It is for all of the above that the national government, from its municipal, departmental and national institutions, must promote the practice of sports and recreation by citizens and, in addition to this, generate and adequately manage the scenarios arranged for it. The municipal institute for recreation and sports of Soacha has as one of its present objectives the generation of the municipal system of parks and sports venues of Soacha (simpades) which will be in charge of the administration, maintenance and conservation of the different parks and venues of the municipality with the final objective of expanding the coverage of the different programs arranged by the institute based on their promotion and the proper use of the arranged scenarios and the current installed capacity. In this document, the work carried out by the interns of the Francisco José de Caldas District University will be evidenced, fulfilling the objective of the internship that focused on the construction of the base document for the formation of the municipal system of parks and sports venues of Soacha. . Founded in 2015, they currently have three categories: men's U-23, men's only and women's only, which participate in different tournaments: Bogotá City Cup (women), Premier Cup (men's only), Torneo Arrayanes (U-23 male), among others. The aim is to improve and expand the catalog of services offered by the club, among which are: increasing the number of athletes linked to the club, opening new categories (U-15) of initiation and sports training. This will require updating the organization's manuals, EDO, EDT, SGC, performance indicators and/or documents that are necessary, in accordance with the current objectives of the club, to give the best possible management to these new services that are being implemented. They want to add to the portfolio offered by the club. In this way I decide to finish my professional training process, being part of this sports entity and do the internship in the area of technical subdirection as a degree modality. The main objective of the internship was to support administrative functions in the technical subdirectorate area which is responsible for managing the sports and recreational programs and activities and the use of free time that are managed within the Institute. Consequently, young people, educational institutions, and companies have increasingly seen esports as an attractive strategy for engaging new consumers. In this context, the growing acceptance of esports has spurred discussions about its recognition by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) among international federations.This study aims to characterize the supply and demand for esports consulting services, emphasizing the importance of sports management in recognizing the sociocultural, environmental, and economic benefits of the global expansion and acceptance of esports, with a particular focus on Latin America, where Colombia and Brazil are key players. Through exploratory research, data was collected from sectors involved in the esports value chain, expanding the organizational perspective of institutions developing esports practices in these countries. The research focused specifically on university sports in Brazil, at the Federal University of Mato Grosso, and in Colombia. At the end of the study, a comparison was made between the esports landscape in Cuiabá, Brazil, through the Municipal Chamber and the State University, and in Medellín, Colombia, involving clubs, universities, esports leaders, and the Municipal Chamber. The main objective of this study is to contrast the implementation of gender quotas by sports federations in Colombia in decision-making positions against the guidelines and recommendations provided by international sports organizations and academic entities. To achieve this, we initially conducted a bibliometric analysis to contextualize the development and research trends in a broad thematic framework in which gender quotas are embedded (governance and gender). Then, we address the guidelines and recommendations from a theoretical perspective focused on the formulation of these measures and their practical application, including hard quotas in the corporate and sports settings. We then delve into international sports organizations, starting with the International Olympic Committee, followed by international sports federations. Second, we examine the implementation of gender quotas in national sports federations, analyzing their statutes and the gender composition of their governing bodies. The findings reveal a significant gap in the implementation of gender quotas and in the representation of women in decision-making bodies of national sports federations in Colombia. This is particularly relevant given the growing interest in gender quotas as a tool to promote gender equality. Football takes a leading role, The Football League Popular (LFP) and its Estrellas de Casa Loma and Montañeros C.B. schools. which They have sport as their pillar as a social and transformative axis. The main objective was identify the contributions of the League to the construction of responsibility and social justice. From the paradigm of phenomenology, in order to guarantee a link with the social problems and the case study as a research method, to create a communication with the community and all its actors. It was used as instruments of information collection: Survey, participant observation and interview. The results were listening to children and young people, how they understand social justice from the rights, duties and values, social responsibility from the contribution of their schools in the well-being and quality of life of their territories and sports for all, as the key to enjoying this right. We began with a previous characterization of the events and from this the work plan was structured with the students who were taking the Mercadeo, Investigación de Mercados and Juegos Gerenciales courses. The dynamics established for this joint work was to apply the administrative theories and tools as a basis for the structuring of the events and in addition to this, the students, who were taking these subjects on research and marketing, had the responsibility to apply the knowledge acquired as the dates progressed and, likewise, I as an intern applied the knowledge acquired from the subjects taken during the professional career of Sports Administration. The purpose of focusing the training school on the disciplines of basketball, volleyball and skating lies in the intention of allowing boys, girls and young people from Neiva to investigate the experiences, sensations and emotions that each discipline brings in order for them to discover for themselves. what they are good at and can decide, for themselves, which one or which ones to focus on The constitution of the sports school is done through the detailed structuring of a business plan and its corresponding market study, which makes it possible to detect the preferences of potential buyers or those interested in the sports service and, already having a clear panorama, make the right and appropriate decisions for the success of the project.
