Ítem El limbo de la tercera división: vigencia y desconexión de la primera C del fútbol colombiano(Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas) Marín Ramírez, Johan Camilo; Solano Villamizar, Freddy GiovanniThis paper analyzes the current state of the Colombian Primera C (First Division of the Colombian National League) in Colombia, addressing the causes, consequences, and possible solutions. The monograph demonstrates that eliminating the promotion and relegation system from the Colombian professional system directly affects competitive development and player development, and has allowed professional soccer to be available only in large cities, leaving several departments of the country without professional soccer. This study uses empirical, theoretical, and documentary methods to identify the economic, social, and institutional impacts. Furthermore, this study allowed for comparison with international championship systems, demonstrating that many countries have professional Primera C (First Division of the Colombian National League), which helps these countries strengthen their national system, increase competitiveness, and provide opportunities for regional development.Ítem Apoyo en la gestión administrativa y organización de eventos en la liga de ciclismo de Bogotá(Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas) Robayo Pechené, Juan Camilo; Solano Villamizar, Freddy GiovanniThe main objective of the internship at the Bogotá Cycling League was to contribute to institutional strengthening and the sporting growth of its members. To achieve this, the work focused on three strategic lines: creating a tool to evaluate the impact of cycling on athletes, supporting the organization and execution of sporting events, and proposing a standard model for the comprehensive management of competitions. To assess the impact of cycling, an institutional questionnaire was designed for coaches, cyclists, guardians, directors, and other stakeholders linked to the League. This instrument contains Likert-type, closed-ended, and open-ended questions and addresses aspects such as athletes' personal development, motivation, perceptions of the organization of events, and competitive projection at the regional and national levels. Although not widely implemented at this stage, the questionnaire remains available to the League as a practical tool that can be used at future events, becoming a key input for ongoing evaluation and decision-making. Regarding event organization, the internship allowed for active participation in several stages, from initial preparation to the closing of the competitions. Activities included reviewing and classifying entries by year, supporting the coordination of routes and schedules, overseeing logistical aspects such as hydration and signage, and directly interacting with judges and support staff during the events. These experiences not only made it possible to contribute to the quality of the events but also provided the opportunity to understand firsthand the administrative and operational challenges the League faces in its daily management. Additionally, a roadmap and a guiding document were developed with clear and standardized procedures for planning, executing, and evaluating competitions. This model was designed to be replicable and adaptable to the different cycling disciplines and categories, establishing responsibilities by area, quality criteria, and guidelines for monitoring and continuous improvement. All of this was done with the aim of ensuring sustainability and strengthening the League's sports management. In conclusion, this internship successfully articulated strategic analysis with operational practice, yielding useful tools for the organization, providing concrete solutions for event management, and laying solid foundations that strengthen the efficiency and reach of the Bogotá Cycling League.Ítem Desarrollo de estrategias administrativas en la Organización de la Feria Internacional Especializada en la Industria del Deporte, fitness y vida saludable(Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas) Gómez Vargas, Luis Alejandro; Angulo Gaona, Wilmer Ferney; Solano Villamizar, Freddy GiovanniThis internship report documents the development of administrative strategies in organizing the First International Specialized Fair on Sports, Fitness, and Healthy Living, conducted by All Sport Colombia. Localidad de bosa (Parque Estructurante Metropolitano El Porvenir)(Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas) Melenge Ibañez, Andrés Felipe; Salcedo Díaz, Juan Sebastián; Solano Villamizar, Freddy GiovanniThis research and innovation study focuses on analyzing the underlying causes of underutilization of El Porvenir Metropolitan Park in Bosa, Bogotá, with the aim of proposing sustainable strategies to maximize its social, economic, and environmental potential. The work includes an overview of the park's location, structural components, and current condition, along with the central problem: its disuse. To address this, a mixed-methods design is proposed: quantitatively, user surveys and planned observations; qualitatively, interviews with park managers and potential users to explore barriers and strengths, both socioeconomic and cultural. The collected data are processed to interpret the results, and the park's economic impact on the surrounding community is also assessed. Observational evidence indicates that factors such as deteriorated or incomplete infrastructure, insecurity, poor lighting, low visibility, and limited activity diversity limit intensive use of the park. Based on these findings, a comprehensive management model is proposed, emphasizing environmental care, routine maintenance, safety, effective communication, and community participation, to improve the park and prevent its irreversible deterioration.Ítem Creación del manual de procesos y procedimientos para el departamento de registro y control deportivo de la liga de fútbol de Bogotá(Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas) Ceballos Martínez , Andrés Giovanny; Solano Villamizar , Freddy GiovanniThis internship was carried out within the framework of the Sports Management program at Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas, with the objective of strengthening the administrative processes of the Registration and Sports Control Department of the Bogotá Football League. The need to establish clear and standardized guidelines for the execution of functions in this department motivated the creation of a Processes and Procedures Manual, aimed at improving operational efficiency and institutional professionalization. During the development of the internship, a practical methodology was implemented, which included direct observation, information gathering, analysis of existing procedures, and the design of improvement proposals. This approach made it possible to diagnose the main administrative shortcomings as well as to identify opportunities for optimization in the department’s recurring processes. The preparation of the manual was based both on the knowledge acquired throughout the academic training and on the experience gained during fieldwork at the sports organization. The project was justified by the need for tools that facilitate the induction of new personnel, improve information traceability, and ensure the proper implementation of regulations and digital platforms, such as the COMET system promoted by CONMEBOL, which is key in modern sports management. Likewise, limitations related to the execution time and the need to continue training processes to ensure the staff’s proper adoption of the manual were recognized. As a result, the manual was successfully delivered and implemented in the Bogotá Football League, contributing significantly to the professionalization of the Registration and Sports Control Department and providing a solid foundation for future administrative improvements within the organization.Ítem Impacto del VAR en el fútbol profesional colombiano(Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas) Domínguez Montoya, Geimer Andrés; Solano Villamizar, Freddy GiovanniThe impact of VAR on Colombian professional football has been widely studied, showing that it reduces errors in key decisions and improves the fairness of the game. However, it also creates disruptions that affect the flow of the match and the spectator experience, with divided opinions regarding its effectiveness and transparency. In Colombia, its implementation has faced challenges related to subjectivity, communication, and uniformity in the system's application, which can increase mistrust and reduce the credibility of refereeing if not properly addressed. Although VAR has largely fulfilled its purpose of improving decisions, its influence on the intensity and perception of the game remains a matter of debate.Ítem Apoyo en la organización y gestión de información en el programa de las aulas al deporte(Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas) Parada Sánchez, Edison Alexander; Tenjo Torres, Karol Juliana; Alvarado Torres, Jhon EdissonThe project was carried out as an internship at the Instituto Distrital de Recreación y Deporte (IDRD), specifically within the program De las Aulas al Deporte. In this context, we present the case of Sport Enterprise Consulting, a multidisciplinary firm in the sports sector. Its hybrid business model integrates various revenue streams, such as talent representation, sports venue management, and accessory sales. For its incorporation, a Simplified Joint-Stock Company (SAS) is recommended, taking advantage of its flexibility and low registration costs. The company's success will depend on strategic planning that includes the management of specific permits, the implementation of software to manage multiple revenue streams, and the use of digital marketing strategies. Although the project is sound and projected to be technically and operationally viable, its medium-term sustainability will require strict financial control to overcome the anticipated initial deficit, as well as the ability to adapt to a competitive and constantly changing environment.Ítem Apoyo administrativo en el área de Subdirección Técnica de Recreación y Deportes IDRD fomento intercolegiados(Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas) Quilindo Suárez, Johan Steve; Solano Villamizar, Freddy GiovanniThe internship carried out at the Instituto Distrital de Recreación y Deporte (IDRD), within the Promotion and Development area, aimed to strengthen the administrative and technical management of the Juegos Intercolegiados Bogotá 2025 program by addressing the issue of work overload within the organizing team.
