Ítem Programa de aseguramiento de calidad en rayos X diagnóstico. Fundamentos y protocolosInfante Luna, Esperanza del Pilar; Infante Luna, Esperanza del Pilar [0000-0002-8334-2668]The discovery of X-rays makes it possible to obtain images for diagnostic purposes; However, since they are ionizing radiation, the benefit can go hand in hand with a detriment to the health of the patient and the personnel in charge of administering them, which requires implementing mechanisms to reduce the radiation dose, maintaining image quality and limiting the risks to occupationally exposed workers and the public visiting the facility. The strategies adopted by the radiodiagnosis center must be articulated through a quality assurance program, its implementation within the framework of national and international standards guarantees its success; In response to this need, this text presents the fundamentals of the use of X-rays in radiodiagnosis and a quality assurance program, the latter accompanied by protocols that can be implemented in medical institutions.Ítem Perspectivas en la didáctica de las matemáticasD'Amore, Bruno; Díaz Godino, Juan; Calderon, Dora Inés; Vasco Uribe, Carlos Eduardo; Saenz-Ludlow, Adalira; Batanero, Carmen; Font Moll, Vicenç; Álvarez Jiménez, Carlos; Athanasopoulou, Anna; León Corredor, Olga Lucía; Calderón, Dora Inés; D'Amore, Bruno [0000-0002-5834-9438]; Díaz Godino, Juan [0000-0001-8409-0258]; Calderon, Dora Inés [0000-0003-1187-6668]; León Corredor, Olga Lucía [0000-0003-4373-8630]; Saenz-Ludlow, Adalira [0000-0001-9361-3129]; Batanero, Carmen [0000-0003-1384-8863]; Font Moll, Vicenç [0000-0003-1405-0458]; Athanasopoulou, Anna [0000-0001-6170-5782]The Mathematics Education emphasis of the Interinstitutional Doctorate in Education of the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas, Universidad del Valle and Universidad Pedagógica Nacional, presents this work to the community of professors and researchers as a contribution to the discussion of the developments in this intellectual field. The work compiles research results of the groups registered at the Universidad Distrital. In addition, four guest researchers collaborated in this publication: Carmen Batanero, PhD in Mathematics and professor of statistics and didactics at the University of Granada (Spain); Vicenç Font, PhD in Didactics of Mathematics and professor at the University of Barcelona; Carlos Álvarez, PhD in Mathematics, specialist in History of Mathematics and professor at the Universidad Autónoma de México; and Anna Athanasopoulou, PhD in Mathematics Education and professor of mathematics at North Carolina. The book has two characteristics: it presents the results of research carried out within the framework of the aforementioned groups. At the same time, the set of compiled articles forms a scenario in which different perspectives in the research of mathematics didactics converge. The work is structured in two parts: the first is dedicated to present General elements of the didactics of mathematics through three articles that, in our opinion, open the panorama of epistemological, pedagogical and linguistic elements that can contribute to the understanding of mathematics education in general. The second one is entitled Specific elements in the didactics of mathematics: experiences for the classroom. Under this theme, three articles are compiled that we consider, contribute particular experiences with methodologies, tools or proposals to work in class. Thus, we offer this set of articles for the consideration of the community as a space for academic dialogue on the problems of the didactics of mathematics.Ítem Territorio encarnado: ejercicios de soberanía visual. Visualidades, textualidades y estéticas situadas en la producción artística indígena en Abya YalaRojas - Sotelo, Miguel; Rocha - Vivas; Sánchez Martínez, Juan; Urbina Rangel, Fernando; Gómez, Pedro Pablo; Rojas - Sotelo, Miguel [0000-0001-6129-7782]This text is the result of multiple reflections in which cultivators from the indigenous world of Abya Yala meet in intercultural dialogues. The text is plurivocal, multiple and collective. Its authorship is not unique but communal, It is not possible to write about these phenomena in isolation and, therefore, the body is also compromised, since it is in this way, active and participatory, from where these reflections are produced. It is an embodied, performative, participatory and, in a certain way, liberating reflection that tries to show the emergence of situated forms of cultural production in the indigenous world. With emphasis on visual, audiovisual and textual practices particularly in the Colombian territory, also in other territories of Abya Yala. My personal vision, being an Andean individual who works from an academic institution in the United States —in and out of the region—, particularly interested in the nexus between race, environment and the humanities, is to emphasize three areas overlapping: 1) holistic critical theory (a return to the humanities), specifically the marriage of critical natural and cultural studies; 2) critical pedagogy, particularly the fusion of natural and cultural studies pedagogies, including efforts to recognize teaching as action and expanding the classroom as a field of opportunity and decolonizing the classroom through intercultural encounters and education environmental; 3) cultural renaissance, the struggle for mother earth, cultural and natural conservation, including critical analysis of resource management, relationality, and life cycle assessment. The main task of this vision has been to encourage critical action on, in, of, from and within these three aspects equally. However, in the future, I seek to make an increasing effort to move from ecocriticism to ecoaction, to mobilize (radical) change “on the ground”, by reinforcing work on new and diverse sources of knowledge (the archive embodied), disseminate counter-narratives to the colonial matrix of power, allow human, non-human and beyond-human voices to express themselves openly, in the hope of (re)building communities and possible and dignified places for life. This, of course, is not a small company. In the indigenous worldviews of the Americas, the conception of linear time does not correspond to their vital and relational experience. For the Mayans of Mesoamerica, for example, what is in front is not the future, but the past (the ancestors), what is seen is the experience lived in long-term counts (each long cycle, the baktun is around 394.26 years, 144,000 days). Thus, the future does not exist in the same way that it cannot be seen from behind (Álvarez, 1997, p. 91). The Yucatecan Mayan writer and artist, Isaac Esaú CarrilloCan (1983-2017), in his performance Uj’ (2014), presents this dichotomy. At the start of the event, Carrillo-Can is dressed in urban clothing, makes a movement and with a song (in Mayan) begins to walk backwards, takes out what he carries in his pockets (passport, telephone, watch, money) and leaves a trail on the ground with them. Then, one by one, they abandon their clothing and with it all contact with the Western world. He walks slowly and in space demarcates the four cardinal points (east, lik'in; north, xamam; west, chik'in and south, nohol) while he sings, in Mayan, lullabies (those his grandmother sang) and tells origin stories.Ítem The Individual Grammar approach to foreign language learning. An idiolect-driven model for foreign language learners in independent settingsBonilla Carvajal, Camilo Andrés; Bonilla Carvajal, Camilo Andrés [0000-0003-0393-0652]If, as Wittgenstein claimed, the limits of one’s language mean the limits of one’s world, it follows that the speaker’s idiolect comprise the boundaries of everyone’s linguistic competence, performance or verbal behaviour. That being the case, why has the idiolect not played a dominant role in foreign language teaching so far? This book makes a strong case to support the notion of foreign language learning without an a priori curriculum, institutional goals or textbooks’ pre-made itineraries; instead, its chief purpose is to empower learners with the tools to find and use their idiolects for accelerated L2 learning. The Individual Grammar Approach, unlike the received wisdom of a Chomskyan Universal Grammar, focuses on the individual’s idiolect to re-build, or re-encode a second idiolect in a foreign language. A bottom-up philosophy that will cer tainly determine the course of an entire research agenda based upon the paradigmatic shift of the individual, rather than that of the school, the teacher or the syllabus as the core of education. This work is a valuable reference for applied linguists, and cognitive scientists interested in language acquisition and learning, as well as teachers and researchers in education, as it sets out a forceful alternative to the traditional notions by developing a new theory of the L2 interlanguage, the mental lexicon, and the very concept of language mastery. If, as Wittgenstein claimed, the limits of one’s language mean the limits of one’s world, it follows that the speaker’s idiolect comprise the boundaries of everyone’s linguistic competence, performance or verbal behaviour.Ítem Cruce de caminos(Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas) Bustos Gómez, Marta Lucía; Peñuela, Jorge; Romero Rey, SandroFirst of all, this volume opens with a text in which Professor Marta Bustos establishes models to castigate the lendable ideas that exist regarding culture and peace. For many years there has been an instrumentalization of art and, in a broader environment, it has been considered in the abstract that the levels of well-being of Colombian society lie in the number of civilized injections that we can apply to the social fabric. In the present text, a tour is made of the evolution in our history of norms, the steps have been taken to understand the way in which cultural processes are integrated into the need for "the longed-for peace", as it has been called in many documents. official and academic reflections. The big problem with a canonical idea of culture is that it ends up becoming a thousand-headed monster that ultimately loses the deep resources that derive its essence from it. Peace needs culture in rhetorical terms but, when it begins to be implemented, it seems to disappear in the ambiguity of the desks. According to Marta Bustos, the new definitions of the different criteria of culture and their relationship with the reconciliation processes in Colombia began to be designed systematically from the 1990s. In the text, you can see different stages lived in the governments from the decades of transition to the new millennium until, as the peace process gained ground, the idea of culture began to be systematized.Ítem Composiciones área de música y contextoLeguizamón, Daniel; Acosta, Rodolfo; Bernal Martínez, Manuel; Gómez, Juan DiegoThis publication represents a small but significant sample of the creative activity of four of the teachers in the Music and Context area: Manuel Bernal Martínez, Daniel Leguizamón, Juan Diego Gómez y Rodolfo Acosta.Ítem Sostenibilidad hídrica en la relación comunidad - Parque Nacional Natural ChingazaGutiérrez-Malaxechebarría, Alvaro-Martín; González Umaña, Jerson Leonardo; Gutiérrez-Malaxechebarría, Alvaro-Martín [0000-0002-2306-1610]; González Umaña, Jerson Leonardo [0000-0002-4453-8537]Protected areas seek to preserve strategic ecosystems, cultural values, ecosystem services or landscapes. The conservation processes of unique areas are usually carried out from an approach that favors the restoration and conservation of plant cover and, in this way, of ecosystem relations. This, without considering the human communities located in the interior, or in the surrounding areas, who usually see protected areas as a limitation for their own development. However, it has been shown that involving communities results in better conservation. Within the Colombian system of protected areas is the Chingaza National Natural Park, a hydrosystem that supplies more than 70% of the water for consumption in Bogotá and some neighboring municipalities. The creation and operation of this park has meant great changes and restrictions for the inhabitants of its area of influence. This book is the result of a research project that sought to identify how the communities of La Calera, Choachí and Fómeque are related, located in the area with a buffer function of the park, having water resources as a central element. For this, their water needs, the Water Poverty Index and the perceptions they have regarding the protected area were calculated, in order to find alternatives that contribute to sustainability in the relations between the communities and the park.Ítem Aprender, crear, sanar: estudios artísticos en perspectiva decolonial(Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas) Walsh, Catherine; Lambuley, Edgar Ricardo; Gómez Moreno, Pedro PabloArtistic studies are an inter and transdisciplinary space of knowledge proposed from the field of the arts for the broad field of culture and society. They are the result of name practices, epistemic, aesthetic, political and ethically committed to the needs of social transformation and people's living conditions. It is a space that has been taking shape for almost a decade as a result or a series of possible encounters, crossroads and non-disciplinary, epistemic and aesthetic impulses. Although it is a space that is organized from the university, its practices are not confined to it, since its intervention spaces are inside and outside of it, in all the places where coloniality affects bodies, dehumanizes people. , controls the power and determines the knowledge destroying nature and life.Ítem La formación y la constitución del serGuevara Amórtegui, Carlos Arturo; Vargas Guillén, Germán; Rodríguez Latorre, Francisco; Rodríguez Silva, Laura Angélica; Vásquez Brochero, Francy Lined; Ávila Serrano, Liliana; Siu Lanzas, Elsa; Céspedes Gómez, Miryam Consuelo; Guevara Amórtegui, Carlos Arturo; Vargas Guillén, Germán [0000-0001-6156-799X]; Rodríguez Silva, Laura Angélica [0000-0001-9333-6432]; Vásquez Brochero, Francy Lined [0000-0002-9669-6713]; Ávila Serrano, Liliana [0000-0002-4473-2145]; Siu Lanzas, Elsa [0000-0002-2515-8416]The essays that make up this text are organized around two major themes: on the one hand, the problem of being, based on the work Being and Time by Martín Heidegger. On the other hand, the problem of formation as the axis of reflections and correlations that can be built within the same horizon of Heidegger's work. Regarding the first, it can be stated that the work Being and Time revolves around the reflection on two fundamental and recurring problems throughout the life and numerous works of the German philosopher: being and time, that is, meaning. and the way it comes about both in one's own experience and in life with others. According to his considerations, being is a kind of mystery because, on the one hand, when one reflects on it, one is not certain whether one is at the correct point of observation or reflection in the purpose of undertaking its comprehension; and, on the other hand, paradoxically, said being is necessarily understandable and knowledge can be built on it, although, as such, it remains incomprehensible.Ítem Perspectivas epistemológicas, culturales y didácticas en educación en ciencias y la formación de profesores: avances de investigaciónCifuentes Arcila, María Cristina; Castillo Ayala, Juan Carlos; Pedreros Martínez, Rosa Inés; Reyes Roncancio, Jaime Duván; Venegas Segura, Andrés Arturo; Molina Andrade, Adela; Molina Andrade, Adela [0000-0002-6802-5533]; Pedreros Martínez, Rosa Inés [0000-0003-3120-0526]; Reyes Roncancio, Jaime Duván [0000-0002-9229-1196]; Venegas Segura, Andrés Arturo [0000-0001-8065-5696]This book gathers advances of several doctoral theses of the Emphasis in Science Education of the Universidad Distrital and Universidad del Valle, of the Interinstitutional Doctorate in Education, DIE. The authors are university professors: María Cristina Cifuentes, Rosa Inés Pedreros and Juan Carlos Castillo are professors at Universidad Pedagógica Nacional, and Jaime Duvan Reyes and Andrés Arturo Venegas are professors at Universidad Distrital. The problems addressed in the first two chapters are essentially aimed at deepening the teacher's knowledge and the implications in their training, and in the last three chapters, the notions of nature and the concepts of equilibrium and time, important for science education, are discussed and analyzed from an epistemological and anthropological point of view to advance in the discussion and study of the relationship between cultural diversity and science education.Ítem Violencia escolar relacionada con barras de fútbol en BogotáCañón Cueca, Luz Stella; Cañón Cueca, Luz Stella [0000-0003-0159-8262]The present study constitutes an effort to understand one of the violence that affects the life of schools in Bogotá, produced by the connection of young people in school with the phenomenon of soccer barrismo and the various situations to which it is linked, among others, the consumption and distribution of psychoactive substances, the carrying and use of weapons, the approach to gangs and criminal gangs. Likewise, the purpose is to find an explanation for the behaviors of students who adhere to these groups, hence a look at the situation they must face in socialization spaces such as school, family and neighborhood.Ítem Trayectorias de re-existencia: Ensayos en torno a la colonialidad/decolonialidad del saber, el sentir y el creer(Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas.) Gómez Moreno, Pedro Pablo; Maldonado-Torres, Nelson; Vazquez, Rolando; Tlostanova, Madina; Mignolo, WalterTrajectories of re-existence: essays around the coloniality/decoloniality of knowing, feeling and believing, fifth title of the Doctoral Collection of the ASAB Faculty of Arts-Francisco José de Caldas District University, is made up of a collection of texts that covers nearly three decades of academic creation of one of the most acute authors of critical decolonial thought. In its pages, notions and categories are clearly exposed to think about modernity in another way, which explains why Walter Mignolo is a border thinker, with an intellectual and political project outlined as the decolonial option. Understanding Mignolo's thought and understanding what the decolonial option consists of are complementary tasks that this book accounts for.Ítem Reverberar: Arte y acontecimientoColectivo Reverberar; Chaverra Brand, Ángela María; Castillo Ballén, Sonia; Aguirre Sepúlveda, Jannet Fernanda; Benet Domingo, Pilar Isabel; Gómez Varón, Johana Marcela; Galvis Orozco, Nora Gabriela; Puerta Cano, Violeta; Ortega Urrego, Jennifer Johana; Tejada Pérez, Valentina; Montoya Rodas, Andrea; Cardona, Marcela; Rodríguez Ortiz, Linna Carolina; Piedrahita Quiceno, Sebastián; Rodríguez Silva, Angie Andrea; Arroyave Barco, Karen Andrea; Iral Múnera, Carlos Sebastián; Benet Domingo, Pilar Isabel; Jaramillo Ramírez, Carlos Mario; Colectivo Artístico El Cuerpo HablaBook resulting from research, from the call Invitation to present Research-Creation projects in the Arts InvestigARTE 2019. This line of research in particular questions how the political condition of existence participates in the configuration of the intersensitivities that are set in motion through artistic and prosaic poetic practices of everyday life (Mandoky, 2006), assuming that, in any case, said bodily condition, for this is the way life manifests itself. Here the meaning of "condition" has extended meanings that try to capture the vital dynamism of "going being" or "going existing", which characterizes the bodily experience as situated and contingent. of existence.Ítem Género y destino: la tragedia griega en Colombia(Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas. Facultad de Artes ASAB. Doctorado en Estudios Artísticos) Romero Rey, SandroFour elements have been installed in the title of this study. Four elements that continuously cross the fence of their own limits. “Genre”, “Destiny”, “Greek Tragedy” and “Colombia” seem to be, of course, the protagonists of the lines that follow. But the necessary ambiguity that is installed in the representative arts of the new millennium forces us to establish a series of precisions with respect to the meaning that these categories acquire in these times. it is In the first place, it is necessary to take into account that Gender and destiny: the Greek tragedy in Colombia focuses, in the first instance, on the world of theater. And when we talk about "Gender", we are using a denomination that is affected by that "confusion of terms" which, at the time, Patrice Pavis put forward in the explanation of the concept, in his famous Dictionnaire du theater.Ítem El cambio didáctico en la formación inicial de profesores de Química. Estrategias para su desarrollo en la reflexión sobre la prácticaMosquera Suárez, Carlos Javier; Mosquera Suárez, Carlos Javier [0000-0001-8640-0803]A contemporary and very fruitful line of research in the field of Science Teaching and specifically in the Science Teacher Training program, is that of Didactic Change. This line demystifies the commonly held idea that teaching does not require learning. On the contrary, there is increasingly more theoretical and practical knowledge about teaching, learning, curriculum and evaluation, among other knowledge produced in educational research, which a science teacher must necessarily appropriate to guide constructive processes of school knowledge. In this sense, the line also accounts for new conceptions about scientific knowledge and its modes of production and circulation, which implies alternative ways for teachers to become predisposed to both scientific activity and the sense of citizen education articulation. skill development and science learning. This work thus seeks to contribute to the professional development of science teachers and to strengthen the quality of education in general and science education in particular.Ítem Encuentro de experiencias y perspectivas sobre la historia de la músicaCastillo García, Francisco; CASAS FIGUEROA, MARÍA VICTORIA; Leguizamón Zapata, Daniel; Castellanos Camacho, Natalia; Montaña Rodríguez, Julián; Castillo García, Francisco; CASAS FIGUEROA, MARÍA VICTORIA [0000-0001-9726-8465]; Montaña Rodríguez, Julián [0000-0002-0898-8143]In September 2014, a meeting of experiences and perspectives on the history of music was held in Bogotá, as a result of the interest of teachers and researchers in sharing and reflecting on the challenges involved in studying history in a professional musical training program. . The exercise is not restricted to the role of history as a past or social science, it is not only the observation of tradition and what other musicians did before today's musicians, it also includes an observation on different methodologies summoned to the classroom of classes, the construction and compilation of materials or anthologies, the institutional vision on the matter, the historiographical criteria that operate there and on the relationship between music and context.Ítem Entre ensayos y performatividad: Los estudios del performance y la política de la práctica(Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas. The purpose of this work is to contribute to the construction of guidelines for the understanding and implementation of design conditions and validation of didactic scenarios for the training of teachers, in different areas of knowledge, in and for diversity. This, as a contribution to the generation of teacher training proposals, welcomes diversity and difference.Ítem El conocimiento didáctico del profesor de matemáticas. Una experiencia con la Geometría de DescartesBello Chávez, Jhon Helver; Forero, Alberto; Forero, Alberto [0000-0002-0452-7876]This book presents the development of the research project “The didactic knowledge of the mathematics teacher. An experience with Descartes' Geometry” funded by the Scientific Research and Development Center of the Francisco José de Caldas District University. It makes theoretical considerations on the relationship between the history of mathematics and the training of mathematics teachers. Specifically, a study is carried out of the work Geometry by Rene Descartes, where historians locate the emergence of analytical geometry, the emergence of a new form of problem solving and part of the constitution of the curved object. Some desirable issues in the training of mathematics teachers are located around these aspects. A work proposal is described in the academic spaces of the curricular project Bachelor of Basic Education with emphasis on Mathematics: problems of geometric algebra and didactics of algebra, which allows us to exemplify the way in which activities related to historical practices are manifested in the students' ways of solving problems as teachers, the considerations they make and the reflections they make on the objects and processes that constitute algebra.
