Abstract

In this document is the development of the proposal of work of degree under the modality of internship denominated "Diagnosis of the System of Environmental Management and other Requirements in the Framework of Certification ISO 14001: 2015 in the Plaza de las Américas Shopping Center PH " to opt for the title of environmental engineers. A review of the organization's Environmental Management System was carried out following the methodology of the GAP analysis, based on the requirements of ISO 14001: 2015, which shows a 46% compliance, and improvement or implementation is necessary of the remaining 54% to fully comply with the normative standard, with the documentary review the information pertinent to the GHS was collected: its structure, codification, existing legal documents, processes and protocols that the organization carries; identifying strengths and weaknesses in relation to the needs of the organization to achieve certification.
