The objective of this work is to analyze the activities developed within the Santa Rita de Cascia home and the current relationship and its impact on the environment. The document presents a descriptive study of the facilities and services provided by the foundation, the environmental aspects relate, determining the area of influence and the environmental baseline, made through the checklist according to NTC ISO 140001 environmental management systems. requirements with orientation for your use, in addition to terms of reference delivered by the District Secretary of Environment, and as support the environmental diagnosis, made according to the direction of the GTC 93 guide for the execution of the Initial Environmental Revision (RAI) and the analysis of differences (Gap analysis), as part of the implementation and improvement of an environmental management system, defining the negative impacts, generated from the development of the foundation's own activities, prioritizing its significance, finally formulates economically viable solution alternatives, technically feasible and environmentally convenient; in order to comply with current regulations and prevent, reduce and mitigate the impacts generated to natural resources and the environment.

In the present document shows the work developed during the internship at ANTEK S.A.S., with a duration of 3 months was the recognition of the facilities and their processes, passing by such areas as: Projects, reception of samples, laboratories, quality, operations and administrative allowing to conclude with greater clarity the how, why and for that of the functioning of Antek S.A.S. similarly with the support of the Department of Environmental Management (DGA), proceeded to begin reviewing Initial Environmental (RAI), where compiled information of documents related to the environmental performance information of previous audits and options for improving the proposals in the last year to then go to an operational review and physics that arriving To identify the environmental aspects and impacts (AIEA) of the company and their respective legal compliance environment. Consequently there were programs and projects from the perspective of Environmental Engineering allowing prevent the environmental impacts that were identified in the first measure optimising operational processes in the company and then formulating a rigorous assessment to the environmental management system which led us to draw in the action plan the general guidelines to bring the company to the continuity the updating of the ISO 14001:2015 for the year 2017, in compliance with the objectives subscribed to the proposal of internship.

The Environmental Management System (EMS) of the Club El Nogal Corporation, identified the need to strengthen within the framework of this latest update, internal communication and awareness raising mainly in those processes that have a direct negative impact on environmental aspects, generating significant impacts. The environmental awareness of the collaborators seeks to achieve the behavioral changes necessary to guarantee the protection of the environment, including the prevention or reduction of the adverse environmental impacts identified. The continuous monitoring, carried out through the environmental inspections and the execution of new training strategies with a didactic approach, seeks to maintain the commitment to the requirements of the standard and the efficiency of the EMS, the continuous dissemination of information pertinent to the system, simple and accessible to all levels of the corporation promotes continuous improvement and optimization of its environmental performance.

In order to establish a standardization of procedures, to improve the quality of the final product and to obtain recognition from an environmental perspective, organizations have set themselves the task of building environmental management systems, under the ISO 14001 technical standard, more now in its updated version 2015; Francisco José de Caldas District University has not been unaware of this process, therefore it wishes to improve the environmental management system under the criteria established under the aforementioned norm, therefore it requires that in the process, people who dedicate themselves to these processes participate. topics, and this is where the role of the environmental professional is highlighted, and for this work it is opportune for students from careers related to the environment to get involved, as a way to introduce themselves to their professional work. This seeks to consolidate the environmental management system under the criteria of the standard, initially from the formulation phase making support in the verification of information and establishing the procedures that will make up that system. Information on environmental aspects and impacts, and legal requirements in their respective matrices will also be consolidated, as part of the formulation of the environmental management system.

The Special Administrative Unit - Directorate of National Taxes and Customs, is a public entity attached to the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, oriented to the provision of services, with jurisdiction at a national level, and has presence in more than 36 cities in Colombia. The Entity, seeking to comply with its Strategic Plan 2014-2018 and the Ministry of Finance's plan, is currently in the process of transitioning from the Colombian Technical Standard ISO 14001 from its 2004 version to its latest version, published in the year 2015. In view of this transition, the support granted to the Entity during the internship was part of one of the changes that this new version of the standard brings, which is the identification and evaluation of aspects, impacts and environmental risks. In order to carry out this identification and evaluation, it was necessary to construct and stipulate a methodology as well as a tool that would allow compliance with the requirements of the standard, as far as this issue is concerned. Once these instruments were elaborated, we proceeded to implement them to 5 processes of the Entity, which were: Customs Operation, Corporate Intelligence, Internal Control, Financial Resources and Customer Assistance. Finally, a proposal for a methodological document was presented to the Coordination of Organization and Management of Quality, which allowed them to advance in the future with the exercise, and 5 matrices corresponding to the assigned processes were delivered.

In this document is the development of the proposal of work of degree under the modality of internship denominated "Diagnosis of the System of Environmental Management and other Requirements in the Framework of Certification ISO 14001: 2015 in the Plaza de las Américas Shopping Center PH " to opt for the title of environmental engineers. A review of the organization's Environmental Management System was carried out following the methodology of the GAP analysis, based on the requirements of ISO 14001: 2015, which shows a 46% compliance, and improvement or implementation is necessary of the remaining 54% to fully comply with the normative standard, with the documentary review the information pertinent to the GHS was collected: its structure, codification, existing legal documents, processes and protocols that the organization carries; identifying strengths and weaknesses in relation to the needs of the organization to achieve certification.

Diseño de fase de planificación del sistema de gestión ambiental (SGA) adaptado a la normativa ISO 14001 para la empresa Concrelab S.A.S.

The diagnosis of the current environmental conditions of the company Concrelab S.A.S was carried out, thus defining the environmental impacts generated by it. Based on the environmental diagnosis, impacts were identified on the consumption of water and energy, on the use of solid waste and on environmental awareness in the worker community. Program designs aimed at the reduction, classification and use of solid waste, construction waste, paper saving, air quality and saving and efficient use of energy and water were made; having in the programs a fundamental base that includes education and environmental awareness as one of the pillars of great importance within the context of quality and environmental responsibility that the company wishes to adopt. Each of the programs contains justification, legal framework, scope, objectives, goals, indicators and activities aimed at mitigating the environmental impacts generated. In addition to the programs mentioned, the result of different matrices is presented, such as: matrix of environmental aspects and impacts, legal matrix, DOFA matrix, GAP matrix. In the same way, the environmental policy of the company is indicated with its respective objectives.

The present work was carried out in the Curtiembre Gilbert, located in the San Benito neighborhood, in the town of Tunjuelito in Bogotá, with the collaboration of management and them employees, the main purpose was to design the planning phase of a Environmental Management System (EMS) based on the ISO 14001 Technical Standard, mainly in item 4.3. For its elaboration it was necessary to carry out an environmental diagnosis of the organization, after this the identification of the environmental aspects and impacts that are generated within the same and finally establish the programs and projects of environmental management that give reason of the policy environmental, goals and objectives that arise as a proposal to mitigate and control the negative environmental impacts found. This will allow the organization to obtain a better performance against the environment and society as it would help to ensure that its activities and processes generate less pollution, fundamentally the prevention and minimization of the effects on the environment, in this case the Tunjuelito River.

The implementation of an integrated quality management system and environmental management based in ISO 9001 of 2015 and ISO 14001 of 2015 seeks to achieve a series of benefits for organizations and for their clients. This implementation will take place in several stages and begins with a diagnosis with the in order to know the current state of the company, in which a global and integral vision is provided of the current situation of the company, internally and externally; we also proceed to establish comprehensive strategic planning, document design, procedures, awareness raising and a control is established for continuous improvement. The development of the design proposal is under the direction of students from environmental administration who are trained to work in any type of public, private and social institution, in the management or direction of proposals that integrate administrative and environmental sciences through the formulation, implementation, organization, control and evaluation of strategies and solutions for the management.

This work is the document of degree work in internship mode, which describes the design of the Environmental Management Plan "PGA" in the company of SU FERRETERIA LA SABANA S.A.S., which was carried out by identifying environmental aspects through the methodology of research and study of sources such as: internal documents of the company, the characterization of the company, field visits, literature reviews. The process considered for the design of the EMP consists of an initial environmental diagnosis that evaluates all the company's processes and their direct relationship with the environment, identifying environmental impacts and developing environmental programs. The purpose of these programs was to minimize, prevent, correct, mitigate, and compensate for the negative environmental impacts generated by the company. With the implementation of the programs the company SU FERRETERIA LA SABANA S.A.S., seeks to become more competitive in the green market towards sustainability, economic stability maximizing its quality and efficiency in each area and process. Finally, the diagnosis and environmental characterization was carried out taking into account the Environmental Management System (EMS) based on the international standard ISO 14001, since it is considered the best method to meet its commitment to society and carry out its activities with the least possible impact on the environment.

Initially, an analysis is made in the organization of the documents they have at the time of implementing the environmental management system. In this analysis, shortcomings were detected regarding the few advances that the organization has achieved in said system, in the same way it is possible to show that they have with few processes and activities to be carried out in the environmental part. On the other hand, it is possible to demonstrate that there is no documentation allowing the environmental management system due to this, an opportunity for improvement is evidenced so that the organization can fully comply with the current requirements demanded by environmental entities. The main objective that will be carried out in the organization will be the design of the environmental management system. For the present work, it will be designed from scratch and will have the updated legal requirements, thanks to this the construction company will be able to comply with environmental regulations, which allows as a student to consolidate knowledge learned during the course of the career. Throughout history, environmental management systems have been of great importance since 1970, it has been possible to demonstrate the implementation of these systems. In Colombia, the main environmental management plan used is the ISO 14001 standard, which was inspired by the "British model BS 8555 that was published in 1992, as a product of the global environmental movement that originated in the 1970s and was represented at the Stockholm convention in 1972. (Solid, 2011). At a global level, environmental problems are becoming more extreme, which requires actions that provide protection to natural resources, one of the tools that allows "achieving a balance between the environment, society and economy are considered essential to meet the needs of the present without compromising the needs of future generations in meeting their needs.” (International Organization for Standardization, 2015) is ISO 14001 which will be implemented in this work in order to achieve the design and planning of an environmental management system, which contributes to Colombian society in reducing negative environmental impacts. Thanks to this, little by little, efforts can be made to make Colombia a benchmark in environmentally friendly construction.

This document presents the result of the internship degree work that aims to estimate the Water Footprint, under the guidelines of ISO 14046: 2014 for 2016, based on the quantification of indicators of use of the resource water within the Concretos Argos plants located in Colombian Central Zone, through the establishment of an environmental indicator that is an effective tool for tracing and monitoring the use of this water resource, evidencing the effectiveness of the programs formulated and executed by the company for the fulfillment of the goals set out in the internal environmental policy and in accordance with the current environmental regulations.

For this, the interns developed support tools for this transitory process, as well as a Pilot Program for the Elimination of File Documents to verify the efficiency of these tools.

The present degree work is based on the formulation of an Environmental Management System, under the ISO 14001: 2015 Standard, for the company COMERCIALIZADORA E INGENIERIA SOLARKOS SAS, giving a solution to the evidenced flaws, where the company was provided with a framework of the current legal regulations as one of its fundamental guidelines, necessary to efficiently increase the competitiveness and environmental commitments required by its users when developing a construction project; everything focused on sustainable development, the mitigation of aspects and significant impacts caused during the processes executed by it, the improvement, control and evaluation of environmental performance.

Also, environmental aspects and impacts generated by the company were also made known according to the services they provide and the prevention measures that must be put in place to reduce its pollutants.

This document evidences the work developed during the internship at PELEX S.A.S, with the purpose of formulating the Environmental Management System under the guidelines of the ISO 14001: 2015 standard. With a duration of 4 months in this process, working ranges were established, subject in the first instance to the identification of the facilities and processes, passing through areas such as extrusion, laboratory, administrative areas, packaging and distribution, which allowed to conclude with greater clarity the how, the why, and the why of the operation of the company. In the same way, guided by the external director, the Initial Environmental Review (RAI) was carried out, to then go through a physical review that allowed generating the matrix of significant environmental aspects and impacts of the organization. These processes led to establish a structured documentary compendium presented in this report, highlighting strengths and weaknesses, in addition to the general guidelines that ISO 14001: 2015 establishes for the year 2018
