The “Management Model” report was created by the ACACIA project, funded by the Erasmus+ program. This management model focuses on quality as a strategy for achieving objectives and meeting the needs of stakeholders, especially within the university community. The document provides a description of a system that combines strategic planning, stakeholder management and risk management. Three fundamental stages make up this system: creation of structural components, process-based operational management and management evaluation. In addition, internal and external factors that have an impact on the Acacia Center for Educational and Professional Support and Development (CADEP) are identified and described, as well as opportunities and threats are analyzed.

The results of the ACACIA project, funded by the Erasmus+ program, are presented in the model “Percentage of impact on the educational community CADEP UDFJC”. Through the CADEPs, support centers established in several universities in Latin America, this project aims to strengthen and disseminate good practices in the university community. The report analyzes the effects of these centers at the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas (UDFJC) in Bogotá, Colombia, using metrics such as professional training, dropout reduction and modernization of organizational structures. CADEP implementation significantly improved inclusion and academic performance, according to the data.

The report “Internal Management Quality and Evaluation Model” was created by the ACACIA project, funded by the Erasmus+ program. This model is aimed at university bodies known as Centers for Educational and Professional Support and Development (CADEP), which aim to improve higher education by implementing a Quality Management System. The model is based on ISO 9001:2015 standards and is aligned with CADEPs. Its approach is based on leadership, active staff participation, process management, relationship management and continuous improvement for the beneficiaries. The model provides instructions and steps needed to implement the management system.

The ACACIA project, funded by the Erasmus+ program, has developed a model called “Articulation Model” with the objective of strengthening and disseminating quality university practices. Through process management, cooperative work and knowledge management, this model provides a framework for improving collaboration and interaction between individuals and organizations. The ACACIA Center, a networked organizational structure with specific modules (Empower, Innovate, Cultivate, Support and Convene), promotes the creation and dissemination of knowledge, as well as inclusion and accessibility in universities in Latin America and Europe. This model promotes the integration of strategic, missional and support processes using systems and process theories to optimize organizational and academic performance. The purpose of implementing this model is to lower student desertion and improve the educational environment through structures that help in the inclusive and modern environment.

The document “Validation of the Convoca module design” was created by the ACACIA project, which is co-funded by the Erasmus+ program. The purpose of this project is to verify and evaluate the design of the Convoca module within the CADEP (Center for Educational and Professional Support and Development). The organization of the validation involves the analysis of the CADEP conceptual model, the design of the validation model, the definition of variables and performance indicators, and the capture of data through surveys and observations. With two validation missions carried out in iterations, the process allows the module design to be evaluated and improved. The results obtained demonstrate how beneficiaries, managers and administrators view the module's performance in order to keep it relevant.

This document presents a resource allocation and management model for the sustainability of the ACACIA Center, a university initiative funded by the Erasmus+ program. This model focuses on collaboration and efficient use of resources to support and improve academic and professional practices. The ACACIA project, supported by 10 universities in Latin America and 3 in Europe, seeks to reduce student dropout rates and foster university integration and modernization through the creation of Support and Professional Educational Development Centers (CADEP). These centers offer the university community a variety of services using technological and didactic resources using an integrated system of modules. The document addresses sustainability through collaboration.

The ACACIA project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ program, has created a framework called Conceptual Model V2. In Latin America, Centers for Support and Professional Educational Development (CADEP) are established and validated to promote university integration. These centers aim to improve educational quality, inclusion and accessibility through knowledge management, pedagogical innovation and the use of educational technologies. The document explains the structure and operation of the model, which includes the integration of technological systems and process management. In addition, theoretical concepts such as the systemic approach and the methodologies applied to the design of the model are discussed. It seeks to provide a framework through a series of iterations and validations.

This model establishes an initial basis for measuring the impact of CADEPs (Centers for Educational and Vocational Support and Development) in various educational institutions. Developed within the framework of the ACACIA project and co-funded by Erasmus+, it proposes specific indicators to assess the performance and impact of these centers. CADEPs seek to improve inclusion, decrease student dropout and foster professional and academic development through an articulated system of modules. Statistical data and a first version of indicators are provided, proposing a model to evaluate and adjust these indicators and ensure the success of the educational and professional initiatives implemented by the CADEPs.
