In Bogotá, this generation of waste is even more worrying due to the lack of management in the collection, separation and final disposal. One of the instruments that allows the correct management of solid waste generated in any type of entity or place is the Comprehensive Solid Waste Management Plan, being a regulatory requirement to be met to ensure waste management and in turn, contribute to our commitment to the environment. The Institute for Planning and Promotion of Energy Solutions for Non-Interconnected Zones (IPSE) as the entity in charge of meeting the energy needs of the inhabitants who do not have this service, has the purpose of carrying out the implementation of this plan and in turn ensure its updating, therefore, it is necessary to update the Comprehensive Solid Waste Management Plan that allows compliance with current regulations and at the same time guarantee the main objective of these management plans, such as the search for reduction practices , recovery and use of solid waste.Ítem Actualización del plan de manejo ambiental para el proyecto de obra “reducción de riesgos por movimientos en masa presentes en la urbanización Sasipa -Silvania” bajo la dirección de la Unidad Administrativa Especial para la Gestión del Riesgo y Desastres de la Gobernación de Cundinamarca(Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas) Peña Estupiñan, Jefferson; Moreno Moreno, Carlos HernandoThis document is the final report of the internship developed at UAEGRD during the end of the year 2023 and the beginning of the year 2024, focused on updating the EMP presented by the contractor in the “CONSORCIO MITIGACIÓN DE RIESGOS BARUCH” for the works contract No. UAEGRD-LP-112-2023 with the intention of carrying out works for risk mitigation in surrounding areas in the urbanization Sasipa.Ítem Actualización del Plan Institucional de Gestión Ambiental (PIGA) de la Procuraduría General de la Nación para el periodo 2022 – 2026 en las sedes de Bogotá y Caldas.Gomez Tovar, Angie Johana; Gonzalez Briceño, Fabian Hernando; Parsons Delgado, Astrid XimenaUpdate of the Institutional Environmental Management Plan (IEMP) of the Office of the Procuraduria General of Colombia for the period 2022-2026. In this sense, the managers of the institution established the need to formulate and integrate an environmental management tool into its integrated management system, based on the NTC ISO 14001: 2015, through the identification and evaluation of the environmental impacts generated for its activity, serving as a tool for decision making and formulation of adequate procedures to improve the environmental performance of each of the processes of the institution.Ítem Alcance de la definición de la complejidad enfocada hacia el estudio de lo ambientalRomero Fajardo, Jessica Alejandra; Casas Pérez, Diego Fernando; Fernández Gómez, Wilmar Darío;The complexity theory is presented as a different way of understanding the making irreducible systems, where simplistic observations are put aside to make room for a vision of the individual as a subsystem and in turn as a system, from the multiplicity of components the complexity of a system is not dependent on the number of components you have. The aim of this study is to make a documentary oriented research studies from the environmental complexity. For this analysis, we started from the definition and interaction between various concepts of linearity and nonlinearity, predictable and unpredictable, order and disorder, reversibility and irreversibility, involving fluctuations, bifurcations, self-organization through temporality, by reviewing sources bibliographical and building chips. With this paper it is shown how the environment is approached from the complex since the early 90's, resulting in a frame of reference was obtained to display environmental systems from the complex. The importance of this work lies in the contribution it can make to science by synthesizing information generated by various authors from different streams.Ítem Alternativas al uso de pesticidas en el sector agrícola de la provincia de Sumapaz (departamento de Cundinamarca), para mitigar la disminución de las poblaciones de abejas silvestres del género BombusCalderón Bolívar, Juan Camilo; Pacheco León, Keilla Alejandra; Gutiérrez Sarmiento, Martha CeciliaThe present document shows an identification of different alternatives to pesticides currently used in the agricultural sector in the Province of Sumapaz (Department of Cundinamarca), in order to mitigate the decline of wild bee populations of the genus Bombus whose role is economically and ecosystem-critical in their pollinating function to a wide variety of wild crops and plants. These insects have been severely threatened as a result of their poor ecosystemic assessment and have been particularly affected by the indiscriminate use of pesticides in the agricultural sector. Alternatives are focused on integrated pest management based on agroecology, with techniques such as cultural control, biopesticides, increase of biodiversity and diversification of crops.Ítem Alternativas de mejora del sistema de tratamiento de aguas residuales industriales de las minas San Francisco Piedro y San Francisco Consuelo de la concesión minera 867T perteneciente a la empresa Promincarg S.A.SBallesteros Castellanos, Anggie Katherine; Agualimpia Dualiby, Yolima del Carmen; 0000-0002-4262-954XSan Francisco Piedro and San Francisco Consuelo coal mines are part of the Mining Concession Contract 867T of Promincarg S.A.S, they are located in Peñas village, jurisdiction of the municipality of Guachetá, department of Cundinamarca, specifically in the northern zone of the mining title. In the development of the internship, a methodology was executed that starts from the recognition of the mining wastewater treatment system, diagnosis, evaluation and finally the formulation of improvement alternatives. During the reconnaissance of the system, the review of the dimensions was carried out with respect to the designs contemplated in the environmental management plan, registration of inlet and outlet flows, taking and analysis of water samples. The evaluation of fulfillment with resolution 0631 of 2015, article 10. of the water analyzes for the years 2017,2019,2021, 2022 and those carried out during the field visits showed that there is partial compliance for the parameters sulfates, iron, settleable solids, total suspended solids and BOD. The field visits coincided with the winter season in Guachetá town, in Cundinamarca, specifically in visit No. 5 where water samples were taken in each unit operation, it was evidenced that the concentration of sulfates and iron was low at the entrance and output (dumping) of the system. This behavior occurs because the speed of movement of water in the rock is greater than in summer, which means that the fluid is stored for less time and dilution of the pollutant load occurs. According to the results obtained in the diagnosis and evaluation, three improvement alternatives are proposed for the mining wastewater treatment system, which are focused on taking advantage of the infrastructure that already exists. For these alternatives, it is proposed to place three upflow tanks underground in order to carry out a primary sedimentation (pretreatment) and thus prevent high amounts of settleable solids and total suspended solids from reaching the surface, this is an option viable since by carrying out a sedimentation prior to pumping the water to the surface, damage to the submersible pumps can be prevented and the contaminant load that the other unit operations (settlers and filters) have to treat will be less. Additionally, three possible reuses of treated mining wastewater are proposed within the productive activity as established by Resolution 1256 of 2021 that regulates the use of wastewater, these actions are proposed since the reuse of wastewater is emerging as a viable alternative. and beneficial for the environment. This document contains the recognition, diagnosis, evaluation and formulation of improvement alternatives for the San Francisco mining wastewater treatment system, it will be a guide for the Environmental Management Department of Promicarg S.A.S at the time when they need to carry out a similar analysis in the STAR of the 867T mining title, is additionally a tool that allows decisions to be made regarding the structural changes that must be generated to increase the percentage of efficiency of the system and thus comply with the regulations.Ítem Alternativas para el manejo de olores ofensivos generados en el taller de ediciones de la dirección territorial Bogotá del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística-DANEGómez García, Luisa Fernanda; Gutiérrez Sarmiento, Martha Cecilia; Ladino, Carlos AndrésIn the Bogotá territorial directorate of the National Administrative Department of Statistics-DANE, the edition workshop is located, an area in which they print formats, brochures and other material necessary to comply with the statistical mission of the public entity, however, the substances that they are used mainly in the printing activity, as are inks and solvents, they emit odoriferous molecules that generate discomfort and negative effects on the health of the servers and collaborators of the territory; this problem has required greater operational and logistical efforts to make the collection and correct final disposal of such waste classified as RESPEL. Within the framework of the above, this work was proposed as a research phase in which management alternatives were identified to deal with odor pollution, for which the operating process of the edition workshop was initially recognized in order to locate the source of generation of offensive odors, later it was determined which of the substances used in this area have the potential to emit odoriferous molecules and, finally, preventive management alternatives were established, which includes all actions aimed at fostering good organizational and operational practices, and control management alternatives, covering technologies that can be implemented to reduce or eliminate offensive odors. It was concluded that the source of generation of offensive odors is the wastewater from machine washing and its prolonged storage under anaerobic conditions, also, that the substances with the greatest potential to emit odoriferous molecules are the inks and solvents, due to the large amount of organic compounds that they contain (and that later they become volatile organic compounds), and finally, it was concluded that before considering the alternatives of management of control it is fundamental to implement the alternatives of preventive management because these indeed attack the origin of the problem.
