Observatorio colombiano de fútbol femenino: Una mirada desde las hinchadas

Abstract

This work develops the formulation, creation and first success story of the Colombian Observatory of Women's Soccer: A look from the fans; which arises from the need for dignity in the roles that women play around sport to which their life as an individual subject is linked, research is carried out jointly by two football organizations in the country, the Colectivo Social y Futbolero Barricada 1927 Antifascista ( Fans of America of Cali) and the Un Distrito en Paz Foundation (Community Social Development - Social Barrism) guided by the Francisco José de Caldas District University, through the collection and processing of information from the observation of factors based on the interaction of the women in the contexts of global, territorial (neighborhood and popular), sports and encouragement participation (fans) which were fed back and analyzed within their roles as an athlete, fan and social being to direct proposals and development actions towards dignity. , for the strengthening of public and private decision-making in policies, plans, programs, projects, products, services around a worthy development of sport.
