    This research work presents the characterization of community management (GUIDE 34, MEN) in the National Aquaculture and Fisheries Authority -AUNAP, in accordance with "Law 2268 of August 3, 2022". To this end, an analysis was carried out on the knowledge and use of Good Fishing Practices among artisanal fishermen in the municipalities of Honda (department of Tolima) and La Dorada (department of Caldas). These results were crossed with the diagnosis of the needs and requirements in the field of community management in the AUNAP, necessary to guide, promote and support the training processes for riverside communities in Good Fishing Practices – BPP.

    Los principios bioéticos como aporte al fortalecimiento de la gestión directiva en el colegio San Bernardino IED

    This research is focused on exploring what bioethical principles can contribute to strengthening the Directorate Management in the San Bernardino (IED) School given its importance for the development and direction of the institutional processes. In this School, there is a group of realities, institutional and social problems, that need to be addressed by fostering participation, bargaining, and conflict analysis, identifying the arising ethical and moral dilemmas in seeking to resolve them in the best possible way. In this sense, an analysis was conducted from the educational community perspective on bioethical principles that may contribute to strengthening the directorate management, characterizing it and identifying the principles with potential to be articulated as well as their pertinence. Subsequently, some recommendations were made as a contribution to the strengthening of institutional processes in the development of Directorate Management from bioethical principles. All the above, to consolidate a reflexive exercise regarding the development of Directorate Management, the importance of expanding the traditional conceptions from more ethical perspectives, fully aware of the need to make an analysis nourished by bioethical principles supporting more assertive and fair decision-making processes, leaving open the debate on the emerging ethical and moral related questions.

    Análisis de la transversalidad curricular de las artes plásticas en los grados jardín y transición a partir del PEI del Colegio Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra I. E. D

    This degree work focuses on the question: how to analyze the curricular transversality of the plastic arts in the garden and transition grades from the PEI called Communication skills for excellence, entrepreneurship and community transformation (Colegio Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra IED, 2010)?, whose structure is generated according to the idea that curricular transversality, has as its main purpose to allow the integrality of knowledge in early childhood, focused essentially on plastic artistic training, seeking learning in an integral way. and incidentally contribute in skills for the formation of other disciplines. Methodologically, the research is mixed: qualitative and quantitative. The collection instruments are the documentary (early childhood curriculum), the semi-structured interviews for the qualitative study, and the closed questionnaire to prepare a SWOT. In this way, it can be determined, the curricular mainstreaming as a strategy to overcome the specialization (fragmentation) of knowledge, thus achieving comprehensive learning.

The case of the Renfort Personalized School stands out, an educational institution that has implemented adjustments in its academic management to adapt to virtual education and break with traditional teaching models. ESCOLE Pedagogy is introduced, under a disruptive and personalized adaptive modality, didactics based on learning moments, integrated learning of content, foreign languages, and meaningful discipline.

    This research project focuses on educational management and is part of the requirements for obtaining the title of Specialist in Management of Institutional Educational Projects from the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas, Faculty of Science and Education. With the emergence of the pandemic, there was an urgent need to rethink the worldwide educational systems and implement distance education through the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). The objective of this research is to analyze the perception of the educational community towards the use of ICT in the Faculty of Basic Sciences at Universidad ECCI, using a qualitative and descriptive methodology with a focus on an instrumental case study. The research will be conducted through the application of semi-structured interviews with personnel from four different areas: administrative, directive, teaching, and student. The data collection instrument was validated with three experts and ethical, validity, inclusion, and exclusion aspects were taken into account.

    In chapter I, the problem statement, justification, general and specific objectives are structured, also, it is considered important to carry out a spatial and chronological delimitation of the school in which the investigation is carried out, to end with the reference framework, which It was important to have a previous conceptual development of the keywords and define the purpose of the research. In Chapter II, of the Theoretical Framework, the keywords of the research object will be taken into account, as well as its impact on society and the context in which we find ourselves, in addition, different texts, investigations, articles or authors who help us expand the explanation and understanding will be mentioned. Next, chapter III is presented, on the methodological design of the research, which is made up of the description of the type of research that was carried out, as well as the type of study to be used, design, scope, population and sample. There is also a clear exposition of the information collection methods, study phases, schedule, field work, validity criteria and ends with ethical aspects. To close, there is chapter IV, analysis and discussion of results, which presents the analysis of the results obtained from the triangulation of the information that corresponds to the instruments proposed in the previous chapter. From where the items related to the presentation of the conclusions and recommendations were generated.

Now, within the documents covered so far, there is a policy that guarantees mental health for all Colombian citizens; however, teachers as a specific research sector within the documents analyzed, is a sector that is not very visible, which gives a premise and above all a starting point on teachers and mental health.

    The present investigation took as its starting point the speeches of 12 graduates of four undergraduate curricular projects (foreign languages ​​with an emphasis on English, biology, chemistry, humanities and Spanish language) of the Faculty of Sciences and Education of the Francisco José de Caldes. This with the purpose of knowing the knowledge and appropriation of Colombian educational legislation from their perspective as members of academic management. In this way, the inquiry was based on a qualitative, descriptive approach and with a design from the socio-critical paradigm. For the execution of this project, a bibliographical review was carried out that gave way to the elaboration of categories and descriptors, which allowed analyzing the semi-structured interviews that were carried out with the participants. Finally, for the creation of categories, semantic networks and establishment of frequencies, the ATLAS.TI program was used in the transcribed documents in order to determine findings regarding the concepts proposed in the study.

    An analysis is proposed, where it is identified and specified what practices are carried out that allow linking educational agents with parents and the processes that occur within the institution, LICEO INFANTIL NANI, which factors favor and hinder this relationship so that there is a rupture and lack of interest in these processes present in the practices. The objective is to analyze the interactions between families and teachers in the teaching-learning processes of the boys and girls enrolled in the Nani children's high school during the year 2021 to recognize and strengthen the practices of academic management. Finally, from the directive management it is a planning and organization action that aims to disseminate these practices, so that the pedagogical agents and the Nani Children's Lyceum are strengthened as a community and contribute as an institution to society, generating adequate and strong links in the educational processes. that children have at this stage of their development. In accordance with the policy of accompaniment in the formation of children, it is necessary to be aware of their interactions outside the institution, to have a communicative relationship with their family and to recognize the environment in which they operate. That is, take into account the social context of our boys and girls.

    This thesis paper is an investigation that seeks to analyze the institutional identity from the directive management and the relationship with the relevance of the IEP in the context of the Liceo Santa Helena school and the school climate that occurs in that place, it demonstrate the importance of identifying the strategies, actions and mechanisms that administrative staff must have to materialize the Institutional Educational Project that should respond to the needs of the context and that can also be reviewed and reorganized as regulated by the MEN. The results of the review are presented and discussed in different categories of analysis, and then propose a strategy to integrate all categories and relate them directly to the Institution.

    Caracterización de la educación en modalidad virtual a nivel secundaria y media en Colombia: Reflexiones frente al diseño de posibles lineamientos estratégicos de calidad

    This degree work is developed within the framework of the Specialization in Management of Institutional Educational Projects, within which the inquiry is raised regarding the development of education in virtual mode for secondary and middle school levels in Colombia during and after the SARS CoV - 2 pandemic, while a growing volume of institutional offer has been evidenced during the last two years aimed at children and young people, especially inquiring into the quality of this educational modality, the needs of its context and what is required for its operation in the country. For the purposes of characterizing the virtual education offered by the aforementioned institutions, a documentary review is first carried out, compared to the categories of Virtual Education, Secondary and Middle Education in Colombia, Self-Management of Learning, Educational Quality and Directive Management, Subsequently, the digital tracking of the educational institutions is carried out and information is collected on their academic offer, management of the different management areas and their most relevant elements, additionally said information is crossed with the official databases and this is contrasted with the framework legal and normative of education in Colombia, finally, semi-structured interviews are carried out with some actors belonging to virtual schools. The foregoing allows establishing the state of the question of educational institutions in virtual mode for children and young people of secondary and middle school in Colombia, with the purpose of generating a reflection about the need for the intervention of the Ministry of National Education, with a public policy that contains the minimum guidelines for their operation, enabling not only a legal framework but also a framework of educational quality for this modality.

    Análisis desde la gestión de comunidad en prevención de riesgos psicosociales de los docentes del Colegio Eucarístico Campestre

    The analysis of community management from the psychosocial risk prevention component of the teachers of the Eucharistic Country School "Case of study", is a research work in the framework of the specialization in Educational Project Management at the Francisco District University José de Caldas, which was carried out in order to contribute to the strengthening of prevention processes of risks in the teaching community from said management, which, when addressed, contribute positive way to the continuous improvement of the institution. Therefore, from the mixed research approach, information was collected through review documentary, semi-structured interviews with the teachers of the institution, application of a questionnaire of quantitative type and analysis of the results obtained. As a product of the investigation, the recurrent risk factors in teachers and recommendations are made from the management component to address them.

    This research entitled "Analysis of the institutional horizon from the educational community of the Liceo Integral los Alisos, between the years 2021 and 2022" arises after observing that the educational community has little knowledge of the essence and functioning of the institutional horizon. In this way, the appropriation of this element and everything related to it in a more practical way was raised as a necessity. The first chapter presents the reference framework of the institution, its physical plant, location, the number of students, teachers, administrative staff who attend and the agreements it has entered into. In addition, there is the approach of the problem that falls on the limited knowledge that the educational community has about the institutional horizon, from which the problem question that directs this research is constructed. The second chapter presents the works and research consulted at the international, national and local levels developed by different authors interested in five topics of relevance to the object of study of this research. In the third chapter, the methodological framework corresponding to the data collection process, tools and methods for collecting information, the qualitative methodological approach, the type of study and the approach, of an exploratory descriptive nature, are exposed. And in the fourth chapter, the recommendations that the IE will keep in mind for the development, fulfillment and appropriation of the HI are presented.

    Analysis of the management and the Institutional Horizon of the Nueva Esperanza school from the graduate component, taking into account its involvement in the work, professional and social environment; it is a research study in order to provide reflection processes, action and improvement from the managerial component, which by its importance leads and generates the route of a broad, ambitious and generous educational process when strategy and planning is spoken. Graduates are the perfect excuse for this study to become real, bearable and with results conducive to the needs of the institution, as they are the protagonists and actors of a continuous improvement from the classroom plan, Annual operational plan and short-, medium- and long-term goals to ensure that they are also a bridge for communication, evaluation and projection with the professional and working environment that is expected to be optimal once they finish their secondary education. For the purposes of this research it is necessary to approach the process from the qualitative methodology and exploratory study because these allow to deepen the histories, behaviors and experiences of the population to investigate, seeking research from its current context and environment; risk-free research is also an ally in this process because the biological, physiological, psychological or social variables of individuals are not altered or modified, allows the discovery of information, clear, responsible and clean, the technique used through semi-structured interviews managed to obtain the necessary impressions addressed from the experiences and reality of the protagonist (graduate) and from the actors who accompanied them (directives, teachers) allowing to link other interesting questions and approaches to the relationship and intention of the information. The results and findings are a pedagogical, social and total commitment to contribute to a better future that the students of the institution can be offered by the school step. In pedagogical terms and more specific for the managerial role, have a closer look at that construction of goals and results designed in continuous improvement, in academic, educational growth and with equitable social projection, prosperous, just and not abandoned that can be talked about and is intended to have by the way in the Nueva Esperanza school.

    Análisis del seguimiento a los programas complementarios para el fortalecimiento de la jornada única en la Institución Educativa Distrital Eduardo Santos

    The objective of this research was to analyze the monitoring process carried out by the teaching directors at the IED Eduardo Santos to the programs implemented to strengthen the single day. For this purpose, the research was carried out under a qualitative methodology of an exploratory type with the objective of recognizing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that the monitoring process has and the instruments that the teaching in the single day. As results, a follow-up from the pedagogical area is evidenced, evidencing an articulation with the institutional project, at the administrative level there are specific roles for the follow-up of the single day and from the operational aspect, there are spaces for socialization and follow-up by the institution for the strengthening of the single working day.
