Luque Cuesta, Laura Melissa; Bonilla Romero, Julio Hernan; Montero Leguizamo, Johan Dario; Bonilla Romero, Julio Hernan [0009-0009-0797-3829]
Topography has a notable influence on variables that intervene in the dynamics of ecosystems. Geomorphological processes, the movement and action of water and, consequently, the numerous biological processes conditioned by them are closely associated with the shape and altitude of the land surface where they develop or are found (A. Felicísimo, 1994 ). In accordance with this, the present work carried out by the company CIGmap S.A.S, through the project "Photogrammetric and hydro-topographic survey of the Castilla Section on the Guayuriba River.", has as objective the generation of the digital terrain model, the digital model of surface together with the detailed Cartography and the orthophoto of the study area, on the other hand, it was sought to study the fluvial dynamics of the mentioned section on the Guayuriba river, for this, sampling of liquid and Solid gauging of the river was carried out in said section.

Etapa de preconstrucción para proyecto: La nueva calle 13
Romero Perez, Marlon Steban; PARDO PINZON, RUBBY STELLA
Topography is fundamental for any project, whether in roads, structures, energy networks, wet networks, etc. For every project, you must have information about the area where it will be executed, to represent the land in both its shape and dimensions to plan each process or stage of a construction. Field data is taken by methods and techniques known as polygonal and leveling. The closed traverse is the most common in construction sites; A closed polygonal is defined as one that starts from a vertex and returns to it, that is, forming a polygon, where the mooring vertices are known coordinates previously post-processed. Another technique called GNSS positioning is based on vertices located at strategic points and visualized to be able to measure directly with topography instruments such as the total station. A traverse is obtained with measurements in the field and, through certain adjustments and corrections, real coordinates are reached and then information is collected while stationed at any vertex deployed in any area of a project, and where it can also be taken from a plane to the ground. real, any exact location of any projection or structure in order to achieve accuracy and symmetry of any construction.

The following document emphasizes the prevention of one of the major public health problems present in the world (road accidents), through a diagnosis of the perception of road safety. In order to carry out a SHSP (strategic plan for road safety) for the curricular project of technology in topographic surveys located in the faculty of Environment and Natural Resources, Vivero headquarters. By means of a diagnostic survey carried out to the community, it was possible to determine the starting points in the routes in from home to work and from work to home by the student community, as well as the most used roads, points of high accident rate, among others. It was possible to represent graphically and spatially by means of statistical graphs and graphic outputs in GIS software. This resulted in greater clarity when supporting this possible focus of road risks in which a member of the community may be involved, resulting in an analysis in correlation with a matrix of road risks that facilitate a series of proposed suggestions that manage to give full support to the document.

Manual de limpieza de nubes de puntos en procesamiento de datos LIDAR
Tacha Torres, Martha Yesenia; Niño, Edilberto; Niño, Edilberto [ 0000-0003-0452-5827 ]
A practical manual is presented as a reference text, socializing the knowledge needed to eliminate the noise of a point cloud and reduce errors that can affect digital terrain models. The document focuses on professionals or students in charge of tasks in areas such as Surveying and will be based on the implementation of the MicroStation V8 program and its TerraScan extension. To give scope, the basic tools for cleaning point clouds in MicroStation v8 software are determined, classification codes are defined to separate noise from cloud values using the Tarrascan tool and it is identified that there is no noise to achieve optimal cleaning. In this sense, it is concluded that the MDE and the MDT are different since an MDE focuses mainly on the elevation of bare ground, while a MDT incorporates additional geographical elements such as rivers, streams and break lines, without considering the artificial objects or elements present on the surface. In addition, the exercise allows to elaborate a guide that provides the necessary knowledge to eliminate the noise of a point cloud, thus reducing errors that may affect digital models

The importance of the work carried out by the chorographic commission under the command of Engineer Agustín Codazzi marked a milestone in the history of cartography at all levels; global, regional and national. With an avant-garde attitude of inventorying and classifying the Colombian territory, the factors present in it (inhabitants, flora and fauna), the variety of climates according to the province; I provide valuable high-quality information that was not fully valued at the time, such as the cartographic maps of 28 of the provinces that made up the political division of the country. The incredible feat carried out by the expedition for the time is highlighted; with limited resources and the few technological advances present at the time of executing it. For the present investigation, 4 of the provinces mapped by Codazzi and his team were selected; Córdova, Socorro, Tunja and Velez. Recovered from the documentary base of the General Archive of the Nation that provided the working group with excellent quality knowledge by studying each of these plans in detail. An analysis of the accuracy in the precision of the coordinates extracted from the cartographic base was carried out, relying on the ArcGIS and Excel software tools to correctly collect the information and its subsequent analysis in order to arrive at the results.

The accident rate has become a problem for public, national and international entities, which based on this have sought to provide solutions to counter this problem since it has become a public health issue, this is because the Road accidents are one of the leading causes of death in the world. For this reason, in Colombia, the implementation of strategic road safety plans has been proposed through regulations, where it seeks to educate road actors, to prevent and reduce the mortality and injury rate due to these road accidents. For this reason, it is necessary that each company dedicated to the provision of land transport service and organizations dedicated to activities other than transport, must have a PESV (Strategic Road Safety Plan), for this reason it is sought to implement this plan, with in order to safeguard the safety of all road actors involved in daily transit through the different roads of the country. Taking into account the context of the university in this subject, in this study a diagnosis of perception in road safety is carried out, in order to know the way in which students of the topographic ING career move, with factors such as roads most traveled and means of transport used through surveys, leaving as a result useful geospatial information not only for this research, but for future PESV implementations and subsequent studies; This study reveals the lack of commitment of the faculty with these issues, from the lack of PESV, as well as prevention and action plans to deal with this problem.

Desarrollo de aplicación móvil Android capaz de realizar cálculos topográficos
Pérez Franco, Maicol Iván; Castro Suárez, Diana Paola; Rivas Diazgranados, Mariam
Topography is a science that demands a high level of precision in its works in order to evaluate the quality of the same. The complete development of the topographic works consists of the collection of data in the field, for the later calculation of the same in office. In some occasions the data obtained in the field can present errors that are not evident until the moment in which the corresponding calculations are developed, these errors affect directly the precision of the work carried out and therefore its quality and in most of the cases they force to the repetition of a part or the totality of the work, which represents additional costs to the entity in charge. In order to support the work in the field, Topography Calculator was developed, a mobile application for Android programmed in Unity software using the C# programming language. Topography Calculator is presented to the public as an alternative to existing programs for topographic calculations of planimetry and altimetry, offering a novel quality, it can be executed on cell phones, which is practical, innovative, economical and efficient. Topography Calculator allows users to calculate and adjust closed polygonals by compass, Crandall and least squares methods, as well as adjust open polygonals with controlled closure and calculate compound geometric leveling from the comfort of the mobile device.

The internship is a training work that reflects theoretical-practical knowledge, the internship is constituted as a degree project within the curricular project of Technology in Topographic Surveys according to Agreement No. 038 of July 28, 2015, issued by the Academic Council of the University Francisco Jose de Calda. This internship was developed at the company SAR Ingeniería Ltda. performing tasks as LiDAR data post-processing assistants (Light Detection and Ranging or Laser Imaging Detection and Ranging). LiDAR technology is a system composed of a sensor that captures a cloud of millions of points that can represent the surface of the land. For some years now, it has become a support tool when carrying out infrastructure projects and taking of decisions in Colombia. The development of topography over the years has led to the application of new technologies, where minimizing time and obtaining information in places that are difficult to access has become the best option for carrying out topographic projects. The remotely piloted aerial system RPAS (Remotely Piloted Aircraft System) allows unmanned aircraft to fly by means of a remote signal through remote control, which is why they have become an important tool for obtaining images. , since they allow greater coverage of surfaces. (Corredor, 2015) According to the advancement and use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in practically all fields of work; Being within the reach of topography professionals, LiDAR technology equipped in a UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) allows generating a dense point cloud, thus providing reliable and accurate information, however, it must be refined, due to this it is important to Proper use of these tools to achieve the best possible results. The information goes through an analysis process, followed by a reclassification and refinement of the points obtained in the MARS® (Merrick Advanced Remote Sensing) program designed to visualize, manage and process LiDAR data, with the purpose of achieving the more real characteristics of the terrain and the elements found in it, obtaining products such as DTM(s) (Digital Terrain Models), text documents with the classification codes and x,y,z coordinates of each of the points and cartography for the subsequent design and/or construction of projects.

Humanity throughout history has tried to know how accidents happened in order to prevent these errors from happening, one of the most common scenarios are traffic accidents which result in injuries or deaths. Thanks to forensic topography we can solve variables in the different scenarios of road incidents in which what happened is studied based on the evidence, with the help of forensic topography we can make a sketch, for this we have data such as vertical angles , horizontal, distances among others that contribute us with the reconstruction of these scenarios, having the reconstruction of the place we can clear variables with physical formulas. In the same way, specialized software will be used to make the sketch which will help to understand a third party that happened. Finally, to carry out the calculation of the distance, the energy conservation formula is applied with correction of the distance of the non-visible footprint called "Nelson mathematical model".

Análisis geoespacial para identificar las zonas susceptibles a inundación. Caso de estudio cuenca media del rio Sinú.
Rodríguez Castro, Daniel Alejandro; Pinza Palechor, María Alejandra; Pardo Pinzón, Janneth
70% of the electrical energy produced by Colombia comes from hydroelectric plants. After the setbacks and possible disaster risks revealed by the construction of Hidroituango, a deterministic evaluation and analysis is proposed to identify the affected areas after a possible flood in the middle basin of the Sinú River located in the municipality of Córdoba. Therefore, the identification of risk areas in the middle basin of the URRA dam is proposed through the use of digital cartography, evaluating the level of threat under topographic variables. Using the ArcGIS Pro software with information compiled from various sources such as satellite images, contour lines and lithology of the area to be studied, a weight will be given to each variable to obtain the affected area and the level of risk to occur. The development of an in-depth study of the problem of ignorance of flood threat areas in Colombia is proposed, a case study in the middle basin of the Sinú River after the URRA reservoir, where, being a remote area, there are no risk management plans that use cartography as a tool to identify this threat, as is the case of the municipality of Tierralta (municipal development plan 2020-2023). The above makes evident the little preventive planning that the state has in the face of latent threats.
