For the development of this project, first the needs and problems of the population were analyzed, where a continuous appearance of physical and verbal violence was identified as a means of expression in interpersonal conflicts, showing the absence of empathy during them. In the second instance, the state of the question is presented, based on the review of both national and international research, which provide a greater breadth in relation to the central theme, to give continuity to the construction of the categories that guide our project. Subsequently, the method of educational action research (IAE) with qualitative character is proposed, which allows the investigation of the social processes and characteristics of the population, by means of pedagogical tools; from this methodology, 3 phases are built, recognition, mediation and reflection, which guided this process. Finally, in order to solve the problem of interpersonal conflict, a pedagogical proposal is implemented that promotes the development of empathy and is mediated by artistic expressions, based on the pedagogy of care and emotional education, which allows the expression of feelings, thoughts and emotions of children.Ítem La escritura académica y sus múltiples enfoques: Una mirada hacia el fortalecimiento de las prácticas de literacidad en la formación de maestros y maestrasSuarez Romero, Gineth Katherine; Angulo Noguera, Yamilet; Angulo Noguera, Yamilet [0009-0007-5510-2898]This document constitutes the final report within the framework of the internship for the process of preparing the student reprint of the Recovered Childhood Magazine of the LEI-LPI in version N°6 and is descriptive, critical and reflective in nature. It was necessary to take up the challenge of exploring pedagogical alternatives from workshops and narrative meetings that allowed for subjectivist ways in terms of gender, as well as moments for reflection on attitudes and exclusionary behaviors in order to identify, make visible and denaturalize gender discrimination and the sexist behaviors present in the daily relationships of school and non-school spaces. Given that the research topic is located at the cultural level, the implementation approach is framed in the qualitative orientation, under the modality of the Educational Action Research. As a result of the present inquiry we find that co-education is a possible bet in the thought of egalitarian education for girls and boys understood in diverse ways of relating, from their potentialities and individualities. The narratives are a correct way to approach the equity in gender relations in the school context, since the different strategies implemented favor the mobilization and construction of new subjectivities about what should be in terms of gender, which to their collective constructions framed in principles of dialogue and respect favoring a better coexistence.Ítem Identificación de la adultización e infantilización en los niños y niñas, desde el análisis conversacional adulto - niño y las relaciones que se establecen entre el ámbito familiarOsorio Junca, Laura Milena; Angulo Noguera, Yamilet; Angulo Noguera, Yamilet [0009-0007-5510-2898]The monographic work carried out during the Bachelor's Degree in Childhood Pedagogy focused on the detection of research questions related to child development, covering various areas and dimensions. The limitation of observing and understanding specific behaviors in a large group of children at school led to reflection on the importance of taking advantage of the confinement due to the pandemic to closely study two children, Gisell and Felipe, with whom time was shared for two years. The characterization of the sociodemographic context and the socialization processes of Gisell and Felipe made it possible to identify specific aspects of the family environment that could influence their development. Participant observation, through logs, revealed similarities in the use of oral language and in the adult-child power dynamics in both cases. These findings sparked interest in investigating the implications of the continuous and close coexistence of children who, due to confinement, did not interact with their age peers. The analysis of everyday situations led to the identification of terms such as adultization and infantilization, contributing to building a deeper understanding of the relationship between children and adults in their environment. In summary, the study provided a valuable opportunity to develop observation and analysis skills in the educational field. The pandemic offered the unique opportunity to understand in detail the family and socialization environment of two children, highlighting the use of oral language and power dynamics as areas of interest. These findings offer useful tools for future teachers, allowing them to understand and support their students more effectivelyÍtem La importancia de la expresión corporal para la exteriorización de emociones en la primera infanciaPalomino Palacios, Valentina; Angulo Noguera, YamiletThis degree work aims to glimpse body expression as a primary element for children in early childhood to express their emotions without self-consciousness. The methodological approach is hermeneutic phenomenological and uses ethnography tools. The analyses carried out reflect two types of discourses that boys, girls and young people associate with performance in mathematics. For girls, there is a discourse focused on effort and dedication. For boys, there is a discourse of natural abilities reinforced in the academic tradition that subjugates the role of women in fields of rationality such as mathematics. However, this research also shows how in some collected stories both the (re)production of stereotypes associated with mathematics as well as the cultural tensions manifested by some children who question these cultural determinisms that occur naturally. The research concludes by inviting those responsible for teaching and learning of children and young people to reflect on the role of discourse in the daily life of school, as a key element in the reproduction of stereotypes that generate inequity in mathematics classes.Ítem Reconocimiento de otro y de sí mismo desde las experiencias estéticas en época de pandemia con modalidad virtual.
