Apoyo en la identificación y evaluación de los riesgos ambientales asociados a 5 procesos de la UAE DIAN, desde el enfoque de la norma técnica colombiana ISO 14001:2015

Abstract

The Special Administrative Unit - Directorate of National Taxes and Customs, is a public entity attached to the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, oriented to the provision of services, with jurisdiction at a national level, and has presence in more than 36 cities in Colombia. The Entity, seeking to comply with its Strategic Plan 2014-2018 and the Ministry of Finance's plan, is currently in the process of transitioning from the Colombian Technical Standard ISO 14001 from its 2004 version to its latest version, published in the year 2015. In view of this transition, the support granted to the Entity during the internship was part of one of the changes that this new version of the standard brings, which is the identification and evaluation of aspects, impacts and environmental risks. In order to carry out this identification and evaluation, it was necessary to construct and stipulate a methodology as well as a tool that would allow compliance with the requirements of the standard, as far as this issue is concerned. Once these instruments were elaborated, we proceeded to implement them to 5 processes of the Entity, which were: Customs Operation, Corporate Intelligence, Internal Control, Financial Resources and Customer Assistance. Finally, a proposal for a methodological document was presented to the Coordination of Organization and Management of Quality, which allowed them to advance in the future with the exercise, and 5 matrices corresponding to the assigned processes were delivered.
