Resumen
This work of deepening is a pedagogical and didactic proposal addressed to the first grade of Paz y Esperanza School to strengthen reading comprehension. It presents a reflection on the possible relationships between Technological School Activities (ATE) and reading comprehension processes in the initial cycle, from the transformation of learning processes and language teaching. The objective of the research is to develop a constructivist ATE to promote reading comprehension in first grade children through the reelaboration of a toy with recycled material. This constructivist perspective is based, on the one hand, on the approach of doing and technological knowledge; and on the other hand, on the possibilities of language derived from the physical exchange with recyclable elements that become objects of manipulation, play and knowledge.
