Ítem Autoconocimiento: un camino para identificar emociones negativas en maestros entre 35 y 45 años de edad, de la localidad de suba en Bogotá, D.C.(Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas) Becerra González, Esther; Pico Pinzón, Mary Tulia; Rincón Bonilla, Maestro GuillermoEste trabajo es fruto de una búsqueda iniciada hace varios años por las gestoras de esta investigación, se inició con prácticas de yoga como disciplina física, meditación trascendental, la práctica de talleres sobre Sociología evolutiva (Smeldli), talleres de biodanza (dictado por el grupo Danzar la vida, que dirige Ignacio Vergara). Esa misma búsqueda las llevó a inscribirse en la especialización de Desarrollo humano y creatividad, de la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas. Estas experiencias les permitieron reconocer la importancia del autoconocimiento en el manejo de emociones, y la influencia de ellas en el desarrollo humano en los diferentes contextos. El autoconocimiento ha sido abordado por diferentes autores y en distintos trabajos entre ellos tenemos: el libro de Aceves (2001) ¿Quién soy? Este libro hace una reseña muy breve de lo que ha sido el autoconocimiento en las diferentes épocas, otra obra que aporta al desarrollo de este trabajo es el libro Curación emocional, Servans_Schreiber (2004). Servan_Schreiber es un médico de la Universidad de Pittsburgh (EE. UU.), donde creó un laboratorio acerca de las enfermedades mentales. Otros autores que trataron el tema fueron Gallego et al. (2000) con su libro la inteligencia emocional (IE). En este libro ellos hacen una breve reseña de los términos inteligencia, emoción y sentimiento, realizan un resumen de las inteligencias planteadas por Gardner, y el concepto de inteligencia exitosa, de Sternberg, y terminan presentando el concepto de inteligencia emocional planteado por Goleman (1996).Ítem La Danza/Movimiento como Recurso de Expresión y Transformación Aplicada a las Competencias Básicas de la Educación EmocionalRodríguez Laverde, Diana Patricia; Plata Martínez, HanzThrough exploratory workshop of Dance/Movement (DM), which specifically reached the integration of body, mind and emotions, a group of women more than 30 years old explored how emotions influence the relationship between themselves and others, promoting the identification, expression and awareness of how they feel through the body, the movement and the permanent conscious reflection of how emotions mediates in every day’s behavior and the consequences of using them without timely regulation. The final goal was to identify what effective contributions could be made from the body experience generated with DM using the technique of the authentic movement, breathing, rooting and visual contact to address the intrapersonal and interpersonal skills of emotional intelligence.Ítem Habitándome, Re Significción de la Corporalidad en Personas con Diagnóstico de Esclerodermia a Través de Psicoterapias Corporales Creativas y GrupalesEspitia Castañeda, Ingrid Zoraida; Quiñonez Rodríguez, María AracellyThe proposal stems from the personal experience of the researcher and author of this research and creation proposal, who 22 years ago was diagnosed with Scleroderma, a chronic, autoimmune and degenerative disease, which means that it has no cure, is worsening with the Time and is gradually affecting all organs and systems of the body causing a strong deterioration in their health, their mobility and of course is their quality of life. The author refers to the experience during the academic year in the Specialization in human development with emphasis on affective processes and creativity, where she experimented with some corporal psychotherapies such as biodanza, dance, theater and other alternatives of emotional expression that took her To make deep reflections regarding their relationship with their body after being diagnosed. The initial reflection and support of this document is related to the fact that once a diagnosis such as Scleroderma is confronted, the relationship with the body is transformed since a series of cares are necessary that disconnect in part the mind and the body. It is considered that a psychological process of dissociation is generated where the being is fragmented unconsciously. In order to delve deeper into this matter, the analysis of three semi-structured interviews is carried out in order to investigate the impact of the disease in three women diagnosed with Scleroderma, emphasizing the mind-body relationship and movement-emotion. Within the obtained analyzes is the fact that clearly the scleroderma aggressively affects the emotional health of the one who suffers it altering also its family interaction and its project of life. In this process of creation, are carried out various actions that lead to give a sense to everything that makes the radio drama: the choice of story to tell, the characterization of characters, then a sequence in the dialogues, imagine the sounds and effects that accompany each story, then search for voices and the Mise en scene. It is as well as the semantics of the radio drama is structured. The magic that is in the reading of the screenplay, gives life to all the aforementioned elements. Which are bringing to light the factors that determine the emotional dependence in the couple, in search of freelance life ways. The unmet need of affection in childhood, is evident from the history of each character, helping the listener to auto recognized in emotional balance to achieve optimal human development.Ítem Las Sombras Bajo La Piel: Ensayo AudiovisualDíaz Ávila, Clara Liliana; Espinel Bernal, Diana Marcela; González Lemus, Edison Albear; Jaramillo León, Victor Eduardo; Olaya Parra, Olga LucíaThe purpose of this creation process is to present an audiovisual proposal in which fear is revealed as a paralyzing and mobilizing emotion in affective processes of human development in four students of the Especialización en Desarrollo Humano con Énfasis en Procesos Afectivos y Creatividad de la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas. It is thus, that we find in the audiovisual essay the medium in which it is given place and ideal support for it; constituting an audiovisual product without gender, where it became possible to investigate and disseminate stories and life stories, combining different languages, without reaching narrative therapies in the field of psychology, or the documentary nature of the audiovisual, but in the shadow under the skin of being a student who disturbs and mobilizes from audiovisual images, as a corpus of truth installed in our emotional ADN. In this process it was possible to observe, analyze and reflect on the ways in which fear is usually recognized and transited; deepening in the positive and negative aspects of this emotion and in this way identify tools that enable the unveiling and facilitate the conscious observation of fear as something that directly and constantly concerns human beings and their development.
