Ítem Análisis, Diseño y Desarrollo del Prototipo de Aplicación Móvil Articulado con Realidad Aumentada para Cuentos Cortos Dirigido a Niños de Entre 7 a 12 Años de EdadSánchez Plazas, Santiago Andrés; Pérez Colorado, César Andrés; Herrera Cubides, John FrancinedThe world is witnessing a wave of technological advancements that continues to grow at an accelerated rate, year after year. It has challenged paradigms and reinvented itself to achieve what many would consider to be a work of science fiction. One technological advancement that continues to be at the forefront of innovation is Augmented Reality (AR), which presents itself as the a new companion to society--optimizing complex processes and generating new applications for daily living. This project explores the low production of technology, the low interest children have towards productive reading and highlights the flaws found in the current educational model. After analyzing the relationship between the explored topics mentioned above, a conclusion is presented: There is a lack of technological innovation geared towards the creative and cognitive development of children, and lack of production of Information Technology (ciencia, tecnología e informatica, in Spanish) in Colombia. From this point, a further investigation is presented of the new developments in the area of AR, its common uses, and potential areas of innovation where the application of this technology has remained unexplored. It is then highlighted how such a tool could achieve a drastic change in the way youngsters interact with reading material, making it more interactive and attractive. Furthermore, it should incentivize young readers to explore their imagination and become more engaged in the world around them, and motivate them to look for solutions to common problems. It is for these reasons that there is a need for developing an application that shows the potential of AR as a tool for interactive reading, in the form of a short story for children between the ages of 7 and 12 years old.Ítem Desarrollo de una APP Para la Obtención y Consulta Información Predial a Través de Dispositivos Móviles Planteando la Posibilidad de Realizar Avalúos de Forma no PresencialUrrego Zipa, Fredy Alexander; Pérez Carvajal, Edwin RobertThis project is based on the generation of applications of new technologies with the intention of being focused on the environment of the appraisals, for which a mobile application is presented which additionally implements the concept and application of virtual reality and augmented reality. In addition, the hypothetical and theoretical basis contemplates the possibility of carrying out appraisals of properties at a distance, of providing access in the realization of them and of a probative element in judicial situations. History has an inherent geographical component, thinking about "where" the events happened, forces us to think about a point in space.
