Ítem Propuesta de rediseño del modelo de originación de crédito al pequeño productor agropecuario del Banco Agrario de ColombiaHorta Castillo, Jorge Enrique; Jiménez Torres , Álvaro HernánThe objective of this paper is to carry out a redesign proposal for the credit origination model for the small agricultural producer of the Banco Agrario de Colombia. This proposal will be developed under the DMAIC methodology which is based on the PHVA cycle incorporating components based on Lean Six Sigma The intention of this proposal is to investigate ideas of improvement that allow to increase daily productivity and make better use of resources, based on the current procedure and structure of the credit origination model, proposing a future state full of options for improvement to achieve satisfactory results. In order to identify ideas for improvement it was necessary to make visits and take of times in different offices, having meetings with the consultants who perform the work day by day, besides generating the current figures of placement, volumes, current loads and allocation of resources in offices, in order to understand the current problems. The intention of this proposal is to investigate ideas of improvement that allow to increase productivity day by day, based on the current state of the assembly line and proposing a future state of the line full of improvement options that allow to obtain satisfactory results. For this reason, having a good forecast of the demand will allow the organization to efficiently project its activities and processes, complying with its income and costs budgets, without losing sight of its policies and budgets, thus reaching -in this way- your strategic objectives. These forecasts play a very important role in the cash flow of any company, such as the generation of sales (more assertiveness in the demand contributes to the fulfillment of the needs in the time established by the client, which represents a higher level of service to customers), in reduction of operating costs (effective and better projected production), and improvement of working capital. This tool will help the objective of having a methodology for the realization of demand forecasts that reduce the uncertainty of the data and give information for a better decision making and thus improve the efficiency of the planning of the demand, this in turn can contribute to improve the level of service to customers and inventory levels which represents a positive change to the current situation experienced by the company, in an activity as sensitive as is the forecast of demand. This ambitious objective requires the participation and cooperation of all the departments and activities involved, understanding and understanding the role they have in this objective. This is the case of healthcare companies with different levels of services, for which it becomes a vital strategy because the development of the service portfolio entails varying levels of complexity inherent in all the processes that are executed, for which can present errors and losses of resources in its execution. A Health Care Institution (hereinafter referred to as IPS) is any medical center, clinic and hospital from which medical services are directly provided to patients or patients. They are classified in levels of complexity and care, characterized by the type of services they enable and accredit, ie: installed capacity, available technology, adequate personnel and the procedures and interventions that they are able to perform. The provision of Health Services in Colombia is regulated by the National Policy for the Provision of Health Services, obeying Law 1122 of 2007 and its regulatory decrees, whose main objective is to guarantee access and quality of services, optimize the use of resources, promote user-centered approaches and achieve the financial sustainability of Public Health Service Institutions. Decree 1011 of 2006 establishes the Obligatory System of Guarantee of Quality of Health Care of the General System of Social Security in Health, which defines the concepts related to the provision of medical services in Colombia, such as care health, auditing for the improvement of the quality of health care, among others; providing a clearer picture of the health services landscape. Regardless of the level of complexity of any case, the medical staff acts and establishes direct contact with the patients. However, in order to provide a certain medical service in an adequate manner, the IPS must carry out a series of activities called hospital logistics, which refer to all internal logistics tasks that take place in the provision of services to the patient within the hospital. Internal logistics activities include, among others, the processes of demand management and the activities that a patient must pass from admission to discharge. Therefore, the term hospital logistics groups all the hospital activities of transformation as well as optimization of flow of resources and patients in the institution providing medical services. The processes related to the provision of emergency care (considering initial care, stabilization, treatment, management and subsequent referral of patients, or discharge of patients) are considered as one of the critical points within the IPS, since which is this is the starting point of medical care. The optimal management of the processes carried out in the emergency department (both in the care and administrative areas), implies the need to generate an adequate use and distribution of resources, establishing for this purpose guidelines to improve the care provided to the patients, thus minimizing the risks in support of procedures, administration of medicines, etc. Also, finding inconsistencies due to pertinence in medical orders, which are later generating objections, which do not allow the financial cycle of collection to be carried out efficiently. These types of applications are characterized by having a high degree of reliability and certainty when making production records in real time. At present, many companies in the metallurgical sector are opting for the implementation of this type of tools that reduce costs and generate added value. One of the weaknesses of implementing an online information capture project is the difficulty of programming the software for each of the work centers, because each one of them fulfills its own unique characteristics that make each one will perform a different procedure, increasing the degree of complexity for its implementation. This implementation could be complicated due to factors that are not taken into account in the collection of information to carry out the programming, these unforeseen events would lead to reprocessing according to the level of complexity. The final work is aimed at implementing a data capture system in each work center and thus solve the failures that the company Colmena SAS presents in the daily capture of information and that ostensibly affects the supply chain in inventory processes , production deliveries and stop times. This project will apply technologies that are in the market, where automatic identification and data capture systems are used, such as: Barcode identification, wireless network (Wi-Fi), mobile terminals, tablets, readers, printers, etc. All this technology combined with an application that is capable of collecting, storing and sending data to the ERP, will improve and optimize processes in real time: • Control the inventories that go through the production stream in real time, know the production status by machine and the process in which each one is. • Being able to visualize the real time the stops caused in the work centers and identify the causes of lost productivity and costs. • Carry out the monitoring and control of the different indicators that are held in each machine, in order to determine compliance. The planning of the routes of the buses of Turistran LTDA is one of those processes that are designed based on the experience. For this reason, the idea of this project is to develop a model to optimize and solve the problem of route allocation, and thus have planning and control mechanisms that allow pertinent information to establish routes in convenient ways; In order to provide a feasible solution that minimizes travel times, taking into account a variability given by traffic, roads, non-compliance with travel times. This solution will be a decision-making tool that, together with the experience, will allow to design an efficient route that meets the requirements established by the client. The document is structured as follows: In the first chapter, a diagnosis is made on the current state of the organization regarding tourist transport service processes, to identify system failures and to establish solution strategies. The second chapter analyzes and determines the variables, parameters and restrictions that must be taken into account for the allocation of routes in Turistran LTDA. The third chapter builds the model of the allocation and routing system for vehicles that allows the optimization of the time with which it counts for arrival at its destination. Funza Colfrigos realizes the characterization of the logistic process in the distribution center, emphasizing the processes of receipt and enrollment, showing as principal aim of the company, the mobilization of kilograms of dry, frozen or refreshed product, depending on the logistic requirements that the clients request. From the characterization is observed that in comparison with other centers of Colfrigos's distribution in the whole country, which is located in Funza there has a very low average of productivity, which stops to see that there is a great opportunity of improvement in this one. There proposes a model of optimization who allows to improve the productivity from workforce maximizes the available capacity of the resource, taking as restrictions the minimal and maximum capacity of the human resource and the demands. Across the solution of the model is observed that the costs are not born in mind. With technologies of engineering solution is given to the model using historical information from the company and standard information of times, as well as with information that takes refuge in the regulations as for Colombian labor legislation. To comply with the provisions of that Act, the National Center of Historical Memory through one of its technical divisions, specifically the Directorate of Human Rights Archive [DADH] must collect, preserve and guard them or collect materials of They are voluntarily submitted by natural and legal persons of public and private law. Lo anterior, se hace con el propósito de definir posibilidades de mejora y buscar una sinergia de conveniencia con resultados de eficiencia y eficacia administrativa a favor de los intereses de los ciudadanos y empresarios. Dicha optimización busca la eliminación de cuellos de botella, duplicidad de información, tiempos de respuesta prolongados y trámites innecesarios, para lo cual se dividió el proceso de expedición en tres grandes etapas a las cuales se les realizó un análisis de tiempos de respuesta con un escenario actual y con un escenario esperado después de implementar las posibles alternativas para la reducción del tiempo promedio de expedición en cada una de las etapas descritas.
