Abstract

The Environmental Management System (EMS) of the Club El Nogal Corporation, identified the need to strengthen within the framework of this latest update, internal communication and awareness raising mainly in those processes that have a direct negative impact on environmental aspects, generating significant impacts. The environmental awareness of the collaborators seeks to achieve the behavioral changes necessary to guarantee the protection of the environment, including the prevention or reduction of the adverse environmental impacts identified. The continuous monitoring, carried out through the environmental inspections and the execution of new training strategies with a didactic approach, seeks to maintain the commitment to the requirements of the standard and the efficiency of the EMS, the continuous dissemination of information pertinent to the system, simple and accessible to all levels of the corporation promotes continuous improvement and optimization of its environmental performance.
