Ítem Adaptación de Revenue Management en los estadios de futbol profesional colombiano. Caso de estudio Estadio Nemesio Camacho El CampínPáramo Herrera, Santiago David; Castillo Gil, Jeisson Alexander; Orjuela Castro, Javier ArturoIn this project, an adaptation study was carried out with the objective of evaluating the feasibility of implementing a Revenue Management model as a pricing technique for ticket sales for professional soccer stadiums in Colombia. The Nemesio Camacho El Campín Stadium was taken as a case study to implement the variables to be evaluated in this type of sports precinct. To fulfill this purpose, a market study was carried out in order to identify the supply and demand of the product. Based on this results, a technical study was carried out in which the design of a price allocation model was made, quantifying the influence of aspects such as seat location, customer segmentation, sales channel, advance purchase, football teams, loyalty, season and complementary services. Subsequently, an administrative study was carried out to define the profiles necessary for the development of the strategic plan and the support of the operation. Finally, through a financial study, the economic viability of the project is defined through which it is identified, valued and compared between the costs and benefits associated with the project proposal.Ítem Afianzadora para un desarrollador inmobiliario en BogotáVillalba Romero, Cinthia Johana; Diaz Marin, Gustavo Adolfo; Orjuela Castro, Javier ArturoIn Colombia there are companies focused on real estate services, which in their portfolio also offer insurance to their clients to assure the owners of the properties the achievement of their income as a lease. On average, a real estate agent charges 8% of the lease fee, plus 2.5% of the insurance. In the real estate sector there is also a stream of companies that are called real estate developers. A real estate developer promotes, manages, commercializes and manages commercial projects, for which it is necessary to establish duties and rights that guarantee good management and operation of the business, these specific conditions are agreed within a concession or lease contract, the which contemplates compliance guarantees. This project evaluates the feasibility of implementing a bonding as a new line of business in a real estate developer in Bogotá, which helps mitigate the problems presented when acquiring the guarantees of compliance with the contract and at the same time the real estate developer has the information in an agile manner and have more effective control over the recovery of your portfolio. The development of this project is presented in seven chapters, which are divided first in the referential framework which introduces the reader to the knowledge of the problem situation, to different concepts that are not common and to a detailed description of the economic context and market where the project is developed, the second chapter is the Logical Framework which refers to the methodology used to describe the problem situation and where the most viable solution alternative to be implemented is considered. In the third chapter the market study is developed, where the characteristics of the potential clients are identified, as well as an analysis is made about the possible competition and it is explored which details of the market have not been exploited by the competition. In addition, in this chapter the sales plan is considered as 5 years. In the fourth chapter, what resources are necessary to comply with the sales plan set forth in chapter three are established. Subsequently, in chapter 5, a brief explanation of the legal implications of the implementation of the bonding company is presented. In Chapter 6, resources previously found are paid and the sale price of the service is found. This in order to determine if the project is financially viable or not. Finally, chapter 7 shows the environmental impacts that the project can generate during its developmentÍtem Análisis De La Respuesta Espectral De Cultivos Mediante El Uso De Rpas Para La Identificación De Maleza VegetalMuñoz Bolaños, Willinton Napoleon; López León, Brainn Stewart; Orjuela Castro, Javier ArturoThe General Objective of the Project will be to detect the Weed present in the Cultivation Objective of Study, by means of the Analysis of the Spectral Response obtained through images taken with a Remotely Piloted Aerial System RPAS (Remote Piloted Aircraft Systems) to optimize the Use of Herbicides. In the present study it was determined the feasibility of the design, manufacture and marketing of bicycles with frames made of Recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate (RPET) in Bogotá D.C. In the development of the research, variables such as the demand and supply of the target market of the product were initially analyzed, and then the technical characteristics of the project such as size, location and production process were described. In addition, the organizational structure and the applicable environmental regulations were established. Finally, the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and the Net Present Value (NPV) were calculated. The results obtained show that the product has a significant potential demand that enables its entry into the market, as well as the need for facilities with a minimum area of 100 m2 to carry out the manufacturing and marketing process. Furthermore, it is possible to affirm that the project presents financial feasibility with an IRR of 23.67% and a NPV of $ 141,741,218 in a cash flow without leverage, indicators that increase to 40.39% and $ 577,562,962 in a cash flow with financial advantage.Ítem Biodiesel supply chain management: A survey paper(Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas) Barón, Manuel; Huertas, Isaac; Orjuela Castro, Javier ArturoÍtem Caracterización de la Cadena de Abastecimiento de Panela para la Provincia de Bajo Magdalena-Cundinamarca(Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas) Orjuela Castro, Javier Arturo; Chavarrio Colmenares, Ivonne AndreaÍtem Chain Of Value analisys In Uchuva And Tamarillos Productive Structure In Sumapaz Province And Capital District(Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas) Orjuela Castro, Javier Arturo; Castañeda Calderón, Camilo Andrés; Castañeda Calderón, Camilo Andrés; Calderón, María EugeniaÍtem Conceptualización de la Trazabilidad en la Cadena de AbastecimientoRincón Ballesteros, Dora Lucia; Orjuela Castro, Javier ArturoThe theoretical review of traceability shows the absence of a common theoretical framework, which prevents the development of unified theme; without a common theoretical framework, confusion is generated when designing systems in different supply chains and evidence does not allow social and business benefits that can be obtained. This document aims to create a clear definition of traceability, standardization of features and schemes for the design of any traceability system, regardless of sector or product which is oriented; also detect relevant aspects pertaining to design traceability systems for supply chains in the pharmaceutical sector and meat sector It was found that the main motivational drivers for implementing traceability are: legislation, food safety, quality assurance, stakeholder pressures and economic concerns of the organization; In addition, these drivers generally encompass the different objectives that companies or governments are set. Finally, it is important to note that both governments and companies to implement traceability systems should encompass the entire supply chain, for which they need cooperation agreements and efficient mechanisms for collection and storage of physical or digital information. Similarly, governments should not overlook that digital traceability systems and mandatory, allow achieve the objectivesÍtem Desarrollo plataforma basada en las TIC´S para la gestión de la información en las PYMES colombianas del sector comercializador de dispositivos y equipos médicos y hospitalarios.Torralba Torres, Cristian David; Garibello Sabogal, Wilson Enrique; Orjuela Castro, Javier ArturoThe purpose of this project is to present the design for the development of a technological platform that will allow SMEs in the commercialization sector of medical and hospital equipment in Colombia to have at their disposal a tool based on ICTs that facilitates the management of information in order to to generate knowledge to help decision-making and to make profitable the commercialization activity of medical and hospital diagnostic equipment and devices, boosting this type of sector, given that these companies require a tool based on ICTs for the deployment of all its commercial operation which includes the sale of reagents, supply in loan or sale of diagnostic equipment.Ítem Diseño de Maquina Desgranadora para Arveja y FrijolPulido Silva, Wilmer Ferney; Sánchez Moreno, Edwin Libardo; Orjuela Castro, Javier ArturoIt is important to generate innovation solutions aimed at generating benefits through customer satisfaction, within a socially sustainable environment that is equally related in the management of resources and time in an increasingly competitive world. One of the most costly situations at the time of the pea and bean harvesting process is to do it manually, this implies longer processing time, higher handling and higher product costs, which affect traditional markets and Retail stores. Identifying this situation raises the need to design a shredding machine to facilitate the process and in turn so that no damage occurs in the shredded product.Ítem Diseño de Maquina Multifuncional de Reciclaje de Botellas PET, para el Aprovechamiento de Material Solido con potencial a ser Reciclado en una Gestión Integral de Residuos Sólidos.Robles Jiménez, Stiven Humberto; Vela Celis, Jimmy Alexander; Urrego Roldan, Jorge Andrés; Orjuela Castro, Javier ArturoThe inadequate disposal of Urban Solid Waste (RSU) generates pollution, several damages irreparable to the environment and respiratory, digestive and skin diseases for humans, such pollution problems are caused by human activity and these increase conformance happens The time for the large amount of waste that is produced daily and accumulated, resulting in final large size land for the disposal of waste without using all its power of exploitation and reuse. Due to these problems in places such as the European Union (EU) it was decided to recycle 50% of domestic and similar waste by 2020, and since 1996, Managed to recycle 23% of household waste throughout Europe and 35% in 2010, these figures were not only achieved by the EU opinion but by alternative measures taken by each of the countries, such as citizen awareness of Recycling, recycling campaigns, etc. In spite of the different efforts that have been made globally for the use of solid urban waste, the volume that is produced requires different solutions. Within the MSW, plastics are one of the main residues generated due to the High demand for its different physical and chemical properties that make it one of the main materials used in the present era, an example of which are the beverage containers made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET), PET bottles are categorized as a recyclable material and Is used by companies to be processed and reused. In Germany, the idea arises of creating a machine that facilitates recycling and, at the same time, a reward for doing so, such as the return of the tax charged for using or buying inputs that are in PET bottles and aluminum cans, this idea materializes when Different governments decide to charge a fee for using inputs that use these materials, the method of creating machines where the user makes PET bottle storage was a success and soon received by another 32 countries, including Norway, Denmark, Sweden , Finland, Holland, and Spain. In 2013 Germany ranked as the country with the highest percentage of recycling in Europe happened by Spain, Germany managed to obtain collection figures of up to 13 kg per person per year by countries such as Spain that achieved 7.1 kg per person. In Latin America, this type of method has not been developed and 15% of MSW recycling is obtained, which is why it is necessary to create measures in which the percentage of recycling can be increased, Mexico decided to adopt the measure of Germany In using the recycling machines as a means to increase the percentage of recycling in their country, decided to buy 30 units of such machines to implement them, in the project presented problems with the remuneration of money, so they decided to do research and adapt the machines According to the requirements of the country and design 28 new machines which will be put into circulation at the end of 2016. In Colombia the subject of waste collection is mainly focused on informal recyclers, they make a selection in source and then sell it to intermediate winemakers who in turn sell by quantity to companies that finally reuse the collected waste, to The issue of PET packaging is not very attractive collection for recyclers since its weight is low and large volume requires more effort in its collection. Currently in Bogotá, approximately 2,387,758 PET bottles are consumed and approximately 27% of them are recycled (UAESP, 2011), Bogotá presents problems with its sanitary landfill because of the high amount of waste that is received on a daily basis. Which requires initiatives that contribute to the use of solid urban waste. Given the scenario, this paper studies the possibility of implementing new methodologies for the collection of PET bottles, the study is supported in the first instance with an introduction to the theoretical framework including a legal framework, followed by a market study and a technical study and finally a Administrative and economic study of the model of a project that provides alternatives for the implementation of new methods contributing to an efficient collection of solid materials with potential to be recycled reducing environmental impact.Ítem Diseño de un Modelo de Transporte Multimodal para la Cadena Frutícola ColombianaSepúlveda García, David Andrés; Ospina Contreras, Ivan Danilo; Orjuela Castro, Javier ArturoTrends in logistics research multimodality pose as a solution to sustainable transport due to its contribution in reducing time, cost and environmental impact on the flow of products. Colombia, seeks a multimodal integrated transport network. One of the most exported fruit is uchuva, mostly to Europe, for its exotic character, flavor and nutritional content; also the product that is imported into Colombia is the apple and that consumption has increased. Because of the importance of these products to the country and the latest trends in transport, multimodal transport incidence is evaluated in the logistics chain performance of these fruits, by a method based on system dynamics model. The model, designed in ithink provides for the setting fruit supply chain in Colombia, elements of perishable goods, logistics and environmental aspects.Ítem Diseño de un sistema solar fotovoltaico para suplir la iluminación en vallas publicitarias de la empresa Efectimedios S.A.Barón Cangrejo, Daniel Alberto; Amaya Hernández, Carlos Eduardo; Orjuela Castro, Javier ArturoThis document addresses the case of the company Efectimedios SA, which, when developing its main economic activity in the area of advertising spaces (both internal and external), often requires the installation of adequate lighting systems to expose the fences to Potential customers; From this need derives the approach of creating a project internally of the company, where the design and planning is developed to equip all the tubular fences nationwide with autonomous and efficient photovoltaic systems.
