Thus, the object of this project is to design a pilot maintenance management plan adapted to the high management levels that ensure the availability and provision of the service. The project is divided into phases of which the first begins with a review bibliographical background on industrial maintenance. The second phase It focuses on making the needs and problems of the workshop known. By On the other hand, the third phase represents the bulk of the project since it is in this where designs the pilot maintenance management plan based on the information collected in the previous ones. In this way, the third phase is divided into three other subphases. where the bases of different philosophies are applied. Trust-centered maintenance or RCM was applied as a basis for the pilot plan of maintenance management, where an analysis of criticality versus complexity was made of the workshop equipment to value the assets that due to hierarchy and less complexity has priority to allocate the resources they require. The result of that were the EMCOMAT 17D conventional lathe, the Pinacho SC 200 conventional lathe and the ZX6350ZA universal milling machine. In that sense, according to the philosophy of the RCM, the functions primary and secondary aspects of systems, technologies and equipment components previously related in order to clarify the ways in which each one can fail. This served as input to evaluate the probability of risks of failure of the respective components (risk probability number) in the analysis matrix of failure modes and effects. Thus, the result of this analysis indicated that 91% of the components of the lathe EMCOMAT have low risk of failure and only 9% have medium risk. for the lathe Pinacho SC 200 the scenario is similar since 90% of the components have low probability of failure risk and 10% medium probability. And for the milling machine ZX6350ZA 70.3% of components have medium risk probability of failure while the remaining 29.7% have medium risk. With this panorama, they considered recommended actions based on preventive maintenance and tools of the total productive maintenance to improve the NPR of each of the components. With the above, the tools were built to support the management plan of RCM-based maintenance from total productive maintenance (or by its acronym in English TPM). However, due to the needs of the workshop, only implemented the first two pillars of the TPM which correspond to improvement focused and autonomous maintenance. This was done in order to get used to the work cooperative and the involvement of apprentices (SENA students), teachers and instructors in workshop maintenance management. As a result of the fusion of both philosophies; RCM and TPM, in their main bases, Technical sheets and diagnostic formats for low-risk critical equipment were prepared. Complexity, equipment condition checklists, a manual and semi-automatic tools, reporting cards and anomaly control, a profiling of the skills of collaborators who make regular use of the workshop services to finally have trained personnel to carry out the autonomous maintenance tasks through the CIL methodology (Cleaning, inspection and lubrication). Finally, the conditions were raised to formulate and implement in the future a trending philosophy that requires high technological capital and monitoring tools such as condition-based maintenance (CBM). For its acronym in English), a type of maintenance that fuses RCM with controls engineering to predict when an asset will fail. As the fourth phase of the project, the respective maintenance plans were formulated to each critical low-complexity piece of equipment, consolidating and taking into account the considerations of both maintenance philosophies; RCM and TPM, and the products that resulted from each one, where a maintenance schedule was added susceptible to changes in order to be faithful to the rhythm that the workshop has been working. Additionally, maintenance specialties, tasks, and frequencies were uploaded to the MANTUM maintenance management software used in the workshop, all in order Create resumes and maintenance alerts when necessary. Finally, the fifth phase basically represents the motive.Ítem Influencia del marketing educativo en estudiantes que ingresan a los programas tecnológicos de la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas facultad tecnológica en el periodo 2019 a 2022Pamplona Gutierrez, Valeria; Muñoz Callejas, Johana Caterin; Balanta Castilla, Nevis; Nevis Balanta Castilla [0000-0003-1502-290X]This work was carried out within the framework of the project carried out by the Étymos seedbed Marketing Evolution in the universities of Bogotá; which consisted of analyzing the marketing that the Francisco José de Caldas District University itself carries out in the technological programs by propedeutic cycles of the technological headquarters; the project allowed to know strategies and the different techniques that the technological faculty uses to disseminate, spread and attract potential young university students for each of its curricular projects, in the methodological part, students from the six technological curricular projects of the aforementioned faculty were surveyed and three career coordinators were interviewed. Admissions from the period 2019 to 2022 were taken into account for the study. The analysis showed that there was little dissemination and publicity by the faculty, which causes ignorance of the offers and socioeconomic benefits of being an active student of the Francisco José de Caldas District University, benefits that help make admission to higher education more attractive. This paper analyzes the positioning of three businesses that are dedicated to the organization of events of 15 years, located in the city of Bogotá. To do this, interviews were conducted with the representatives of each company and their clients were conducted a survey based on the Servperf model during the time space of one month this year, From the data obtained a positioning map will be developed in which the quality factors are located according to their importance and degree of satisfaction in order to develop a proposal for improvement in the provision of the service.Ítem Mejoramiento de la producción de productos panificados y reposteros en la compañía Juan Valdez.Vela Clavijo, Laura Camila; López Gonzalez, RosendoIn the development of this work, a study was initiated to take the production times of 12 bakery and confectionery references of the Juan Valdez company, with which studies of routes, methods and times would be carried out, which will allow them to continue searching continuous improvement and achieving organizational success translated into achieving its objectives and maximizing its productivity. This research managed to collect the necessary information to carry out the study of times, establish flowcharts that would serve as support to interpret the production processes and flowcharts which show in detail the activities and the exact time they take to be carried out, as well as the distance of each activity. In the course of this investigation, it was possible to identify inefficient methods to achieve the maximization of production, for this reason an online balancing was devised which allowed achieving this objective, which was supported with the design of tools that made it easier some activities.Ítem Plan de acción para mitigar el indicador de reclamos generados en el área de despachos de la planta Proalco S.A.S Sibaté – CundinamarcaGiraldo Romero, Deby Samanta; Olea Suárez, Doris MarleneThe purpose of this work is to use a tool that allows to find the different shortcomings that exist in the logistics area in the dispatch operation, using the Pareto Diagram methodology, identifying 80% of the causes and thus reducing the problems found by 20%. remaining. A diagnosis was made to the operation of the dispatch that allowed evaluating each of its strengths and weaknesses, finding that the complaints indicator was the main problem to address, compiling the information regarding these complaints were classified and analyzed to find a solution to each one from them. When generating the action plan, it was evident that the solution was joint and that the measures to be applied were not complex, since a new work model was established in order to have greater control over the work team since previously it did not have supervision some, the area prepared for loading products into vehicles was optimized (loading dock and warehouse area), new measures were implemented to differentiate products and facilitate their management between the enlistment and dispatch groups; Likewise, to prevent the driver from making a wrong delivery of the loaded products, formats were finally created to allow proper monitoring of the operation and in this way evaluate progress from the implementation of the action plan to when there is a new opportunity for improvement.Ítem Optimización de la producción de empanadas en Casa del CaféGaita Granada, Yuberly Sterly; Medina Jiménez, Juan Sebastian; Ospina Usaquén, Miguel Ángel; Ospina Usaquén, Miguel Ángel [0000-0001-5335-1910]This document aims to optimize the efficiency, quality, and profitability of the empanada production process at Casa del Café through strategies and improvements in current processes.
