Esta investigación titulada “Análisis del horizonte institucional desde la comunidad educativa del Liceo Integral los Alisos, entre los años 2021 y 2022” surge tras observar que la comunidad educativa posee un escaso conocimiento de la esencia y el funcionamiento del horizonte institucional. De esta manera, se planteó como necesidad la apropiación de este elemento y todo aquello relacionado con él de una manera más práctica. El primer capítulo se presenta el marco referencial de la institución, su planta física, ubicación, la cantidad de estudiantes, docentes, administrativos que asisten y los convenios que ha entablado. Además, se halla el planteamiento del problema que recae sobre el reducido conocimiento que posee la comunidad educativa sobre el horizonte institucional, a partir de lo cual se construye la pregunta problema que dirige esta investigación. En el segundo capítulo se presentan los trabajos e investigaciones consultados a nivel internacional, nacional y local desarrollados por distintos autores interesados en cinco temas de relevancia para el objeto de estudio de esta investigación. En el tercer capítulo se expone el marco metodológico correspondiente al proceso de recopilación de datos, herramientas y métodos para la recolección de la información, el enfoque metodológico de corte cualitativo, el tipo de estudio y el enfoque, de carácter exploratorio descriptivo. Y en el cuarto capitulo se presentan las recomendaciones que la IE tendrá presente para el desarrollo, cumplimiento y apropiación del HI.
Resumen
This research entitled "Analysis of the institutional horizon from the educational community of the Liceo Integral los Alisos, between the years 2021 and 2022" arises after observing that the educational community has little knowledge of the essence and functioning of the institutional horizon. In this way, the appropriation of this element and everything related to it in a more practical way was raised as a necessity. The first chapter presents the reference framework of the institution, its physical plant, location, the number of students, teachers, administrative staff who attend and the agreements it has entered into. In addition, there is the approach of the problem that falls on the limited knowledge that the educational community has about the institutional horizon, from which the problem question that directs this research is constructed. The second chapter presents the works and research consulted at the international, national and local levels developed by different authors interested in five topics of relevance to the object of study of this research. In the third chapter, the methodological framework corresponding to the data collection process, tools and methods for collecting information, the qualitative methodological approach, the type of study and the approach, of an exploratory descriptive nature, are exposed. And in the fourth chapter, the recommendations that the IE will keep in mind for the development, fulfillment and appropriation of the HI are presented.
