Ítem Análisis geoestadístico de los puntos críticos de siniestralidad vial en la UPZ 44 “Américas” Localidad de KennedyRocha Daza, Sebastián; Pardo Pinzón, JanethThe following project was developed using geographic information systems for the processing and analysis of historical data on road accidents provided by the District Secretary of Mobility. The objective of this geostatistical analysis is to identify the points of greatest road accidents through the generation of heat maps for the UPZ 44 "Americas", belonging to the locality of Kennedy in Bogota, in order to suggest possible proposals to help reduce the number of road accidents in the study area. For this purpose, we mainly used road accident data provided during the course of the year by entities such as the District Secretariat of Mobility by means of its victim history for Bogotá D.C. only. The data were structured and cleaned in such a way that the necessary and sufficient information was obtained for the development of geospatial queries for the years 2019 to 2021 using Arcgis Pro and Arcgis Insights software.Ítem Diagnóstico de la percepción de la seguridad vial en el proyecto curricular Ingeniería Topográfica de la Universidad DistritalGallego Leal, Brian Alexander; Peralta Pérez, Edinson Fabian; Pardo Pinzón, JanethThe accident rate has become a problem for public, national and international entities, which based on this have sought to provide solutions to counter this problem since it has become a public health issue, this is because the Road accidents are one of the leading causes of death in the world. For this reason, in Colombia, the implementation of strategic road safety plans has been proposed through regulations, where it seeks to educate road actors, to prevent and reduce the mortality and injury rate due to these road accidents. For this reason, it is necessary that each company dedicated to the provision of land transport service and organizations dedicated to activities other than transport, must have a PESV (Strategic Road Safety Plan), for this reason it is sought to implement this plan, with in order to safeguard the safety of all road actors involved in daily transit through the different roads of the country. Taking into account the context of the university in this subject, in this study a diagnosis of perception in road safety is carried out, in order to know the way in which students of the topographic ING career move, with factors such as roads most traveled and means of transport used through surveys, leaving as a result useful geospatial information not only for this research, but for future PESV implementations and subsequent studies; This study reveals the lack of commitment of the faculty with these issues, from the lack of PESV, as well as prevention and action plans to deal with this problem.Ítem Determinación topográfica de la distancia real y total en un proceso de frenada en función al principio de conservación de la energía.Calvo Gamba, Wendy Alejandra; Rojas Cupitra, Leydi Carolina; Bonilla Romero, Julio Hernán; 0009-0009-0797-3829; Bonilla Romero, Julio Hernán [0009-0009-0797-3829]Humanity throughout history has tried to know how accidents happened in order to prevent these errors from happening, one of the most common scenarios are traffic accidents which result in injuries or deaths. Thanks to forensic topography we can solve variables in the different scenarios of road incidents in which what happened is studied based on the evidence, with the help of forensic topography we can make a sketch, for this we have data such as vertical angles , horizontal, distances among others that contribute us with the reconstruction of these scenarios, having the reconstruction of the place we can clear variables with physical formulas. In the same way, specialized software will be used to make the sketch which will help to understand a third party that happened. Finally, to carry out the calculation of the distance, the energy conservation formula is applied with correction of the distance of the non-visible footprint called "Nelson mathematical model".Ítem Apoyo a estudios topográficos en bases de la Fuerza Aérea ColombianaCastillo Calderón, Cristian Danilo; Niño Niño, EdilbertoWithin the 17 Military Air Units strategically distributed in Colombia are find the Capitan German Olano Air Base where the Command is located Air Combat N 1 (CACOM 1) which was created ¨during the Colombo-Peruvian Conflict. September 1 1932¨, (Force Aerea Colombiana, 2019), although the properties were acquired by a company commercial in 1919, ¨the first facilities had a short track, traced on the planada of the paddocks of the hacienda. Just over a year later, the structure was raised hangars, the layout of the runway, the concrete platform on the banks of the river¨ (Force Aerea Colombiana, 2019), Base from which aerial images were obtained over a period of 60 years, capturing aerial photographs approximately every 8 years. Bearing in mind that the perimeter of Air Combat Command No. 1 is demarcated by the Magdalena River, it is necessary to establish a comparative analysis, between the adjoining areas by this important tributary, in order to compare the areas between a current survey and each of the aerial photographs captured over a period of 63 years, starting with images from 1948 to 2011, for this it was necessary to request additional information such as the 1:10000 scale plates, this being used as the basis for georeferencing the images, working with cartography of good precision obtained from the Agustín Codazzi geographic institute, guaranteeing the quality of the georeferencing, adapting the guidelines established in table 5 (horizontal accuracy absolute), following the methodology mentioned in the technical specifications for cartography Basic 30-03 of 2017, in chapter 2.4.6 Absolute position accuracy. In addition, support was provided in the preliminary study for a possible expansion and maintenance of the runway of Grupo Aéreo del Oriente (GAORI) located in Marandua, department of Vichada, where field work was carried out collecting information for the topographic analysis. It is subject to the regulations of the National Institute of Roads (INVIAS), the work has an area of influence of 146348.11m2 according to "Bogotá Maps" and makes use of the specifications for a road of this magnitude. It consists of a depressed road on 26th Street in both directions, a bridge for Transmilenio in the direction of Carrera 33 that works with a connector to Carrera 30, and also has interchangers for the four directions that this vehicular point has. The material used for the construction of the road is designed under the type of surface of flexible pavement (asphalt binder) and rigid pavement (concrete slabs). As for the slope changes, a value of 5% was taken into account for the depressed road, 5% for the bridge and 0.3% as a minimum for the other roads of the project; it was sought that the slopes were mostly lower than the maximum allowed of 8%, because it is of great importance to have a reasonable slope for the transition in such large infrastructures as the ones developed in this project.Ítem Levantamiento arquitectónico con escáner láser terrestre y topografía convencional de la primera planta de la Iglesia Nuestra Señora De EgiptoHernández Martin, Adriana Carolina; Toro Mosquera, David Camilo; Bonilla Romero, Julio Hernán; 0009-0009-0797-3829; Bonilla Romero, Julio Hernán [0009-0009-0797-3829]The following report discloses the architectural survey project with terrestrial laser scanner and conventional topography of the first floor of the Church of Our Lady of Egypt, place of development of the project, this church is located in the town of Candelaria, in the Egypt neighborhood. This was chosen since after inquiring in various public entities, clear information or a physical plan of the structure was not currently obtained, which led to the implementation of the use of new technologies such as laser scanning and complementing with inspection activities. topography such as the realization of a point-to-point polygonal to have better detail of the place. With the survey, it was possible to collect information from the entire first floor of the church, starting from the façade to the back of it. A point cloud was generated and with the support of different engineering software for processing and modeling, a three (3) dimensional view and great detail of the first floor of the infrastructure was obtained as a result. With the results of the modeling, in addition to obtaining the structural characteristics of the place, important historical data was extracted that helped in the development of the history of our city. This project was carried out with the support of the students of the "Community Work" subject of the 2021-3 semester of the Topographic Survey Technology Curricular Project, of the Francisco José de Caldas District University.Ítem Elaboración de levantamientos topográficos enfocados a la actualización de redes de alcantarillado sanitario y pluvial en los Municipios de Mosquera y Tenjo - CundinamarcaAmaya Sabogal, Ana Camila; Molano Neira, Ángel Yornel; Osorio Baquero, IsmaelGiven the importance of the provision of public services such as sanitary and storm sewers, there is a need to update, verify the use and operation of their networks, in this case for the municipalities of Tenjo and Mosquera through the company Grupo Colombiano de Consultoría e Ingeniería (Grupcing SAS), where interns from the Francisco José de Caldas District University, as modalities of degree work, supported the activities that have to do the Topographic part directly in the office. Based on the above, the following work establishes the methodology to implement, improve, complement, monitor, and control laboratories for the maintenance and calibration of topographic equipment.Ítem Post-procesamiento de datos LiDAR en redes eléctricas: Caso de estudio pasantía en la empresa SAR Ingeniería LtdaVargas Torres, Alex Eugenio; Calderón Vivas, Julio César; Pardo Pinzón, JannethThe internship is a training work that reflects theoretical-practical knowledge, the internship is constituted as a degree project within the curricular project of Technology in Topographic Surveys according to Agreement No. 038 of July 28, 2015, issued by the Academic Council of the University Francisco Jose de Calda. This internship was developed at the company SAR Ingeniería Ltda. performing tasks as LiDAR data post-processing assistants (Light Detection and Ranging or Laser Imaging Detection and Ranging). LiDAR technology is a system composed of a sensor that captures a cloud of millions of points that can represent the surface of the land. For some years now, it has become a support tool when carrying out infrastructure projects and taking of decisions in Colombia. The development of topography over the years has led to the application of new technologies, where minimizing time and obtaining information in places that are difficult to access has become the best option for carrying out topographic projects. The remotely piloted aerial system RPAS (Remotely Piloted Aircraft System) allows unmanned aircraft to fly by means of a remote signal through remote control, which is why they have become an important tool for obtaining images. , since they allow greater coverage of surfaces. (Corredor, 2015) According to the advancement and use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in practically all fields of work; Being within the reach of topography professionals, LiDAR technology equipped in a UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) allows generating a dense point cloud, thus providing reliable and accurate information, however, it must be refined, due to this it is important to Proper use of these tools to achieve the best possible results. The information goes through an analysis process, followed by a reclassification and refinement of the points obtained in the MARS® (Merrick Advanced Remote Sensing) program designed to visualize, manage and process LiDAR data, with the purpose of achieving the more real characteristics of the terrain and the elements found in it, obtaining products such as DTM(s) (Digital Terrain Models), text documents with the classification codes and x,y,z coordinates of each of the points and cartography for the subsequent design and/or construction of projects.Ítem Determinación índice internacional de rugosidad implementando tecnología de escáner laser LiDAR de bajo costo.Martínez Rodríguez, John Michell; Fernández Gómez, Wilmar DaríoPavement deterioration leads to increased vehicle operating costs and decreased safety for road users. The following paper presents a methodology to determine the International Roughness Index (IRI) of a road section with the help of a low-cost LIDAR laser scanner. A LIVOX MID 40 LiDAR laser scanner was used to survey the irregularities of the pavement surface. Once the work area was delimited, the scanning and geometric leveling of the roadway were carried out to determine the IRI. On the other hand, when collecting the data, the Global Mapper software is used, which provides the necessary tools to observe the longitudinal profile and export it as a .csv file, where we can perform the relevant calculations from the office Excel tool and compare the data collected with the level of accuracy. The IRI determined with the LIDAR laser scanner is lower than the IRI obtained with the precision level, there being a discrepancy of 11.8 m/km between the two, and therefore it is necessary to deepen the georeferencing system of the scanner to observe better results.Ítem Apoyo en el control topográfico en la zona minera de Coques San Antonio Cucunuba CundinamarcaAlarcón Pinilla, Oscar David; Osorio Baquero, IsmaelIn the Cucunuba Cundinamarca sector, the Coques San Antonio mining company is carrying out a project for ovensfor coking and coupling coal and coke. This project has been in operation for a year, it builds earthworks and stripping in mountainous terrain to carry out civil works (coking ovens) with slope profiling and level control for civil works. Open and closed traverses were made for the transfer of coordinates and heights with geometric level and the total station, with the help of Civil 3D software the respective plans were elaborated. The result that is expected to be obtained is to achieve topographic control in the work at the level of excavations, earthworks, stripping slopes, and likewise, to avoid inconveniences such as landslides or uncontrolled excavations, where a large amount of uncontrolled material is removed. determined, in the same way, the civil works that are the ovens and chimneys must be supervised with precision.Ítem Levantamientos topográficos y su presentación en el municipio de Choachi-CundinamarcaAlvarez Cubillos, Jeisson Esteban; Patiño Silva, Omar FranciscoIn this report you can see the degree work by internship modality of the student Jeisson Esteban Alvarez Cubillos, who carried out his internship in the municipality of Choachí, more precisely in the Municipality's Secretary of Planning and Public Works; This report presents the activities carried out in detail and the student's growth within the workplace.Ítem Apoyo para la actualización e implementación de la política pública de catastro multipropósito en diferentes municipiosGarzón Díaz, Karen Yulieth; Garcia Correa, Edison Jahn Piere; Patiño Silva, Omar Francisco; Patiño Silva, Omar Francisco [0000-0002-2318-2498]This document seeks to show the process that is given to the information extracted from the CICA web platform provided by the coordinators assigned to each municipality, that is La Tebaida and Gachancipá, there are three documents each week: property data, owner data, and construction unit, of which two of them were used, property data and owner data, these two documents are assigned some other boxes to add more information using other documents that were developed throughout the internship such as the file called registered matrix and consolidated information, which was delivered at the beginning of the internship, in these documents you can find information such as folios: is a real estate identification, found from the number property that each cadastral unit has.Ítem Diagnóstico de la percepción de seguridad vial para el proyecto curricular de levantamientos topográficosMoreno Otálora, Brandon Winslow; Pardo Pinzón, JanethThe following document emphasizes the prevention of one of the major public health problems present in the world (road accidents), through a diagnosis of the perception of road safety. In order to carry out a SHSP (strategic plan for road safety) for the curricular project of technology in topographic surveys located in the faculty of Environment and Natural Resources, Vivero headquarters. By means of a diagnostic survey carried out to the community, it was possible to determine the starting points in the routes in from home to work and from work to home by the student community, as well as the most used roads, points of high accident rate, among others. It was possible to represent graphically and spatially by means of statistical graphs and graphic outputs in GIS software. This resulted in greater clarity when supporting this possible focus of road risks in which a member of the community may be involved, resulting in an analysis in correlation with a matrix of road risks that facilitate a series of proposed suggestions that manage to give full support to the document.Ítem Manual de limpieza de nubes de puntos en procesamiento de datos LIDARTacha Torres, Martha Yesenia; Niño, Edilberto; Niño, Edilberto [ 0000-0003-0452-5827 ]A practical manual is presented as a reference text, socializing the knowledge needed to eliminate the noise of a point cloud and reduce errors that can affect digital terrain models. The document focuses on professionals or students in charge of tasks in areas such as Surveying and will be based on the implementation of the MicroStation V8 program and its TerraScan extension. To give scope, the basic tools for cleaning point clouds in MicroStation v8 software are determined, classification codes are defined to separate noise from cloud values using the Tarrascan tool and it is identified that there is no noise to achieve optimal cleaning. In this sense, it is concluded that the MDE and the MDT are different since an MDE focuses mainly on the elevation of bare ground, while a MDT incorporates additional geographical elements such as rivers, streams and break lines, without considering the artificial objects or elements present on the surface. In addition, the exercise allows to elaborate a guide that provides the necessary knowledge to eliminate the noise of a point cloud, thus reducing errors that may affect digital models
