Resumen
Generally Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) should develop routes for delivery of their products. In the midst of this design it is that it is so important to the design of the route, as time designing it, which allows subsequent logistical take timely decisions and thus meet delivery commitments acquired. In this sense, the market offers different types of specialized software in the vehicle routing, however the investment costs can be high (between US $ 10,000 and US $ 60,000) (Gutierrez, Palace, & Villegas, February 28, 2007) within costs can be found: license cost, cost of implementation, cost of specialized equipment, maintenance cost and cost of training or hiring qualified personnel (Gutierrez, Palace, & Villegas, February 28, 2007). For the above reasons it is necessary to present an alternative solution for routing vehicles at a low cost investment that will enable SMEs to determine the amount necessary to effect the product distribution routes and thus meet delivery commitments acquired with its customers.
