The objective of the research is to develop a constructivist ATE to promote reading comprehension in first grade children through the reelaboration of a toy with recycled material. The ATE is developed as a strategy to reinforce abilities such as spatial visualization and orientation and spatial relationships, these ones worked through the parpercraft technique that allowed the students to embrace and practice these abilities previously developed. This study was carried out based on the technological deficiencies seen in the focal group in technology classes, this study to be implemented was necessary the use of instruments such as: observation notes, pre-test, measurement tests like Mental Rotations Test (MRT), Purdue spatial visualization test: Rotations (PVST) and Perspective Taking/spatial Orientation Test(PVTSOT), post-test and the Technological program Pepakura. Este material se concibe como una herramienta para la enseñanza y el aprendizaje de la tecnología, la cual busca involucrar a estudiantes y a docentes en el mundo tecnológico que les rodea. La cartilla articula diversos tópicos como la electricidad, el magnetismo y los circuitos eléctricos básicos. La cartilla para la enseñanza y el aprendizaje de la tecnología involucra actividades teórico y prácticas que se desarrollan bajo la modalidad presencial y virtual. Tales actividades buscan llevar al estudiante al aprendizaje de los diferentes fenómenos tecnológicos en este caso los relacionados con la electricidad. The group of students consisted of thirteen children. In order to carry it out, four conceptual categories were established: meaningful learning, to the extent that the knowledge acquired by students allows them to be prepared for different life situations in which digital skills are required; digital competence as a fundamental axis of training; the digital divide, from which derives the fact that students from rural schools do not have the same training in digital competence with respect to their peers in the urban context and, virtual learning environments, as an educational technological tool. A methodology with a sequential mixed approach was proposed, where the students answered a confrontation test that evaluates their level of digital competence, in this case the one proposed by UNESCO and after interacting with the EVA, this test was applied again in order to to know its impact, which, in the case of this research, was positive since progress was evidenced in all students. Finally, the reflections and conclusions derived from the study are presented.Ítem Diseño de un entorno virtual de aprendizaje para la comprensión de la genética molecularYate Sánchez , Luis Alejandro; Otálora Porras, NelsonThe design of an VLE for the teaching of molecular genetics in tenth grade students of the Colegio Virtual Siglo XXI in the city of Bogotá is presented. The work arises from the need to generate an educational resource that promotes improving students' understanding of the subject and the empowerment of scientific skills. The VLE designed has as a pedagogical reference teaching for understanding (TfU) and the flipped classroom methodology and is designed using the ADDIE strategy on the Moodle platform, using the application's own resources and interactive resources available in the cloud. The VLE was evaluated by experts in the pedagogical, technical and communicative component, the evaluation obtained allows the projection of improvements in each of the components to finally conclude the application of the VLE is pertinent, in addition to establishing its suitability in training processes developed under the approach TfU.
