Ítem Análisis de la relación ecológica que se presenta entre Syntheosciurus Granatensis y Eucalyptus Globulus en la reserva umbral cultural horizontes, implementación de taller artístico.González Arias, Aileen Radharani; Giraldo Quintero, Gustavo; 0009-0007-0263-6597In the Horizons cultural threshold reserve, an undocumented relationship has been observed between the squirrel Syntheosciurus Granatensis and Eucalyptus Globulus, in the context of a restoration plan to replace eucalyptus with native species. This study focused on identifying the interaction between these species through direct sightings, photo trapping and focal observations. The camera traps recorded 30% of effective photos, highlighting S. granatensis as the most frequent species, followed by Cerdocyon thous, Nasuella olivacea and Canis familiaris. These records are valuable for Bogotá and the reserve, providing crucial data for conservation in the eastern hills, affected by threats to biodiversity. 35 focal samples were carried out accumulating 104 hours of observation, distributed in high, medium and low zones. The results showed 29 individuals in the middle zone, 4 in the low zone and none in the high zone. Feeding behaviours with gnawed E. globulus fruits were recorded, confirming that S. granatensis feeds on this invasive species. The conclusions show the need for further studies to understand the impact of squirrels on eucalyptus and highlight the importance of monitoring mammals for conservation. In addition, the importance of community perception is highlighted, where the population recognises eucalyptus as an invasive plant, but also recognises its ecosystem services. Regarding squirrels, they recognise the ecosystem services of squirrels, especially seed dispersal. This knowledge is essential to guide restoration and conservation efforts in the reserve.Ítem Análisis diseño y desarrollo de un prototipo de aplicación web para el monitoreo y evaluación de las redes en droguerías y Farmacias Cruz VerdeCelis Camargo, José Manuel; Suárez García, Elvis Alexander; Montenegro Marín, Carlos EnriqueDroguerías y Farmacias Cruz Verde is a multinational that is in the process of expansion, currently has more than 350 branches and plans to increase their number over the next few years (Sánchez, 2019), therefore the importance of this project that seeks the implementation of a communication channel monitoring system, whose objective is to improve the monitoring of data channels in this entity, systematize the process of reporting a failure to obtain greater efficiency and save costs and time in a viable way. This implementation is intended to present information about dashboard usage and provide a tool to improve operational efficiency based on tracking data.Ítem Apoyo a la elaboración del informe técnico factores de presión del recurso hídrico de la Secretaría Distrital de AmbienteTeuta Ladino, Juan David; Moya Muñoz, Laura Cristina; Cárdenas León, Jorge AlonsoIn the present work of degree, the activities carried out in the District Secretariat of Environment are exposed, for the preparation of the technical report "Factors of pressure of the hydric resource", with the purpose of prioritizing the productive sectors that generate greater contaminating load to the hydric resource of the city of Bogotá, and in this way contribute to the improvement of the control and monitoring activities carried out by the entity.Ítem Apoyo a las actividades técnicas que se adelantan en el marco de la operación del Sistema de Vigilancia de Calidad del Aire de la Universidad Distrital - SVCAUDLozada Rondón, Julián David; Murad Pedraza, José Alejandro; 0000-0003-4211-2601The Universidad Distrital F.J.C. has an air quality laboratory on its property, which serves the academic community in the formulation of research projects associated with problems and phenomena presented by the air component in the city of Bogota. For this purpose, the laboratory has high-tech equipment for the measurement, monitoring and modeling of the different pollutants and meteorological variables to be assessed, such as PM 10 or PM 2.5, temperature and precipitation, respectively. To learn about the behavior of pollutants in the city of Bogotá, the air quality laboratory of the Universidad Distrital has an Air Quality Monitoring System. This system is made up of 3 stations located at the different university sites. Once the necessary information on the different pollutants and meteorological variables is collected through the monitoring equipment, this information is reported to a server that has a software capable of handling data and providing reports according to what is required, with the purpose of publishing valid and understandable information on the evolution of the different pollutants and meteorological variables present in the environment of Bogota. Therefore, the development of SVCAUD contributes to the knowledge and the proposal of solutions to the city's atmospheric problems, derived from the information obtained and managed by the system. However, today the Air Quality Monitoring System of the Universidad Distrital, considered as a communicative instrument for the academic community, requires a structural update in its monthly reports, which allows its readers an easy understanding of the information. For this purpose, the reports require a simple description of the equipment and pollutants monitored. Additionally, software is used that allows the selection and adequate implementation of tools contained in the same program to analyze data at convenience, where the objective is to synthesize the collected data into useful and easy-to-understand information. This is consolidated in the preparation and updating of monthly reports. Seen in another way, the information provided in the documents is, roughly speaking, an analysis that seeks to historically correlate such information based on the behavior of the pollutants monitored by SVCAUD. Based on the previous paragraph, the use of programs such as Rstudio, in question for the study, requires libraries and commands (scrip) capable of reading the information provided for the creation of figures and graphs. Example of this, the concentrations of PM10 and PM2.5 monitored in the month of September 2023 and in which are evaluated under national and international regulations, where the days of exceedance are considered under the criteria of the standard adopted by the system itself. From there, the information obtained from the software is implemented in the new structuring of the report or monthly report, along with other descriptions and figures that make the office a robust document based on information related to air quality in the city of Bogota.Ítem Apoyo al proceso de monitoreo y evaluación del impacto de las estrategias de restauración de arbustales y bosques secundarios del plan piloto de restauración El Quimbo (Huila - Colombia)Solano Castro, Yeshika Andrea; García Martínez, Andrés Sebastián; Avella Muñoz, Edgar Andrés; Torres Romero, Francisco Javier; Avella Muñoz, Edgar Andrés [0000-0002-1595-1154]; Torres Romero. Francisco Javier [0000-0001-7017-2922]Tropical dry forests in Colombia have suffered a serious decrease in their coverage, causing them to be in danger, this makes them key ecosystems for conservation. The "El Quimbo" hydroelectric plant located in the department of Huila has an environmental compensation area of 11,079 hectares of tropical dry forest, where an Ecological Restoration Program was implemented, which has a Pilot Monitoring Plan in 140 hectares raised with the in order to know the effectiveness of the restoration program. It is currently in the evaluation stage of its effectiveness, in the demonstration phase of the impacts of restoration strategies. The present degree work focused on evaluating the performance of the planted material and the potential impact of the restoration strategies implemented in the shrublands and secondary forests of the central and southern zones of the compensation area: Edge expansion, Enrichment and Multinurses; For this, a database was structured that contained all the monitoring information of the three strategies mentioned, with which the Average Annual Increment (IMA) in height and 5 diameter at the height of the base (DAB) was calculated, in addition to the survival rates for the species and the average obtained according to the different strategies. The Edge Enlargement and Multinurse strategies presented survival rates above 80%, the latter being the one that presented the highest performance with 49.5 cm in height and 5.5 mm in DAB, while Enrichment obtained an average rate of 60%; the latter also recorded the lowest IMA in diameter and height (16.4 cm and 1.8 mm, respectively). Finally, as a sampling prototype, 38 permanent plots were established to start monitoring at the community assembly scale; Finally, a rating model was proposed to evaluate the impact generated by the implementation of the different strategies in shrublands and secondary forests, based on some key ecological attributes based on acceptance ranges presented by the reference ecosystems determined for the area. study; it was found that the Multinurse strategy has played a fundamental role in accelerating the successional dynamics of restored ecosystems.Ítem Apoyo al seguimiento y monitoreo de las emergencias y desastres que se presentan a nivel nacional producto de eventos hidrometeorológicosBravo Rodríguez, Stefani Gabriela; Martha Lucía, Mojica HernándezThe objective of this document is to present the activities and learning acquired throughout the internship carried out within the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development, as a student of Technology in Environmental Sanitation. It involves millions and millions of data coming from terminals, sensors, and social networks that have driven applications capable of leveraging this information to offer better services and improved living conditions. These improvements rely on the analysis of information. However, traditional techniques for managing and analyzing information have become insufficient and obsolete in the face of the immense amount of data. This is where Big Data emerges as a solution for managing large quantities of data. In this case, the problem to be solved is establishing a Big Data architecture for the production, consumption, storage, presentation, and analysis of information generated by energy consumption in a smart building context, using open source techniques and tools. To address this, a Big Data architecture is studied and developed using open source tools. For the solution, a measurement ingestion system is implemented to collect measurements of interest such as voltage, current, and power communicated through the Modbus RTU protocol to a microprocessor. The microprocessor is responsible for making the information available in real-time using the real-time streaming platform called Apache Kafka. Once the information is available, it can be accessed from a system based on the Linux operating system, where it will be stored in SQL and NoSQL databases, graphically represented, and statistically analyzed. The expected impact is to create a reference source regarding open source Big Data systems. The system consists of a measurement system connected to a microprocessor that sends and makes the information available. The data will be accessed from a computer that stores the data and will be graphically represented and analyzed using open source tools focused on Big Data.Ítem Automatización de un Cultivo de Pimentón Enmarcado en el Contexto de una Granja Urbana en un Sistema EmbebidoPerilla Hernández, Carlos Andrés; Trujillo Trujillo, José Andrés; Florez Cediel, Oscar DavidThe present document presents a viable solution of automation in an urban farm cultivating paprika, controlling and monitoring the temperature, water and pH, lighting and monitoring the growth of plants.Ítem Caracterización y evaluación de exactitud para establecer la factibilidad del uso de sensores de bajo costo de PM2.5 y PM10 en el monitoreo de la calidad del aire en smart citiesDíaz Veloza, Daniela; Ríos López, Jairo Felipe; Rodríguez Molano, José Ignacio; 0000-0003-2581-277X; Rodríguez Molano, José Ignacio [0000-0003-2581-277X]The research project proposes the feasibility of using low-cost sensors to measure air quality, emphasizing the need to demonstrate their reliability and accuracy. Among the ecosystem services offered by this forest is the accumulation of atmospheric carbon, whose quantification and monitoring can contribute to the consolidation of strategies for its management and conservation. Based on the above, in this document the use of geographic information can be observed with the points sampled in the field of a high Andean forest ecosystem in the municipality of Guasca-Cundinamarca. The georeferenced points were taken within a permanent plot, with measurements in the years 2009, 2013, and 2018 where it was sought to identify the dynamics of the density of aerial biomass, the exploratory analysis of the data shows a tendency to a normal behavior when perform a logarithmic transformation. It was found and spatially identified that the individuals are not distributed randomly but in a grouped way in the field, which were modeled by a point process type Strauss and Poisson with the intensity of 𝛽. It was also possible to model a surface from a non-parametric kernel estimator that allowed us to see the sites of the plot where the individuals with the highest biomass are grouped with a high probability, where these processes of grouping and density on the ground can occur due to to the vegetal associations between species, which are known in the mature vegetation of the ecosystem, in turn, is considered as an indicator of health and integrity, the above due to the fact that these condition the diversity and availability of resources. It was possible to observe the variation of the aerial biomass density in the forest in the three proposed evaluation years, we observed the increase between the classes in the state transition diagram, where each class changes to the immediately superior class, but continues with the same spatial pattern initially computed. In addition to this, it allowed us to calculate a probability of change in each of the classes to the future year of the evaluated interval, in this case for the year 2017 and the year 2023.Ítem Diseño de automatización de mapas de backbone sobre un sistema de monitoreo de redes(Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldás) Garzón Agudelo , Sergio; Piñeros Duarte, David; Plazas Nossa, Leonardo; Plazas Nossa, Leonardo [0000-0002-2223-9886]This project focuses on the implementation of an automated network monitoring system through the design of Backbone maps.
