Procesos administrativos de la categoria de formacion 2012-2017 Club Deportivo Estrella Roja

Abstract

This document shows the work carried out at the Estrella Roja Club from June 1, 2024 to September 28, 2024, where you can see the creation and administrative support for the 2012-2017 training category of the Club. A work is observed in which a recognition of the organization was made through administrative tools that allowed carrying out the respective planning for the creation of the categories, as well as the work plan that was developed during the aforementioned period and the different activities proposed to be used in these categories. This document presents the evolution that the club had in the different areas that are managed at the amateur level and how through the work developed a more organized approach can be given that allows the Estrella Roja Club to increase its potential and real clients in the categories training 2012-2017
