Resumen
The complexity theory is presented as a different way of understanding the making irreducible systems, where simplistic observations are put aside to make room for a vision of the individual as a subsystem and in turn as a system, from the multiplicity of components the complexity of a system is not dependent on the number of components you have. The aim of this study is to make a documentary oriented research studies from the environmental complexity. For this analysis, we started from the definition and interaction between various concepts of linearity and nonlinearity, predictable and unpredictable, order and disorder, reversibility and irreversibility, involving fluctuations, bifurcations, self-organization through temporality, by reviewing sources bibliographical and building chips. With this paper it is shown how the environment is approached from the complex since the early 90's, resulting in a frame of reference was obtained to display environmental systems from the complex. The importance of this work lies in the contribution it can make to science by synthesizing information generated by various authors from different streams.
