The initial reflection and support of this document is related to the fact that once a diagnosis such as Scleroderma is confronted, the relationship with the body is transformed since a series of cares are necessary that disconnect in part the mind and the body. It is considered that a psychological process of dissociation is generated where the being is fragmented unconsciously. In order to delve deeper into this matter, the analysis of three semi-structured interviews is carried out in order to investigate the impact of the disease in three women diagnosed with Scleroderma, emphasizing the mind-body relationship and movement-emotion. Within the obtained analyzes is the fact that clearly the scleroderma aggressively affects the emotional health of the one who suffers it altering also its family interaction and its project of life. Finally a proposal of group intervention is made, based on creative corporal psychotherapies that pretend to contribute to the improvement of patients and to be promoted in health institutions.
