Apoyo en el proceso de la elaboración del programa de seguimiento y monitoreo de los planes de ordenamiento del recurso hídrico de la jurisdicción CAR

Abstract

The Water Resource Management Plans (PORH) are the planning instrument that allows the Environmental Authority to determine the destination and use of surface and marine continental water bodies. The Regional Autonomous Corporation of Cundinamarca (CAR) has under its jurisdiction nine hydrographic basins, being one of the main Environmental Authorities in Colombia. The purpose of this is the execution of policies, plans, programs and projects regarding the environment and renewable natural resources, as well as the management and use of water resources in accordance with the regulations, guidelines and directives issued by the Ministry of the Environment. and Sustainable Development (MADS). Given the execution of the PORH by the CAR, the need arises to implement a follow-up and monitoring methodology to the water resource management plans that are adopted and in the process of being adopted by the corporation.
