Cuanto mayor sea la proporción de ciudadanos y ciudadanas con sólidas competencias éticas y científico-tecnológicas, capaces de adquirir y utilizar correctamente la información, mayores probabilidades habrá de que se decidan acciones beneficiosas para la sociedad en su conjunto. Esto se hace particularmente importante cuando, dentro de un sistema democrático, se modifican o se producen normas jurídicas de alcance general. Sin conocimientos básicos de las ciencias y la tecnología, adquiridos a través de la formación en la abstracción, generalización y transposición de sus conceptos y procedimientos a diferentes áreas, así como en el desarrollo de criterios de discernimiento, difícilmente se podrá participar de modo pleno en el mundo y la sociedad actuales. This qualitative-descriptive research carried out an analysis of assertive communication from what was proposed by the Ministry of National Education, through the observation and semi-structured interview with three members of the directive management of a private educational institution in Bogotá in which, two of the researchers were educators and also in-depth reading of the institutional educational project of the same, focused on values and communication. Considering that these new challenges involved English teachers directly, this study sought to characterize the academic management in the classroom from the implementation of ICTs in the process of teaching English at the Language Center of the Fundación Universitaria los Libertadores during the virus contingency. The methodology of this study was established through three stages: preparation and design (research under a qualitative paradigm); planning and field work (documentary analysis, field diaries and semi-structured surveys); analysis (Atlas.ti) and conclusions (description of a social phenomenon). In addition, it had a rigorous work of population selection and data coding taking into account the grounded theory; the analysis of the information resulting from the semi-structured interviews and decoding of the data, outlined the need to propose the formation of general semantic networks such as: academic management, didactics for the teaching of English, digital strategies and pedagogical scope of the use of ICTs , in addition to two emerging semantic networks: meaningful learning and improvement of educational quality. Among some of the conclusions of the study, it is established that the implementation of ICTs in the teaching of English supposes a redefinition of the role of both the teacher and the student; that it is highly important to establish clear institutional guidelines regarding the use of digital tools in the virtual classroom; that the change of modality and the abrupt implementation of ICTs have a personal and professional impact on teachers; and, finally, that ICTs are a tool that promotes meaningful language learning since it makes thematic content more attractive and effective. Finally, some of the most significant digital tools for FULL English teachers were identified and a digital brochure was proposed and shared with the research participants. Accordingly, this work aimed to analyze the strategies implemented in the Nuestra Señora del Rosario Bogotá school, the academic management of teachers, and their experiences in the institution, in their classrooms, collecting evidence of inclusive education processes. In Addition, some recommendations were generated for the institution to implement based on the analysis of strengths and weaknesses, setting our eyes the fostering of the processes of needs assessments of their students. Therefore, the academic and administrative management at Colegio Nuestra Señora de la Presentation Centro was systematized and described during the safe return to classrooms under the educational alternation model in the midst of the pandemic generated by COVID 19. Taking into account the proposed guidelines of the educational alternation plan that contemplates the implementation of the protocol adopted in Resolution 1721 of September 2020, and according to the relevant authorities in this regard, the need arises to investigate and analyze the experiences of teachers and students. through an exploratory study to thoroughly identify the phenomenon of alternation in education during the stage following the rise of the COVID 19 pandemic, in order to recreate a description of said atypical manifestation in the school context. Graduates are the perfect excuse for this study to become real, bearable and with results conducive to the needs of the institution, as they are the protagonists and actors of a continuous improvement from the classroom plan, Annual operational plan and short-, medium- and long-term goals to ensure that they are also a bridge for communication, evaluation and projection with the professional and working environment that is expected to be optimal once they finish their secondary education. For the purposes of this research it is necessary to approach the process from the qualitative methodology and exploratory study because these allow to deepen the histories, behaviors and experiences of the population to investigate, seeking research from its current context and environment; risk-free research is also an ally in this process because the biological, physiological, psychological or social variables of individuals are not altered or modified, allows the discovery of information, clear, responsible and clean, the technique used through semi-structured interviews managed to obtain the necessary impressions addressed from the experiences and reality of the protagonist (graduate) and from the actors who accompanied them (directives, teachers) allowing to link other interesting questions and approaches to the relationship and intention of the information. The results and findings are a pedagogical, social and total commitment to contribute to a better future that the students of the institution can be offered by the school step. To achieve this objective, it is necessary to implement as information collection tools in this qualitative research, the semi-structured interview, the study of the pedagogical model and the analysis of the teacher performance evaluations, to achieve this triangular information and subsequently analyze it. It is concluded that the teacher training processes must be constant and consistent with the type of theory that is to be shared, being fundamental that the pedagogical model that is to be developed can be taught from its practice rather than from its theory, in order to develop a process meaningful learning.Ítem Análisis de la transversalidad curricular de las artes plásticas en los grados jardín y transición a partir del PEI del Colegio Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra I. DLópez Medina, Andrea Carolina; Lozano Manrique, Oscar OrlandoThis degree work focuses on the question: how to analyze the curricular transversality of the plastic arts in the garden and transition grades from the PEI called Communication skills for excellence, entrepreneurship and community transformation (Colegio Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra IED, 2010)?, whose structure is generated according to the idea that curricular transversality, has as its main purpose to allow the integrality of knowledge in early childhood, focused essentially on plastic artistic training, seeking learning in an integral way. and incidentally contribute in skills for the formation of other disciplines. Methodologically, the research is mixed: qualitative and quantitative. The collection instruments are the documentary (early childhood curriculum), the semi-structured interviews for the qualitative study, and the closed questionnaire to prepare a SWOT. In this way, it can be determined, the curricular mainstreaming as a strategy to overcome the specialization (fragmentation) of knowledge, thus achieving comprehensive learning.
