Resumen
The document titled "Administrators and Athletes: Coping Strategies within the Framework of Corporate Responsibility" explores the mental health challenges faced by business administrators and elite athletes due to pressure, stress, and high expectations in their respective fields. While these groups operate in different contexts, they share common stressors that can impact their emotional well-being and performance. The study examines how corporate responsibility plays a key role in promoting mental health through interventions such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). It also emphasizes the importance of organizational support for the success of these interventions and suggests policies that foster access to well-being programs, while eliminating the stigma surrounding mental health. The aim is to provide recommendations for creating more resilient environments that improve both the well-being and performance of administrators and athletes.
