-sectional research is carried out, where an interpretation and analysis of the results obtained through an interview with a group of active teachers with the aim of knowing, interpreting and analyzing their perspectives related to their teaching practice under the current condition of preventive isolation and loss of class inside the school.Ítem Estudio histológico de tallo de gaultheria anastomosans presente en Páramo y Bosque de Niebla del Parque Ecológico Matarredonda Bogotá D.C.Garzón Casallas, Oscar Javier; Niño Galeano, Germán AntonioThe aim of this research was to compare the xylem cells and marrow histologically in the Gaultheria anastomosans stem in ecosystems of fog forest and paramo, in order to find significant differences in this tissue, thus establishing its plasticity in these different zones . The work was carried out in the Matarredonda ecological park located in Páramo de Cruz verde, where samples were taken from the plant stem, both in fog forest and in páramo. Using the plant histology protocol proposed by Sandoval (2005), the respective blocks and cuts were made, of which quantitative analyzes were performed. The Wilcoxon statistical test was used to determine the existence of significant differences between the tissues of the different ecosystems, finally the possible causes of the results were elucidated.Ítem El Comportamiento de Cortejo Y Agonístico en la Familia Squamata: TropiduridaeOspina Ramírez, Juan Pablo; Giraldo Quintero, GustavoThe lizards occupy most ecosystems on the planet, one of the most diverse vertebrates in nature, this characteristic is due to their evolutionary success; For this reason they are ideal for research on ecological and behavioral area because of its accessibility to the experimental work (Font et al, 2010; Greenberg, 1978). The Tropiduridae family, commonly known as lizards Neotropics, has a wide distribution over the Andes and even reach lowlands (DAMA, 2006; Lynch & Renjifo, 2001; Suarez, 2011) species have developed behavioral strategies to communicate some type of message to other individuals, these messages keep animal societies; These signals are emitted by animals to communicate something specific to other individuals, some types of signals use different anatomical structures and physiological states for display to its receptor (Fitted, 2009; Carranza, 1994, Pianka & Vitt, 2006) in lizards, the exhibits are part, in most cases, social events such as reproductive and domain (Wiens, 2000) Because of this need was given to contribute to the search and analysis of scientific etologic production type in the Tropiduridae family, a family that is distributed in our country and in the South american continent in a variety of ecosystems and altitudes, which will reveal social aspects in this family, as are the different interactions exhibition between individuals of the same sex, how and what types of signals are used in the behavior domain, fight and competitiveness and intersexual behavioral strategies involved in reproduction, such as courtship, copulation and post-copulation (Trigosso et al., 2002). information about courtship and agonistic behavior in different international journals databases was collected; then the information collected in a list of behavior patterns found in species within the family Tropiduridae systematized; finally the information obtained about the behavior of agonistic interaction and courtship critically analyzed. In search of information in the databases most jobs were Taxonomic second measure type and Ecology (Area campeo and autoecology) and really scarce dedicate to the study of behavior; search following the schedule was finalized and the nine selected articles that talk about behavior contain only three issues agonistic interactions and / or courtship; One can say that the state of courtship behavior and agonistic encounters little input from not exceeding more than 5 jobs. Although the family is composed with a number of more than three hundred species, research on social behavior especially not represent or 4% of the studies that have been conducted within Tropiduridae.Ítem Identificación de CYP707A1 en la Síntesis de ABA involucrada en la respuesta por estrés hídrico en un cultivo de papa criolla (Solanum tuberosum grupo Phureja) irradiada con cobalto 60 ubicado en el municipio El Rosal, Finca El Pino Km 16 vía Subachoque, CundinamarcaParra Pérez, Eliana Mitzin; Ortíz Arévalo, Ingrid Lorena; Quevedo Cárdenas, Luis ArmandoDormancy is a process of adaptation that plants use in a certain period of their growth and development in which they are temporarily suspended their physiological activity due to both biotic and abiotic factors allowed the reserve of energy for survival before the agents that prevent Or delay its vegetative cycle. One of the main phytohormones responsible for this son process: abscisic acid and ethylene. In this study we intend to identify the CYP707A1 gene that codes for the 8'-hydroxylase enzyme in the catabolism of abscisic acid and the EIN2 gene responsible for the translation of certain proteins in the presence of ethylene; From seed of the seed product (Solanum tuberosum Group Phureja) irradiated with cobalt 60, sampling, taking of phenotypic data, extraction of DNA by house protocol MO BIO PowerPlant® Pro DNA isolation kit, quantification Of DNA in the NanoDrop2000® Equipment, amplification of the samples by means of the Polymerase Chain Reaction technique (PCR) and evaluation of the products of amplification by electrophoresis.Ítem "Nuestras amigas las abejas": experiencia ambiental que aporta a la línea de formación del Jardín Botánico de Bogotá José Celestino MutisGrandas Trujillo, Valentina; Ruiz Pacheco, Nelly Janneth; Ruiz Pacheco, Nelly Janneth [0000-0003-2395-5355]The present work was carried out within the framework of the internship modality as a degree project in the line of training of the Educational and Cultural Subdirectorate of the Botanical Garden of Bogota Jose Celestino Mutis (JBBJCM). The bees, being insects very common and known by all, represent part of the biodiversity for which each one we depend on human beings to survive; carry out a fundamental process for ecosystems, pollination, which is important and essential for reproduction and production of crops and many plants. In recent decades, bees and other pollinators have been seriously affected, considerably reducing their number of populations due to habitat loss, climate change, practices intensive agriculture among others. Taking into account the above, it is necessary and important the design and implementation of teaching strategies oriented to the characteristics, importance and dangers that bees face in order to promote and ncourage their care and conservation by these important pollinators. Of here the environmental experience "Our friends the bees" was generated, in which integrate the main axes of the JBBJCM training line for the design and implementation of a short course focused on bees and their different characteristics biological, behavioral, ecological and conservation. The course was implemented with visiting population of the JBBJCM participating in the diploma courses in agriculture and urban gardening.Ítem Propuesta didáctica para la enseñanza de la nutrición en básica secundaria para jóvenes y adultos en condición de vulnerabilidad educativa en contextos urbanosDelgado Duque, Joan; Pinto Mantilla, LucíaNutrition is a biological process of all living beings in which nutrients are acquired, absorbed and metabolized to maintain the correct functioning of organisms; For humans is a process that is conditioned by the nutritional habits, cultural and environmental contexts in which people develop, so that the teaching of nutrition in informal inclusive educational contexts, such as education for young people and Adults in conditions of educational vulnerability for secondary education is very important. In formal educational contexts is a subject contemplated in the curricular contents of the Natural Sciences for secondary school, however, in Colombia, there is no program of its own that promotes nutrition as a specific emphasis within the classroom contents. The present work aims to establish an approximation to the state of nutrition education in formal and informal educational contexts for secondary education through the existing theoretical analysis for Latin America and Colombia, specifically for the population of youth and adults in a condition of educational vulnerability , To establish if there are specific programs for this type of population around the teaching of nutrition and to elaborate a methodological and didactic proposal that contributes to the development of the teaching in this type of contexts that implements the methodologies of the Investigation Action ParticipationÍtem Conservación de líquenes en condiciones ex situ: una propuesta de creación de la colección viva de líquenes del Jardín Botánico de Bogotá José Celestino MutisMahecha Ruiz, Lindary Camila; Moncada Cárdenas, Lilia BibianaThe purpose of this work was to promote the conservation and knowledge of the lichenica biodiversity of Cundinamarca (Colombia), elaborating a proposal for the creation of the Living Lichens Collection of the Botanical Garden of Bogotá José Celestino Mutis (JBB), which guarantees the representation of the lichen species predominant in high Andean and páramo forests, strengthening the ex situ conservation processes carried out by the JBB. Initially it was done a diagnosis of the lichen species that could be part of the living collection, an enrichment plan was executed in which 105 lichen samples were studied in the JBB, collected in the Encenillo Nature Reserve, the Guasca páramo and the páramo the Tablazo; The phytosanitary status of the specimens established in the JBB was monitored during the period Sep-Dec 2017. The results obtained allowed to evaluate the implementation of the established lichen species, to build the proposal for the creation of the living lichen collection that includes the description of different activities such as collection, establishment, maintenance protocol and monitoring at the JBB facilities.Ítem Dieta entomofágica de los armadillos (orden cingulata) presentes en el piedemonte llanero y la altillanura colombianaAlfonso Sosa, María Isabel; Velázquez Saenz, José Miguel; García García, Alexander; 0000-0001-9905-003X; García García, Alexander [0000-0001-9905-003X]For this research, the objective was to describe the entomophagous habits of Dasypus sabanicola, D. pastasae, Priodontes maximus and Cabassous unicinctus, as well as determine the frequency-occurrence, number of specimens in the ingestion, weight per prey and identify the importance relative of each prey. To fulfill this objective, 47 samples collected by residents of the sampling areas and directly in situ by the authors were analyzed, distributed in 279 pellets and 6 stomach contents between the months of January to October 2022. The results are It is obtained that the armadillos' intake is mainly composed of social organisms, as indicated by averaging the percentage of frequency of occurrence: lsoptera of the apicotermitinae subfamily (63.201%) and formicids of the solenopsis genus (48.729%). Additionally, a wide range of arthropods are identified as a food source for armadillos, including insects, arachnids and myriapods. The four species of annadillos have a preference for social insect organizations such as formicids and isoptera (<50%IRI) and other groups of insects such as Orthoptera, Diptera, Hemiptera, Lepidoptera and Dermaptera as accidental foods; and other groups of arthropods such as arachnids and myriapods.Ítem Estudio de la estructura poblacional de Procambarus Clarkii (Girard, 1852), en la Laguna de Fúquene, CundinamarcaPedroza Martínez, David Ricardo; García García, AlexanderTo carry out the study of the population structure of Procambarus clarkii (Girard, 1852), in the lagoon of Fúquene, Cundinamarca, visits were made to three areas surrounding this place, beginning the field phase in the month of February and ending in July of 2017, executing manual captures and craft traps in linear transepts, recording the environmental and water conditions through equipment such as turbidimeter, potentiometer or Aquamerck tests; this with the aim of providing knowledge in the biological area that explains the most important adaptive mechanisms and characteristic behaviors, which have made this species is considered as the largest invasive locust population in the world, this research was developed from four approaches that allowed recognize and characterize that the structure of the population found presents a constant growth and a sexual ratio of 1: 1 with respect to males and females; that the comparative morphology between both sexes revealed that only in the clamp there are significant differences in length and width, than the variation between the individuals of the population in each of the 4 structures selected for this purpose (abdomen, carapace, clamp and telson) ) was related to the size thanks to the bodily differences between the individuals according to their stage of maturity; and finally, that the correlation present between the appearance and settlement of this species with reference to water and environmental conditions occurs predominantly in factors such as relative humidity, dissolved oxygen, conductivity and turbidity, among others; allowing to conclude that the population of this species for the Fúquene lagoon presents a considerable number of individuals that maintain a population stability during this period, due to its total adaptation with respect to the presence of aquatic vegetation (specifically E. crassipes) and to the conditions water physicochemical and environmental in general.Ítem Comparación de la disponibilidad de macronutrientes del humus producido por dos modelos de lombricultivos intervenidos con la especie (Eisenia foétida ) elaborados por la comunidad de agricultores de Suba del Parque Mirador de los Nevados a partir del aprovechamiento de los residuos orgánicosSalazar Goyeneche, Karen Andrea; Quintero Bonilla, Emilsen del Socorro; Pinto Mantilla, LuciaIn Colombia, the agricultural sector demands many inputs to meet the domestic needs of food, improving production in crops, one of these alternatives is the creation of organic fertilizers from the use of organic waste. This use is also an alternative for the different environmental problems surrounding the management of these wastes and the polluting agents they generate. The community of urban and peri-urban farmers in the town of Suba, attached to the "Huerta el Mirador" of the Mirador de los Nevados Park, together with the authors of the present project, elaborate two models of vermiculture, each with specific residues to carry out an analysis chemical of their macronutrients and evaluate the availability of them; this in order to determine the best nutritional value for the species Eisenia foetida and in this way to carry out the production of humus which served as organic fertilizer for vegetable species in the garden. Under this process a theoretical pedagogical material is made for the replication of this process in different spaces and thus rescue different aspects that integrate the rural with the urban.Ítem Diseño e implentación de la unidad didáctica: una alimentación saludable fundamentada en el enfoque de la enseñanza para la comprensión dirigida a estudiantes de grado tercero del Colegio Liceo Lorenzo Gracián de la Ciudad de Bogotá D.C.Isaza Yoja, Magali Rocío; Fonseca Amaya, GuillermoGiven the need currently presented in educational institutions on the issue of healthy eating, it was considered appropriate, assess the level of student understanding, through the design and implementation of the teaching unit "healthy eating" for the third grade of primary school Liceo Lorenzo Gracian located in Rafael Uribe Uribe in Bogotá, from the approach to teaching for understanding. The importance that students understand the topic of healthy eating is that they are able to apply that knowledge to new situations, taking into account the benefits gained. For 90% of the students was really productive and since the beginning of the implementation of the teaching unit worked as a group their synthesis project where each group member did his best to take advantage of activities to enrich their project and finally show his colleagues work performed assuming a responsible and caring behavior towards others. In this way, we need to promote knowledge generators, that they question, provoke and challenge the student, their creativity and their sense of wonder; that capture your interest and allow transpose what they have learned, applying it to new situations to continue learning. Students demonstrated their knowledge is not simply remained in the classroom but flexibly managed to go beyond and somehow transforming their reality from the point of view critical since eating healthy became a daily practice being aware of the benefits that come from it, many of them inviting members of your household to do the same.Ítem Registro de las actividades parásitas del chamón molothrus bonariensis y su influencia en los nidos de la monjita chrysomus icterocephalus bogotensis (aves: icteridae) en el Humedal La Conejera, Bogotá, D.C.(Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas) Castro Vela, Jairo Alonso; Benítez Castañeda, Henry David; Morales Sánchez, Jorge EnriqueSe presenta las observaciones y el posterior registro de las actividades del parasito de cría o nidal Molothrus bonariensis en los nidos de Chrysomus icterocephalus bogotensis, analizando el impacto del parasitismo sobre el éxito reproductivo del hospedador en áreas sensibles a la nidación dentro del humedal la Conejera. For this reason, currently the Andean ecosystems are immersed in a matrix of heterogeneous landscape, these forest fragments still retain the great biodiversity of species distributed in the Andean zone. Bangsia aureocincta y Bangsia melanochlamys are endemic and endangered species of Colombia, with very little information about their habitat, life history, population size, ecological, etc. During the study period developed between January to April 2016 ecological information on population size, aspects of habitat use and diet of these endangered mountain tanagers in Montezuma, Tatamá Natural National Park was obtained. Also vegetation plots were performed to characterize the structure of the vegetation of the sampled forests. It was found that the gold-ringed tanager species present a similar density between the months of sampling of 3.35 ± 1.56 to 3.2 ± 1.2 individuals / ha with a greater presence during the first months of the year; and it was equal to B. melanochlamys where the density was higher at the beginning of the year with 4.15 ± 0.56 individuals / ha. The Bangsia of Tatamá, was present in dense rainforest, especially in the presence of moss and bromeliads soon intervened and high canopy areas also could be observed that this species is associated with certain plant families, such as Asteraceae, Rubiaceae, Fabaceae and Rutaceae. Bangsia black and gold was observed in some disturbed areas, and was more common to observe within the dense and humid forest; eventually made use of secondary areas and disturbed areas with many woody plants, it is also common presence in the middle of the tree layer, and was associated with certain plant families, such as Rubiaceae, Melastomataceae, Meliaceae, and Ericaceae. Population densities for both species show that the study area has a vertically and horizontally which supplies good and sufficient resources to these plant species Bangsias heterogeneous structure. Research in these species is very important to fill information gaps regarding the population status and habitat aspects of the use of goldringed tanager and black-and-gold tanager endemic and endangered species of Colombia. This way you can achieve effective management plans and conservation of these species monitoring in the medium and long term and involving local communities in environmental education strategies for the protection of these species and their habitat.Ítem Formulación e implementación de una línea de acción comunitaria: formación en educación ambiental en el marco de las buenas prácticas ambientalesVargas Rodríguez, Joan Felipe; Daza Ardila, Diana del SocorroThrough the program of Social Environmental Service (SSA) the Bogotá Botanical Garden José Celestino Mutis (JBB-JCM), promotes and strengthens environmental initiatives that link the educational communities of the city, in order to contribute to the solution of environmental problems in different contexts within the capital. The main objective of the framework of action of the present project was the execution of training processes in environmental education and the application of environmental initiatives, around the formulation and implementation of a line of community action. It was carried out with students linked to the SSA program, from two educational institutions in the city (Abraham Lincoln College and Los Andes Gymnasium). These environmental initiatives were carried out in accordance with the strengthening of the Public Policy of eco-urbanism and sustainable construction in Bogotá, through the execution of good environmental practices. Additionally, this project also presents the results obtained from the support given to other missionary activities that were developed within the framework of the JBB events and activities in which the educational and cultural sub-directorate participated. Finally, a Virtual Learning Object (OVA) was developed, which represents a pedagogical and interactive support material that is left as an adjunct to the process carried out. A lo largo del documento se incluyen los temas relacionados con el manejo de los residuos sólidos, enfocados a la localidad de Fontibón, resaltando los estudios que se han realizado desde diferentes entidades que pertenecen a la administración distrital, y que datan del año 2004, incluyendo una reseña cronológica de la normatividad existente, tanto a nivel nacional como local de los residuos sólidos y de la educación ambiental, ya que resultan de gran importancia para la implementación de la matriz de impactos ambientales.Ítem Comparación Histológica Foliar de Gaultheria Anastomosans Presente en Bosque de Niebla y Páramo del Parque Ecológico Matarredonda Vía Bogotá - Choachí.Cárdenas Acevedo, Lizdey; Tijaro Orejuela, Mery HelenFor this study the species was identified by taxonomic keys and samples taken to Herbarium of the Distrital Francisco José de Caldas University based Vivero, training in laboratory-based B Macarena equipment, reagents and materials, in the third instance a specific protocol was developed for that species and finally micrographs were performed for histological descriptions and measure by Leica program the thickness of beam underside of the tissues to compare if they had significant differences between tissues leaf Gaultheria anastomosans in cloud forest and wilderness through the estadítico T-Student program. the importance of species identification is repeated, the training was essential for a good histological management, to develop specific protocol was required test trial and error changing some reagents and times and finally measurements yielded results in significant changes in the adaxial epidermis tissue, lagunoso parenchyma and abaxial abaxial epidermis cutin relating to the process of plasticity.Ítem Atlas histológico del aparato reproductor y excretor de hembra y macho de la zarigüeya didelphis albiventris en el municipio de Chipaque, Cundinamarca(Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas) Trujillo Camacho, Nury; Moreno, Carmen HelenaDidelphys se deriva del latín Dis, que significa dos y delphis, del griego delphys, que significa útero. Igualmente, se busca crear un pequeño atlas histológico del aparato reproductivo y excretor tanto de macho como de hembra, con el fin de aportar un elemento de referencia para futuros trabajos, que se deseen implementar con esta especie.Ítem Histología de hoja y comparación de epidermis foliar de gaultheria anastomosans presente en bosque de niebla y páramo del parque ecológico Matarredonda, Bogotá (Colombia)Neira Moreno, Paula Natalia Amaranta; Niño Galeano, Germán AntonioThe present investigation was based on the elaboration of a description and statistical comparison of the epidermis at the histological level of the leaf of Gaultheria anastomosans, looking for, significant differences between the tissues of the epidermis of the leaves of the plant present in páramo and in forest of fog of the Matarredonda Ecological Park located in the Páramo de Cruz Verde (Bogotá DC), in order to evaluate the plasticity of the plant in these two ecosystems. At a methodological level, samples of G. anastomosans leaves were taken using the vegetal histology protocol proposed by Sandoval (2005), making the respective blocks and cuts that were later described. Finally, an analysis was performed to look for significant differences in the epidermis through the Mann-Whitney U-test.Ítem Artropofauna asociada a dos secciones de Blechnum L. 1753 (Blechnaceae: Pteridophyta) pteridofito arborescente presente en el Parque Ecológico Matarredonda Cundinamarca.Buitrago Gómez, Yudy Lorena; García García, AlexanderArthropods interacting with the plants of several ways. However, studies of arthropods associated with plant species are scarce, especially in high Andean ecosystems. This research established the association between the arthropods and four Blechnum’s subsections, present in high Andean forest of the ecological park Matarredonda-Cundinamarca, using six methods of collection among months November-December 2015 and January-February2016. 3292 individuals, distributed in 182 taxa were collected. It is also proposed a new species for the family Ochyroceratidae. Subsequently, there were analyzed richness, relative abundance, population densities, Shannon’s diversity (H’), Pielou’s evenness (J’), Simpson’s dominance index, establishing that the most abundant classes of arthropods corresponded to Insecta (1768), Arachnida (749) and Collembola (658), where the dominant taxa were Phoridae, Entomobrydae_morfo1 and Hypogastruridae_morfo1. In addition, the estimators chao1 and chao2 indicate that the effectiveness of sampling was high (84.17% and 82.02%, respectively). In terms of dominance, this was low (0.033), high diversity (4.16) and high evenness (0.80), indicating that the fern contains multiple microhabitats available for arthropods. Principal component analysis (PCA) showed a variation of two thrown components 100%, indicating that there is an association between individuals and the plant. In addition, multiple correspondence analysis (MCA) showed the possible specificity of taxa to the specific structure of the plant, some cases of exclusive partnership correspond to Oniscodesmidae substrate, Arctiidae_morfo1 Rhizome, Sierolomorphidae_morfo1 to Stipe and Coniopterygidae to frond. On the other hand, the trophic organization showed the presence of several guilds such as predators, parasitoids, decomposers, among others, which are essential in the dynamic ecosystem. Finally, this research expanded the information of the arthropods associated with Blechnum, in the study area and nationwide, as well as generating strategies for the conservation of the high Andean forest.Ítem Diseño de un portal de servicios web para el semillero de investigación SILEAT - UDRosas Perez, Erika Alejandra; Giraldo Quintero, GustavoThis document allows us to describe the importance of adopting technology for the benefit of something as important as research hotbeds, which are training groups. Computer tools allow us a simplified and effective approach to the information that we want to access. , therefore it is necessary to obtain it in a compiled way so that it facilitates its access, the web pages or platforms, are usually a useful point to achieve this objective, since what is to be observed is delimited. In this way the research hotbed of Limnology, Ecology, Environment and Technology SILEAT -UD of the Francisco José de Caldas District University intends to conceptualize and carry out the design of a web portal associated with its lines of work that allows integrating in an organized manner, all those investigative productions that show the work that has been carried out, so that there is easy access to said information and that allows ampl Increase the recognition of this work group by the public through computerized work tools.
