Desarrollo de una APP Para la Obtención y Consulta Información Predial a Través de Dispositivos Móviles Planteando la Posibilidad de Realizar Avalúos de Forma no Presencial

Abstract

This project is based on the generation of applications of new technologies with the intention of being focused on the environment of the appraisals, for which a mobile application is presented which additionally implements the concept and application of virtual reality and augmented reality. A recognition relationship was generated between the codes for the visualization of the visual information of the visual part that increases the written information and on the other side of the visual part that increases the augmented reality for the collection of visual information and the consultation of the latter information. In addition, the hypothetical and theoretical basis contemplates the possibility of carrying out appraisals of properties at a distance, of providing access in the realization of them and of a probative element in judicial situations. This form is intended by the means of the application and the document that sustains the need to develop the disciplines of appraisals in a parallel way to the technological development.
